The FinishLine staff here in Manchester at the mall gave me the best customer service! Shout out to the Mgr. Ryan and Julius for helping me out! Definitely going to back to this store again! 🔥🔋⛽️

I want to talk about the staff in this location .. they are super helpful and treat me with the up most respect, i live about a hr away and when ever i need to get shoes i would rather take the drive just to get the help i need especially from Leilanie Rodriguez who is truly the most caring most honest person I’ve dealt with .. thanks to her and the team in manch finish line in Manchester does it right .. kudos ms Rodriguez

Employees do not care at all about cash paying customers!!!! Stood at register with two pairs of shoes and cash in my hand while one employee was on the phone and the other employees just stood around. Waiting waiting waiting and waiting to pay for my shoes. After what seemed like eternity Probably only 10 minutes I decided that no one was going to ring me up left shoes on counter and walked out. Asked one of the employees on way out why no one was able to ring me up? He shrugged and said sorry. Well finish line here is a customer that was spending $200 in shoes that you lost! Not sure I will return to your store again. Plenty of other fish in the sea.Foot locker seems to be more than happy to take my cash money and their prices are better!! Lol maybe talk to your employee. They don’t seem interested in making a sale. Great way to do business and way to burn a customer that buys about 6-10 pairs of sneakers every year!!! This store is a joke!!!!!!!

My husband bought me a pair of Nike for my birthday. They were a little small so we went back to Finish Line and Tyler spent some quality time with me choosing the right pair. Unfortunately, the store didn’t have my size. Tyler said no worries and he would have them shipped from another store to my home for no additional charge. Wow. 3 days later I’m wearing and loving my new Nike Air. Great experience at Finish Line. Thank you for exceptional customer service, Tyler!

Bought a pair of sneakers to find when I drive all the way home, they put two different sneakers in the box. I went back the next day and they found the correct one.

My daughter and I went into the store to exchange a pair of mens basketball sneakers. The manager Daniel came right over to as and was extremely helpful every step of the way. This finish line is by far the worst shoe store I have ever gone in, in any of the numerous states I have lived in. I have been in this store so many times and every time the employees have ignored me. I went in there tonight and got ignore d for almost 10 minutes while I was trying to buy sneakers for my daughter. When I finally spoke up to the guy that was busy flirting with the female employee, he then decided to call me a tough guy and swear at me the whole way out the store. when I told him I would come back and talk to his boss, he stated to me he was the boss and good luck with that. I will do everything I can to get him fired and I will never go back to this store ever again. I will spread the bad word to everyone I ever talk to. He is very lucky I had my daughters with me or else he probably would have seen an entire different side of me that he wouldnt have liked. Worst Finish Line ever. Boycott this store!!!!

Tried to return an online order... They took the merch and said theyd refund, still waiting two weeks later for said refund. Items were new with tags still on, returned with the receipt within their 45 day return policy... Corporate is a joke. I would stay away and give your business to one of their numerous competitors.
