I was a pleasure to be waited on by such a nice young man. He was professional and sweet.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I brought my glasses purchased there in for repair. The lady proceeded to tell me I was not in her system and that the glasses had not been bought at Walmart.After calling me a liar she handed me back the dirty lenses without even bothering to clean them. LAZYAfter a few phone calls entirely done by me I was able to straighten out the mistake and get my glasses repaired.Ill never buy glasses here again!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! First off they dont do vision exams at any times that could work with someone work life. That I kind of get whatever you have your hours but I made an appointment while I was on vacation and came down from up north specifically for this appointment. Traffic was heavy so I called to notify them i would be about 10 min late they said thats fine. I got there in 12 min. Only TWO MINUTES past the time and I had called and explained everything. Well the doctor told me to reschedule. Great thanks so much!! I wont be able to with my work schedule and now I came home from vacation for NOTHING! I guess Ill continue with my DAILY MIGRAINES and not being able to see just cuz TWO MIN was sooo long for you!!

PAY A LITTLE EXTRA GOING SOMEWHERE MORE PROFESSIONAL: LIKE BJSDoc was 15 mins behind no issues. He was pretty great but the support staff in the vision center are so unprofessional. Not sure where to start other than to say customer service is not something they strive for. Felt like I was waiting in the High school lunch room while they gossiped about other people. My appointment was over 2 months ago and Im still waiting for my contact lenses so I can place my order. Ive called twice with no response. The most disappointing is that Ive left multiple messages for the doc about my lenses being delayed and my sons backpack that was left in the exam room and have no recieved a call back.

My boyfriend went for an exam here with Dr. Menard, he was very rude, disrespectful and belittling. On top of having no people skills the doctor messed up on his prescription big time causing him to have severe headaches, pain in his eyes and worse vision than prior to being seen. In short, dont go here....

Walked in set an appointment for a week later, showed up other lady said she has no record of my appointment. Worst costumer service ever.
