Jack B. was always available to me whenever I had questions. Everyone that worked at Prime Subaru in Manchester were always extremely kind and helpful in my two visits. Cannot express how wonderful it was doing business here and will continue in the future!!
I really liked this dealership. The staff is very welcoming. They know exactly how to satisfy any customer that walks through the doors. I was very comfortable making a deal with this dealership and Never once felt like I was going to be ripped off. In the end, I got the car that I wanted. Prime Subaru of Manchester used to be a mom and pop dealership on Second St, they have recently moved to a brand new facility, with service bays and a large waiting area. Lots of sales desks, floor to ceiling Windows. Quite an upgrade, service is still very good. I hope they dont get too big and the success goes to their head and affects the experience and the years of good reputation
I used to love this dealership before Prime bought them out. The customer service and communication used to be so great. I was given free oil changes and inspections for the life of the car. Now not so much. I usually have to push them for the oil change. They are also very pushy about work that should get done. My car is very well maintained, it goes in for regular oil changes and maintenance each year. Lately each time the car goes in it miraculously needs over a $1,000 of work each time. I understand it’s a 2015 car and it’s getting older but it shouldn’t need this much work each time. Just this year alone I’ve been given a list of work needed that was well above $2600.
Excellent service today, as always. Very happy with Prime. My first visit to new location…beautiful. Comfortable wait area, just pull in under cover so no need to park car outside. Prompt and pleasant team. We are return customers having purchased my wife’s and my last several Subarus from them. Highly recommend. No pressure sales and excellent service.
Had my first appointment at the new facility off of John E Devine Dr and what a different experience! Tomas provided exceptional customer service specifically. Very comfortable waiting area where I was even able to quietly get some work done. When my car’s repairs took longer than expected, I was very quickly loaned a rental car for free to go about my business until my car was ready to pick up. It’s not often at these larger auto facilities you get this type of customer service, so I certainly left satisfied!
Bought a 2021 Crosstrek last year and now it was time to get new blades. They are kind of pricey I found I cant buy aftermarket blades. Oh well! I saw that there was a $10 off a set of new blades so I was going for it. The gentleman at the parts desk asked if I had changed them yet and I said no. He said that I should talk to the service manager and what do you know...I got a new set of blades for free! What a great surprise! I used to be a Honda guy for many years and decided to try Subaru and so far it is looking very good. I will have to say though, I wish they had a 2 year maintenance program like Auto Fair Honda. Oil changes, tire rotations, 2 all wheel alignments and 2 safety inspections for $349. (All synthetic). Oh well, I guess you cant get everything!

I’ve always had great service from Prime Subaru. I bought a used vehicle from Prime last year and found an engine issue that needed attention about a month later. Dan and the service team worked with me to isolate the issue and to ultimately correct it. While it took several months to figure out and resolve—ruling out a couple components at a time—the team at Prime always was attentive and responsive the updates I provided. In the end, the way they partnered with me to resolve this is what sticks with me, and will have me going back to them when I am looking for another vehicle. Top marks for great customer service!
My recent service was great! Called and they got me in the next day. Drop off in the morning was quick and easy. Dan contacted me throughout the day via text with updates on my Subaru. Service department was clean, organized and very spacious. Price for the work on my car was reasonable.
I had my first service appointment at prime Subaru in Manchester. It was exceptional. Aaron my service advisor promptly greeted me and showed me around. He explained every step of the process and guided me thru the entire experience including electronic recommendations from the service technician. He was very knowledgeable and took care of my immediate needs as well as some future needs I was looking for. I was never rushed and felt valued. It took approximately 3 hours to complete as estimated but it didn’t seem so long as I waited comfortably in their waiting area. I highly recommend their services.

