I cant even give a star but it is the only way to post a review. We selected Creative Vision Flooring because it is a local flooring company that has been open for several years; Thinking it was reputable. Our vinyl click in flooring was installed over 3/4 of existing linoleum (home remodel of kitchen, dining room and to include a new spare room that was new construction and sub flooring). We had known a portion of flooring needed to be self leveled which was included in the estimate. Our flooring was installed over two days. The first day our smoke detectors on our second floor were set off due to the dull blade. After the second day, we noted a gap in two of the tiles, and three areas of flooring that were not level. An inspection with the owner Rick was specifically requested-he had initially advised that his installers would come back over; after inspection, it was determined that the floor underneath was not level and more self leveling was needed. Floor installers came back, now with an extra young man vs husband and wife duo. See pictures attached-after using a crow bar, the boy broke several of the floor tiles, click in feature. There was a box left over so it was used to fix the flooring. We were offered to replace the flooring with a roll out type vinyl. I said no way, and demanded only a 50% refund to which the owner tried to give me a post dated check stating he didnt agree to refund me right away. After the second fix, we are now left with tiles that are lifted when you step on them and corners lifting because the installers used the broken tiles to fix my floor, and a large gap under the front of our refrigerator that has water and ice maker-good bye waterproof vinyl.Rick Watt is a slime. We are now left trying to find someone to sell us the same flooring, remove the entire flooring and start fresh with unbroken tiles. It can be fixed but it is going to cost over $1500. So much for a refund. Thanks Creative Vision for one of the worst floor installs I have ever heard of.

I was referred to Rick by my real estate agent and I am glad I did not go with the one negative review this business has . To say I am pleased is an understatement . Very professional and quick . Rick came over Fr a consult and bought samples with him and was very patient while I was indecisive about which sample to go with coz all of them looked so good !! The selection in his store is unsurpassed . Prices are very reasonable ( I got 4 quotes ) Such polite courteous service . Tim was the installer and his attention to detail was impeccable . He even helped out in a few things that were not in his job description . I plan to get the upstairs renovated at some point and I would definitely hire them again .

Very disappointed in their installation team. We had vinyl planking put down over an existing tile floor, they insisted it would be fine. 2 1/2 years later the floor is sinking. Rick the manager said it was past warranty, really?? Not even 3 years on this floor?? Now we actually had an expert floor person come and look at it and the floor underneath has to be chiseled up before laying a proper floor to the tune of thousands. This same team also installed a floor at my mothers and left a big air bubble and a gouge in the floor, but Rick did replace her floor at no cost. Advice? Get your own installation team. Dear Rick, in response to yours, my husband did not drop a heavy item, it was a lamp, and he did not drop the lamp on other areas of the floor that are also coming apart, the dent in the floor is smaller than a dime, your installation team did not know what they were doing, there are other areas of the floor that are sinking in and separating, they didnt skim it right, weve had 2 other floor people come and look at it who have been in business for over 20 years who said the same. I understand your guaranty on the floors arent very long of course, its not the materials its the installers. We did contact you, you tried to order a replacement box but told us its no longer available and that there was nothing you can do about the floor. If you like I can post 3 pictures of the areas coming apart, probably more once the furniture is removed. Please tell me you wouldnt give your store a 5 star rating when 2 out of 2 floors by the same installers were done wrong or damaged. I stand by my 1 star.

I was looking at my 20 year old vinyl floors and decided we needed an update. So I went to look around at what is out there in terms of flooring. The first place that I went to showed me a product that is not tile, but looks like tile. A lot of the tiles were too dark for our taste. The second place I went to had the same product and I had an estimate done for my two bathrooms and kitchen floors. The estimate took a week and I was shocked at the price. My husband and I had guessed the same amount and it was double that amount. Obviously the flooring I was looking at was quite pricey. So I then went on the lookout for vinyl. I found Creative Vision Flooring Design who had the same high-end materials as the other stores, but in addition had a really nice selection of vinyl, even including high-end vinyl. We found two patterns that we loved, we ordered high-end vinyl and we are so excited about the results. I was worried about the fact that the two bathrooms had to have the toilets removed, but the crew came in and suctioned all the water out no muss no fuss. His crew are phenomenal, very neat and pleasant. I feel like we are living in a new house. And the best part is that we saved thousands of dollars. Make Creative Vision the first place you look. Next will be carpets!

Selected a quality carpet for my basement stairs and upgraded to a thicker padding and the Hollywood wrap around the risers. The crew were very professional and knew what they were doing.

Creative vision employs one of the best installers of flooring around. Highly knowledgeable, skilled and very customer orientated. The service from them is commendable and high end quality. Excellent workmanship that is noteworthy.

Horrible experience !!!! The owner rick lacks integrity and claims he is not responsible for repair work that his sub contractors provide. I needed a repair done on some sheet vinyl. The installer Bryan left 1/8 of a in gaps where their should not be a seam . He also damaged some of my flooring while the repairs were taking place. I asked Rick to please come to the job sight and see the damage his sub made and rick informed me he does not come and look at repairs made. He stated he sits behind a desk. I will never refer thisThank you Rick for your dishonesty. I’ll have my customer get on here and speak truth of the situation so the community knows .

The owner of this company is absolutely unprofessional and would not own up to the horrible job his sub contractor did. He said he was not responsible for the guys work that he did. He is dishonest and not a man of integrity. Highly recommend not calling this company.

Great customer service, highly qualified people. Great flooring selections and much more. I would recommend this store to family and friends ! Best prices I’ve seen. Will definitely be going back for any future flooring!

The people at this Flooring Super Store are very professional and There prices are way lower then any big box store..The team that does the installations are really the best part of this stores unique ability to do flooring correct..They showed up on time and were super friendly..They actually did a few extra things that I didnt even ask them to do...Overall top shelf..Thank YouCreative Flooring !!!

Very helpful clerk. She was personable, pleasant and went out if her way to find a product I was looking for.

We recently had a horrible mold problem on our kitchen floor. This company came in and ripped out all the mold which included 6 layers of flooring. A new subfloor was laid topped with laminate. They did an awesome job from start to finish and very strict on to detail! I would totally recommend them to anybody that is looking to get a new floor or carpeting or the like!

When I was first remodeling my kitchen floors I was quite unsure of how to go about it but I’ve never experienced the service and quality I received from the employees. I recommend to anyone who wants clarity and professional flooring done right.
