I love this place. Been coming here for year, and love all the merch. Plus the staff are super chill, friendly, and helpful! Only downside is that the store is small, but theres nothing to be done about that.

Very nice helpful staff, was wiling to get down a pair of Tripp NYC overalls that were way at the top near the ceiling. My daughters and I will definitely be going to this Hot Topic from now on since the one that was near me has shut down.

Not much to say its not super big but they make good on using there space. People are friendly.

It was such a joy to look at all the fandom stuff. It was an unplanned visit so I didnt end up buying anything, but I intend to return with a plan. My friend bought an Itachi tee and is very happy with it. I found a few anime and band tees that I will come back for. Super excited to have found this store. I had heard of Hot Topic, but it exceeded my expectations.

Been going here for years and I love seeing how much it’s improved! Employees are very helpful and there is a bunch of pop culture, anime, and fashion merchandise to look through. Fairly small however, so be careful if you’re don’t do well in cramped spaces.

So, for me, I love this store because they always stock plenty of sunglasses. They usually have some sort of sale with sunglasses so I usually buy a bunch of pairs at a time. The staff is always helpful and polite. The store is kinda small and messy but thats pretty standard to many hot topics so its not a huge deal.

Never had an issue with them.They monitor their intake of customers during Covid, are friendly and answer all questions to the best of their ability, and never have issues with their customers.

My daughter loves this store and so do I! Theres usually a lot of deals or sales going on which helps a lot on the expenses. The only problem is is that there are some clothes and stuff on the ground here and there which is most likely from customers not picking stuff up when they fall but if they picked up a bit it would be perfect!

The staff was amazingly helpful and truly kind people! They helped me find what I needed really quickly and were wicked awesome to chat with!

There were several people in the store yet one one person. Their items arent marked well. It took me over an hour because their one employee wasnt able to find what I needed. The sad part is I was sent from a different Hot Topic and was told Manchester would have more of what I wanted but I was very disappointed. The store is overcrowded and poorly set up. Every time I looked for a specific item Id knock a dozen things off the shelves because things are just jammed everywhere. Items are hidden behind other items. Terrible place to visit. The one employee however did try to do her best and if it wasnt for her Id give this store 1 star or less.

Love all the gear, wish the store had more space. Its cramped. People who work there are helpful and polite.

Love this place for getting T-shirts and they always have some kind of coupon or BOGO promotion going on. I always end up spending way more time and money here than I should.

Honestly they have nothing there They don’t have jegging‘s they don’t have the F-Bomb perfume that every other hot topic is carried almost no T-shirts and the place was small and cluttered couldn’t even tell where half the stuff in the people that work there are oblivious I asked if they had jegging‘s and they tell me they do and then pointed me towards leggings... so you’re telling me you were going to close store in don’t understand the difference between “Jeans” and “Leggings“ I honestly don’t know what to say about that my device is that maybe you guys should have another store that’s not in a mall just an actual individual store I’m pretty sure more people would buy from it but that’s just my opinion and I’m pretty sure those don’t matter I think writing reviews is just another way to Complain

An amazing place to get all the cool people in your life a gift. Despite its square footage, its a gem of a place to shop. Customer service is hit or miss, however. The evening we went in, the supervisor was quite nasty to her employee. The employee asked her something per my request and the supervisor responded, Ive already answered that question and Im really busy here. So, despite the customer service, the items here are worth shopping for.

I havent been here in a long time. Not sure if I like the revamp of the store. I went there for goth/punk clothing but its mostly t-shirts and whatever show or movie is hot atm.

Hot topic used to be cool

Ordered online and got an email saying my order was in at the store. I live almost an hour away, but I get into Manchester to run errands about once a month. Store cashier MIKAYLA tells me nope your order is not here, and we haven’t had deliveries yet today maybe it will be here tomorrow, blah blah blah. I said I got the email yesterday that it was here. She said nope it’s not, starts to give me a story about how sometimes it will take longer for UPS to deliver even though they said it was already delivered. Well it so happens that the UPS guy that delivers to this store is a friend of mine! So I texted him and ask if he delivered anything with my name on it and he said yes! So I tell mikayla that and she looks again. Sure enough there’s my order!! You’d think she’d say OOPS SORRY ABOUT THAT but all she says is “would you like a bag?” I say “it’s a good thing I didn’t go all the way home and all the way back here tomorrow” but she says NOTHING!!Meanwhile the other employee had asked me when I walked in if I’m finding everything and when I tell her I’m here for my online order she says oh you have to ask mikayla. Then twenty minutes later she asks me again am I finding everything as if I’m a new customer...these two staff people SUCK.

The manager here is always amazing and helpful, as well as those who work alongside her.

F***ing nightmare, bought a sweat shirt and t shirt for $70 and Im fine with that, but the computer charged it twice and they denied it, then when the shirt didnt fit I returned it and was ONCE AGAIN disappointed by them not paying me back the money for the shirt.

Very tiny place and the people working forgot to take a security tag off a shirt, so I set off alarms in multiple stores and when I went back to get it taken off it seemed like I was bothering the staff.
