There always seems to be a shortage in ingredients for the specialty drinks. Im looking at you Pink Drink. Its the only reason Id ever go there and half the time its unavailable even when I arrive early in the day. Staff are helpful and are willing to fulfill my requests of no ice.
I am very disappointed about ordered received from starbucks. I did ordered coffee misto with 1 shot of espresso. I did received milk foam !!! No coffee at all plus they did not secure the lid and venti cup spilled over . I will Never ordered from starbucks again . I dont know who prepared my order and never read what I ordered !!!
This place is so insanely busy and the employees handle it so well. 7 people working at break neck pace while I was here, with a line nearly out the door!
This is the closest Starbucks, while the drinks are always on point, it takes 30 minutes MINIMUM to get it. The dining area is usually closed so you’re forced to use the drive thru. The employees are always friendly, but they NEED to improve on their wait time.
You are all amazing for working through such busy rushes, understaffed and maintaining a smile on your faces!! We appreciate you. To the 8’ tall man with the flat head who was yelling at a young barista, complaining about having to wait for their second drink, you are a jerk. Make your own coffee you clown. Starbucks is not a civil liberty.
This is by far thee best Starbucks around! The trick is to go in the morning everyone who works the morning shift is amazing and you wont be sitting in the drive through for 30+ minutes like the rest of the day. I made this review because they are so Cheery and kind in the morning one of the baristas even suggested something to me to add to my coffee and it was amazing. And never once has my order came out bad at this location. I know sometimes people wait a long time for their coffee and give a bad review which I understand So I thought they really deserved a good review

The drive through was soooo long ! We waited for 40 min in line. They were sold out on pretty much everything
SO disappointed. Ordered my drink on the mobile app and it had told me my drink would be ready by 9:45 (10 minutes after i ordered). As i arrived there was a lot of people waiting for their drinks. I waited for a while than over heard an employee tell a customer (who seemed like they have been waiting a while) they are 30 minutes behind! I had work at 10 and thought my drink would be ready by 9:45 as the app told me. I didn’t want to leave because I already paid $7 dollars for my drink but I had to go to work. I never got my drink and waisted my money. Won’t be going back for awhile.
Great staff and great quality drinks. Every time I have ordered it’s been with a friendly person. They do seems to be a little understaffed so I would 10/10 recommend being as nice to them as you can. They are doing a wonderful job!
Always friendly but I cant stop here before work because it takes 15 to 20 minutes at the drive thru to get a coffee (when theres a line: south willow st). I recommend it to anyone who isnt in a rush though.
Waited a while for my drink that I ordered ahead of time. I wasnt recognized immediately upon entering. A person came in after me and was recognized ahead of me.Very glad they are encouraging masks to be worn and they have spaces for you to stand on which makes distancing easier.
Service was struggling a bit, but they looked short staffed. Still good coffee.

Soooo slow! They constantly close the lobby and mark out drinks online you can order if you wasn’t forever in line!!
I didn’t catch their names, but the girls working tonight at the Manchester Starbucks were so incredibly sweet and thoughtful. They said it sounded like I was having a bad night and gave me a cake pop with a sweet note on the bag. This absolutely made my day. I’ve always had a great experience at this Starbucks but these girls went over and above and I thought they should be recognized for their kindness towards a stranger.

They really need more workers! Just waited an hour for a single coffee, saw the long drive thru line but figured they’d have a lot of workers and it would go fast if they’re usually this busy. Ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato and plain bagel with cream cheese, which I didnt taste till on the road. Unfortunately it tasted nothing like coffee and tasted like watered down cream with no flavor, totally forgot to put my cream cheese in, so plain bagel with nothing, ruined my beautiful morning. Definitely not one of my better visits.
Drive in was closed but walking store was open. Its usually the opposite at every other Starbucks I have visited in the last 15 months. The entrance for the drive thru is really bad. Its behind a semi unloading warehouse area. Tricky to navigate Even with gps.
Coffee is absolutely delicious! The only problem is the price, I got a relatively simple drink for 5.70 and I feel like Im over paying for the brand. If you get coffee here you should buy the rewards app to get a better deal.

I was waiting there for 45 minutes and the manager there was so rude a couple of time ask wheres my drink and she was so rude to me she basically threw the drink out of me
Friendly place with good drive through service. The line gets long but it goes quick. Ask for the mystery drinks, theyre great.

Always gets my drinks wrong. I will watch them make it and when I tell them that it was made wrong and how it was made they gave me a big attitude. Im the customer and Im paying for it. They also are always either closed from the inside or close through the drive-through at least twice a week.
I ordered a hot chai latte with a shot of espresso... The chai taste was VERY weak! One of the worst Ive had... Service was friendly but slow...

Its a Starbucks! They got my order right. Only reason Im giving 4 stars is because the drive-thru line was REALLLLY long and they (at the time) had the doors locked. Really wanted to be in and out, had a mask, and was willing to park and run in.

The staff here are excellent. Everyone is really nice. I think they do a great job getting things out quickly. I saw a few people complaining about wait times....I mean for how busy they are and being the only SB for a city of 120K...they kill it.

The manager here is really terrible.So, months later I’m editing this. Please, Starbucks: get rid of this manager. This is the worst run Starbucks. I travel for my business. I’ve been to more Starbucks than (possibly) anyone. This place is terribly run. We rely on you to be open, fast and courteous. This one will close down mid-day with no sign, no reason, etc. And the employees look like they are walking zombies.Also, I managed to catch on of the employees coming out and asked “why does this happen so often?”. She says “we really don’t ask questions, just want to keep our job.”You have a problem here. It’s been going on even before Covid. Fix this location for us, please.LOOK AT THE REVIEWS BELOW!!