I just purchased a 2021 Forester and was very pleased with this dealership. The staff were both personable and professional. The new showroom and offices are all state of the art and very attractive---clean, open, and airy spaces. Would go back again. My husband and I went to our first time of service of our new car and I was quiet delighted the easy way process. Tom, the service advisor, was easy to talked to, after that, he accompanied us to the huge waiting area. And of course, I love the free spring water, Poland Spring. While we were waiting, my eyes was so impress with the cleanliness of the place. That was a plus to me. So, five star was my rating because we were satisfied with the service that was done on our new car. And I am looking forward to our next appointment will turn up the same. Friendly and welcoming. So far, Prime Subaru -service, is one of the best in town.
My wife and I have had terrible experiences in the past with dealerships. Rob our sales agent and Gordon our numbers guru made the buying experience there almost addicting. I’m not blowing smoke either. I didn’t feel obligated nor pressured to buy anything. We were giving advice as to the best way to utilize our money and they let us hand pick everything. I just brought my car in for regular service but it was the 1st time for me visiting their new location on John E Devine road in Manchester. SO MUCH EASIER to park. It is very nice and even though I was there on an extremely busy day, they took very good care of me. Some good changes for the better recently..

Honest and excellent service. The reps I deal with are super nice and upfront about my repair needs. Once my bill was a lot more then planned, due to an unexpected issue, the rep took what money I had and lowered my bill accordingly, thats good service.
I went in to have a recall serviced and I can’t say enough about how smooth and effortless the process went! I was greeted by multiple employees and felt very welcomed. Abigail the service advisor was so friendly and professional. She explained the recall process clearly and showed me to the waiting area which was very big and clean. The recall was done promptly, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I have been in for service in the past, and I can’t say that that was always the case. It seems as though they really have things going smoothly considering they just moved to this new facility. I would highly recommend going in for service and plan on doing so in the future.
Came in for new tires and a diagnosis about some vibration I was feeling. I thought I had made an appointment online but it didn’t process in their system, but Dan was very accommodating and got me in anyway! Dan was so kind and patient, he actually listened to my concerns and helped walk me through my options. The whole service team is awesome, this is definitely my go to service center!

I scheduled a basic package servicing and added in the notes section when scheduling online the issues I have been having with my vehicle when driving and asked for help to find a solution. Because I didn’t know what the problem was; I hoped scheduling a general check would do, or the advisor or a mechanic would give me a better option for what I needed. I had also told the advisor the same thing, since he didn’t seem to know about the added notes. Two hours and $176 later I ask if the issues were resolved. The advisor seemed clueless and stated the issues/noises I was experiencing could be from the front brakes being slightly low. Huh? How do front brakes cause my entire car to act weird when DRIVING? I hoped that maybe they did find the problem and fixed it and didn’t inform the advisor or myself. Nope. Immediately on the ride home the problem still persisted. I booked with the dealership in hopes they would know the car best and help me. In the end I wasted my money and should’ve just gone to my regular mechanic. Now I have to commute to work and university in a car I feel unsafe in because this bill was all I could afford. Great!

I had went to another subaru dealership earlier this morning. They were not great to me and didnt have the level of care that was shown to me at prime Subaru. Robb was great! Super attentive to what I was looking for. He worked with me to get me a fair price on my Subaru Forester. If I could give this review 10 stars I would. I drove from Worcester MA to Manchester NH, honestly Id do it again for this level of service. I also worked with Joe in the finance department and it was just as good of service. The whole process was amazing and easy to get through.

I went for an inspection sticker and oil change. My car is 18 months old with 12,500 miles on it. It didn’t pass inspection because I need new tires... at 12,500 miles! I did not and will not replace the tires. Aaron the service tech was great and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The new facility looks great. I do miss the small mom and pop shop. The new look is an upgrade but it feels like I am doing business with a large corporation instead of helping a mom and pop. This was my 8th Subaru purchased in 19 years (7 since 2008) and this is the third owner of Subaru of Manchester I have dealt with. I helped a friend purchase a vehicle there 3 months after I bought my vehicle. She needed new tires after 11 months and under 20,000 miles. Unfortunately I think Subaru may be going downhill with quality and it is time to find another brand. It is very upsetting as I have been a loyal Subaru owner and worked with the same dealership since 2002.
Needed to get my Subaru fixed. Everyone there was very nice and the service was quick. Fair prices as well. Will use them again for sure. Shout out to Tomas :)

