When I went to the store i believe her name was Courtney was overall just a rude employee. She was just grumpy and didn’t have any emotion while i talked to her. she also have attitude to some of the other employees. Plenty of other stores with nicer staff.

I came here to get converse and I am so happy with the service. I tried on 2 pairs before getting the right size, but the employee was so nice about it. I got my converse on sale and am so happy with the service I got. I will definitely be coming back.

The manager Chelsea was SO amazing tonight. She understood my issue and helped me take care of it with no issues. Ive had a lot of bad customer service experiences lately so it was extremely refreshing to have such a good one. Shout out to Chelsea!!!!!!

I walked in and the person working there didnt acknowledge me when I walked in at all. She was leaned over the counter talking to another employee. Neither said anything to me. The store had huge signs advertising 30-50 % off some items. Thats great because generally they are a little overpriced and you can get Vans and other shoes like that online for cheaper.I grabbed a pair of shoes and brought it to the counter and asked if it was on sale. The clerk responded with an eye roll and said if they were on sale there would be a sign. ... There were signs everywhere. She could have just said no. She didnt even sit up when I was talking to her.Take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of shoe stores that have helpful and friendly staff. Or buy online for less money and no sass from a shoe store employee!I just read the review before mine and it looks like bad attitudes in the staff is a common issue at this store.

The store wasnt bad.. But heres the reason for my low review. DONT LIE TO ME ABOUT USING MY EMAIL FOR YOUR MAILING LIST! I should have the right to decide if I want your spam or not. The girl INSISTED that the email was only for my receipt and repeatedly stated I wouldnt end up on a list.Ive gotten an email every day since. Train your staff to tell the truth.

Very poor manager he was rude. I bought 2 pair of boots and one pair was an online order. He said to me the the online order had to be shipped to the storesaid okay no problem, then I checked my receipt to track my order it had been refunded and no email was made or even a call. I almost lost 99$ and 99cents do to lack of communication from this location I will not do any more shopping at this store and any other locations and no I dont want a freakin coupon ps. Mizzy was great