The woman working the drive through at 8:30am on 10/18/20 was so unbelievably rude. I ordered a coffee and lemon loaf and she immediately said drive up before we could get in my fiancé’s order. I then asked if we could add another order to it which we did. Once we got to the window we saw the lemon loaf missing and nicely asked if we can add it to the order (considering we ordered this and clearly it was missed) the woman at the window then laughed at us and rolled her eyes.I understand You were busy and trying to get through the line HOWEVER if you LISTENED to our order the first time WITHOUT trying to rush us through, you would have heard the whole order.What makes it worse it the food/coffee was horrible and we ended up at dunkin right down the street. The woman laughing in our face FOR HER OWN mistake is unacceptable and because of that, we will not be back to this location.
Normal Starbucks. Same quality food & drink as other locations. This location has inconsistent wait times, which makes it hard to know when to arrive for mobile orders.
The drive thru is not the easiest way to enter. It’s around a big plaza.
Ordered on the go, showed up to get it an the doors locked and being told to go through the drive thru. Before I got to the front I drove past the cars in the drive thru and I counts about 25 to 30 cars, it was out into the road. Paid for two coffees and some food for nothing, call and the manager is very rude and says its because of staffing they needed to close the walk in. This is the only location I ever have a hard time getting anything from.
Super nice and patient staff. Visiting from out of town- I love the UNCUT cold brew and rarely do Starbucks keep a pitcher aside for customers like me. Extremely happy this location had my cold brew!!! Thank yooou!!

The staff here is friendly, but the location isn’t the best for getting in and out. Nor is the atmosphere conducive to visiting comfortably with friends or doing work. It’s small, and every time the door opens you freeze. Also, I’ve waited 20 minutes (not exaggerating) for my last two orders. Not too fun.
I enjoy visiting Starbucks although I dont drink coffee frequently. For me the drinks are delicious but occasionally I get stuck waiting longer than expected at this location. I believe its due to a lack of functional equipment. The management and team are excellent.
Below average. Entrance store parking is almost head on to drive-thru window. Service is incredibly slow compared to other Starbucks. They havent switched to gender neutral bathrooms, so lines can form there. And if you order a specialty drink with ice, they will only fill it halfway.
Line was super long and it took 20mins to get a coffee but as always its worth it. Coffee was great and girl at window was super friendly 👍
Love this Starbucks location. The staff is extremely friendly and Ive never received a bad order. Its always spot on. Whats also spot on is the staffs pronunciation of my name, theyve taken the time to learn to say it correctly, with no influence from my part. I always have a smile on when I leave this place!
IDK what happened with the old general manager but #sad. This store is the polar opposite of what it used to be without the good management it had.
The manager Jake is an absolute doll & the staff here ALL go above & beyond in a VERY high volume store.Yes, sometimes the wait time seems long, but... most beverages are handcrafted & in many cases modified from the standard offerings.Ive been a loyal patron of Starbucks for over 25 years & have been patronizing this particular location for 8 of those years when Im not on my beloved islands!

Made a online order. Arrived 15 minutes after making it. Waited 30 minutes for no coffee. Couldn’t stay because I was on my lunch break. Paid for a coffee I never got. Staff seemed frazzled and under staffed. Need better coordination at this location.
Had a great time enjoying a cup of hot cocoa with my son. He loves how Starbucks has a kids temperature for hot beverages. He does not have to wait a long time before enjoying his drink.
I went there once they made my coffee completely wrong and then i went back through and told them they made it wrong and i chose a different drink and they made that one wrong too because they were mad
Spilt my tea (like an idiot) and they quickly came over to help clean it up AND made me a new one. I was literally ready to pick it up myself and leave without my drink. (I understand this is possibly a policy they have but STILL!)

Havent been here in this store in a while.... very polite staff. Well made drinks. Their customer service is very professional. They were out of one of our items. They handled our issue well, and we left very happy. Glad we stopped.
Have been a regular at Starbucks for years and today was absolutely ridiculous. Was not talked to over the drive through speaker for almost 10 minutes and waited 6 minutes for my sandwich. People were HONKING AT ME. Thats how long it took today. Have been here for 26 minutes, just left. The girl with the freckles and dark hair did nothing for me and did not apologize, then continued to forget I was even there and did not give me my sandwich. I had to go into the store to get it. After talking to alianna she did apologize, it did not help the situation. I am fuming. Will not be a regular here anymore.P.s. I paid in full

For the most part my drinks are made to order. My biggest complaint is they often shut down mobile ordering. Its frustrating when Starbucks has mobile ordering promotions and you cant place a mobile order... I dont mind waiting, I dont mind human interaction. Those are not the reason I order online. I take advantage of mobile ordering for those dang perks lol. I do love the staff here though.

The service is incredibly slow. I almost wanted to ask if I could come back there and make my own coffee. Im sitting here in the Starbucks right now and there are currently 6 people who have already ordered waiting for their drinks with nobody in line behind them. 5 employees dont seem to be doing anything or seem even remotely concerned with the amount of people who are waiting. I definitely will not be coming back again.
I have gone here twice now. And both times they have given me the wrong order. I asked for a Starbucks Doubleshot and they just gave me two shots of espresso with almond milk. What the heck? It is a brand drink!