My experience with prime subaru was a good one. I called at 11:30 am and was able to drop the car off at 1pm. They met all my needs and four hours and a bunch of work later, I left with a car that drove like new again. Prices where typical of what you would expect from a dealership, but overall everything was done in four hours and it was quality work. I Will definitely be back in the future.
We are very happy with all of our experiences with Prime Subaru. We have worked with Niko two or three times to buy or lease, and every time we left feeling like he had listened to what we needed in the negotiations. They are willing to work with you, and they do an awesome job following up on everything.
This was my first big adult moment buying a car all by myself without my parents. I was nervous going into the whole process but Ammara was super friendly along with the rest of the staff including the sales manager and the financial staff member who helped me with my deal. The whole process was such a breeze and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal I wanted. Thank you guys so much for the help and for putting me in my new car! Aaron Greenwood and Timothy Ryan are my heros! I was in Manchester when the low air light came on. I had my elderly mother in the car with me. Not sure of what was going on I went right over to Manchester Subaru. Aaron greeted me and I told him what was going on. He was courteous, smiling and helped me. My tire had a screw broken off in the side of the tire. There was no way of fixing it. Had to order another one which would be in in a couple of days. Timothy was going to put the spare tire on but because my mom was so nervous about getting to Vermont the next day Aaron made sure we had a rental car and that mom could visit her brother. There was no hesitation on making sure we had a car. When you go to Manchester Subaru tell Aaron I sent you! A big thank you to Aaron and Timothy!!!
This is the second time I’ve been here, I took my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek in for routine service and state inspection. The first time, in the old location, I had good service, but this time was stellar - Aaron Greenwood went above and beyond, checked my A/C for me because I said it wasn’t running as cold, and when it turned out I needed a part replaced that was quite a bit more money than I had budgeted he made it so that I could afford it more easily while my car still got the service it needed. The new location is extremely nice and allows for service to be streamlined as well - you just pull right into the garage! I also love that they text you updates and that they provide you with a comprehensive list of what you may need to get worked on in the future and what looks good. I would highly recommend Prime Subaru and especially Aaron for service, and will definitely consider Prime when buying my next Subaru based on the excellent customer service I received.

Along with my vehicle inspection, they also offered to fix the vibration in my vehicle and did so successfully for much less than anticipated. The work was done within the time mentioned initially. This was at the new facility and have to say the drive in service-area is a great addition. No parking issues for service appointment, which wasnt the case at the last location. The waiting area was also very clean and spacious. The overall procedure went very smoothly and Im very pleased with my experience.

Been contracting on an almost daily basis for a recall. They never contact me back and every time I reach out they ask me the same questions and then never contact me. Guessing they just want to avoid performing a recall.There is a remedy for it, I’ve read through the remedy. Either way if there wasn’t a remedy, you’d think they’d at least reach back out.

Just purchased my second vehicle from Prime! Very happy with the entire experience. I was one of those customers for sure but Robb was beyond patient with my two month decision process and I never felt pressured at all. When I was finally ready to purchase, Robb was completely supportive and explained every last option of both the deal and the car to me. He understood that while he sells cars all the time, it was still a very significant decision for me. He went over every model, price, pros and cons of all the cars for me personally and didnt flinch when I couldnt decide whether to lease or purchase. I appreciated that Robb and the team were respectful of my time and everyone from service to finance was so nice. It was truly the opposite of the stereotypical car buying process. Unfortunately this place was a 5-star spot, but after ghosting me while I was looking to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new one, they dropped to 3 stars. Ive had great service for my vehicle at both locations, and the new location is actually far more convenient for me. Im just so disappointed that not one but TWO sales reps dropped the ball and just flat out ignored my follow up texts and emails, one who stated he was a Sales MANAGER. Just bad customer service to not respond to multiple emails or text messages.Ultimately I bought a new car from another dealership further from home who was responsive and met my needs.

I was a little bit leery when Subaru moved from 2nd Street to this nice great new location as well as Prime dealership taking over. After visiting this place and looking for a new car I found you could not go wrong with Prime. The staff at this location with excellent and very helpful. If youre looking for a Subaru I recommend visiting this location.
My mother and I recently purchased a used Subaru from Manchester Prime. I would recommend this sales location to anyone in the market for a new or used Subaru. The sales associate we worked with was exceptional. He was patient, friendly, efficient and gracious. He gave us our space but was available as soon as we had any questions. In fact, every step of this process was painless due to the helpful staff and inviting showroom. We drove from the seacoast just to go to Prime. We got a great deal and are very happy with our new car.
This dealership used to be very good. As soon as they changed their owner, everything changed. If you go there for service, they try everything they can to dig your money out. So does the sales department. It is much less pleasant than before when you get a service done here. Will never go here again.
There were a set of problems from oil and coolant leaks to over heating that were interacting in complex ways. These needed to be diagnosed and solved sequentially which took much patience on the part of all to get all issues solved. With good communication, persistence, and respectful interaction, they were all solved. Thank you for your courtesy, good humor, and expertise!
I had a really good experience with Prime Subaru Service this week. I have a 2007 Subaru Forester that has 188,000 miles. I headed out for work and noticed the battery red light on my dash. I turned around and went home and knew I had to call a Subaru dealership -and I called Prime. I got Aaron - and he was fantastic. Throughout this whole process that day, Aaron was responsive, knowledgeable, considerate and kind. Turns out I needed a new alternator. They arranged a Lyft for me to get to work and had their Shuttle service pick me up the next day. There was a bit of a mix up with the Lyft - but it all worked out in the end. My car is running great right now. Thank you Aaron for taking good care of me! And also to your Service Department that fixed my car.
Be aware of unnecessary recommendations from service center. It is not an honest service center. Prices are unreasonable. Chose $530 for maintenance package and they didn’t even wash my car. And they charged me more than $620 for miscellaneous such as filling up fluids. I think $530 package should cover such charges. That was the whole point of buying a package. After talking about this surprise charges, Dan reduced the price to $560. Changed brake fluid and now my car is squeaking after hitting brakes. My Subaru is less than 2 years old and they recommended me to change all tires. I need to take second opinion about it now. Definitely not recommending this service center. I will need to search for another service center.

The car buying process was easy. Steve fully explained all of the features of the car to me. He answered all of my questions. Steve deserves the highest rating in all areas.
What an amazing experience! Worked with Gary to get into a new lease and everything from start to finish was stellar. There was zero pressure, he worked within my budget, and he is beyond knowledgeable about Subaru’s (and cars in general). It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to working with Gary again when it’s time to renew my lease.

Highly disappointed with this dealership. Bought an Outback a few years back from here and that experience was not great. When I went to trade in my Outback I decided to go to the dealership in Milford because of my experience here. Dealership in Milford was much more pleasant to work with.That being said Im trying to get my warranty refund on the Outback and to do so I must go through this dealership. They will not respond to phone calls and they will only respond to emails if I email them multiple times in a row. They ensured me after the second time of trying to get the refund they would expedite the process. Months later still no refund and no response to emails.
Just had our 90K mile service done, and it was completed efficiently at the gorgeous new facility. The car was ready as promised and the staff was professional and very helpful. Glad to see all the improvements!
Since they have moved to their new location things seem to be more organized which is great . Aaron in service has been amazing both times I have had to bring my car in so it’s been a great experience so far !

I had a Great experience at Prime Subaru-Manchrster. I brought my car in for a complete check in prep for a road trip. The work was done in 4 hours while I waited in a comfortable and well stocked snack room. Dan was excellent explaining the process and answering questions. Everyone was friendly which made for an easy atmosphere. I am pleased with the work done to my car and will return in the future.
I’m not one to write reviews on companies, but this deserves to be shared, and less than one star! I took my car here for the “free inspection” because I was offered free inspections for the life of the vehicle. An inspection should not take more than about 45 minutes give or take.. after sitting there for 2.5 hours and asking for multiple updates they decide to tell me my car needs $5,500 worth of work. Now After going 3 weeks without a vehicle waiting to get my car to another shop for a second opinion, I find out NOT ONLY does the car need zero work to pass inspection, but they stripped the lug nut right off the tire and I was driving around myself and my family with a tire ready to fall off right off the rim! When this was discovered I decided to give them a call and they wanted nothing to do with me. They claimed this “wasn’t their fault” although they 100% took my tires off, and this happened from the last person to take the tires off the car.. Considering I worked for Prime Subaru none of this even comes as the slightest surprise to me, as they have been doing shady things for as long as I can remember.. PAY ATTENTION to anything “free” from these guys, and I highly suggest getting a second opinion if you are going to spend money on any car services at Prime Subaru!

The only reason I am not giving 5 stats is because it took way to long for a simple 24,000 mile oil change and walk around inspection. The previous times I was in and out within 45 minutes. Today I was there for over 2 hrs. Aside from the time it took today I will say the gentleman who took care of me was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. The new place the dealership moved to is spectacular and I look forward to going back for more of my service needs. I just hope it doesnt take so long next time since I wasnt prepared

Overall great experience with the service advisor walked in for a oil change and a state inspection I was in and out. The technicians notes on the vehicle inspection report was easy to understand and my car wasn’t left dirty by the technician either! Would recommend doing your service with them.

They lied to me on the phone about what vehicles were available. Their web site showed a vehicle I was interested in as on the lot. I called and asked if it was still available if I came over for a test drive. They said yes, come on over. When I got there they said it just sold but they had other similar cars I could try. I later found out it was sold a week ago! They will say anything to get you there and then try to sell you something else. Classic bait and switch. Stay away.
I went to Prime with my granddaughter to look at a vehicle and Tom Mogilnicki was her salesman. I have to say, he was Amazing, he went above and beyond assisting us. He made us feel Welcomed, kept us informed what was going on with the process. He sat down with us it felt like we knew him for years and Gordon the credit manager made the process so easy. I want to say Thank you both for making my granddaughter’s experience on buying her car so easy with your assistance, I will highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Prime Subaru and see you both . Great customer service! Charged $200 for an oil change/tire rotation/fluid top off on my WRX which seems a bit excessive. Especially considering there’s a coupon online for $99 which i was not informed about. Otherwise, great experience and the new building is beautiful.
Excellent experience. Meagan was my salesperson and she and the rest of the team were very easy to work with. I didn’t feel pressured or that I needed to be on defense to walk away with a very fair price. It was my first experience buying a brand new car and I would return again!! They won my business and my loyalty after a bad experience with my local Subaru dealer.

Jack was the most helpful car salesperson Ive ever worked with. Ive been looking for a car for literally months and walked into the dealership so stressed. He completely walked me through the process, answered all of my annoying questions, and clearly put the customer first throughout the whole process. I have never known buying a car could be such a pleasant process, and its because of Jack.
I purchased a car just shy of a year ago from Prime. The buying experience was simple and I was happy when my purchase. Unfortunately I have been having issues with the car starting shortly after purchasing the car. Thankfully the service department has really helped me out and made sure things get taken care of. I couldnt be more pleased with how well I have been taken care of by the service department! Thanks Dan!!!!

I have to say that I was dreading the whole car buying experience - along with driving from Portland to Manchester to test drive a car. However, Joe (sales guy) and Steve (sales manager) not only made the whole process painless, but they were extremely nice & personable as well - not salesman-y at all. There was no haggling, no upselling, no hidden charges, & zero stress. It was pretty great! Because there were a few folks ahead of me, I went & had lunch and by the time Id returned, Joe had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign. I would definitely buy a car from these guys again!
