This was by far the best purchasing experience I had ever had. I came here to Ira Toyota seeking out initially a truck. However due to demand it was limited coming in and they had suggested a 2022 Toyota Camry. I was working with a salesman by the name of Mike who went above and beyond. He was very well knowledge with the vehicle and features. We were able to overcome a couple of obstacles with the finance department and I was able to drive away the same day with it. This is by far the best purchase I have ever made and I will definitely be coming back. Big kudos again to Mike for being one hell of a salesman and going above and beyond!

Absolutely wonderful experience here with buying our first new car, Lisa is fantastic! We are both traveling nurses and had to coordinate buying a new car with being able to travel from Virginia to NH and back in between shifts, complicated to say the least. Lisa showed nothing but kindness and patience with us during the process and went to great lengths to make this work for us! Her communication was very responsive and efficient, she had complete transparency throughout the process and she checked in with us many times every step of the way! Overall great experience! I brought my car in for maintenance. The service advisor Jen was very welcoming. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am, I did end up leaving my car there while I went to work. I set the expectations to pick up my vehicle at 3pm. I received a call a lot sooner than I had expected which was great! In which she was just letting me know my car was ready for when I became ready to pick up my vehicle. When picking up my vehicle, she walked with me to find my car in which we exchanged jokes and laughs. Thank you IRA Toyota of Manchester for another wonderful experience!

My 86 yr old mom was told she needed $5000 in repairs from the Ira Toyota. We took the car to another garage and everything she needed to have repaired was $100.It’s horrible to think how they target the elderly. My mom had been a loyal customer for 10 years. It’s good to see how Toyota treats their loyal customers.Do not go to IRA Toyota’s service department if you’re elderly. You may be misled and overcharged.

My first time here after purchasing a new vehicle here back in the spring. Easy and simple, scheduled appointment online the same day, drove right in, had my vehicle back within a hour for basic 5000k maintenance.During my visit I made a quick visit to the parts department and got genuine Toyota parts for work I do myself on a older Toyota. That was easy and simple too, plus 10% off for AAA members. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

These folks are fantastic. Great service. Waiting area is great. I have two kids and we were very comfortable there waiting for about 3 hrs while they serviced the vehicle. Tv, coffee, and hot chocolate along with an area that seems to be just for kids kept us entertained and awake through the process. Very great full. Thanks guys.

Probably my best ever car buying experience. Sales consultant Mahir Ibisevic was friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything thoroughly.UPDATE: 2 months later. My SUVs radio/nav/backup cam display went out, totally dead, after less than two weeks. I called Ira to see if perhaps they could at least determine if the display was bad or if it was something simple. I was reminded that I did buy this as-is, which was true. That said, added warranty does not always include electrical. Also, I bought this particular model because this system (in part) had GpS nav and a backup camera. Sirius radio was a plus. All I asked for was for their techs to just pull the system to see if it was actually faulty. This did not seem unreasonable to me.I did get some responses but nothing actionable had happened. I feel like I am being stalled in hopes I will give up. To be fair, the SUV was purchased as-is, so the strict interpretation is that as soon as I drive off the lot, any problem, is my problem. However, in my experience, if you have a problem in my less than a months, dealers will try to remedy the problem. Not in this case, so buyer beware if you buy as-is from here.

Absolutely no stars. I responded to your email on a used 2007 GMC vehicle on 10/21/2021. 8:00 am 10/22/2021 I receive a call from this dealership. I ask them before I travel from CT to New Hampshire I want to make sure there is no rust on the floor panel or frame. I am told he will send me pictures and all the information. NOT ONCE WAS I TOLD AT 8.AM THE TRUCK WAS SOLD OR SOMEONE WAS LOOKING AT IT. Did not receive a call back. I call at 11:00 am. I am told o ya the truck was sold . In 3 hours no one could had called me back??????????????I cancelled a appointment with another dealer OUT OF STATE.. I would had left at 8.00am to travel to the other dealer out of state IF I WAS TOLD THE TRUCK WAS SOLD. . REALLY???????????. A total waste of my time and effort. So I guess this truck was sold this morning because the add is still on your web site. I am sorry to say but WHAT A BUNCH OF INCONSIDERATE INCOMPETENT SALES PERSONS. I had the pleasure of purchasing an awesome used SUV a few weeks ago with the expert help of Jason Bailey. He knew the answers to just about every question that I had and the few small details about the Audi that he didnt know he was able to get his hands on the information in very short order. The vehicle, which is the make and model I had been searching for had just become available on their website but it wasnt in Manchester Understandably, it was at IRAs Audi dealership in Mass being checked out. It wasnt scheduled to be in Manchester until late in the day but Jason went down and brought the vehicle up for me to see inside of two hours. The vehicle was found to be in excellent condition except for a minor problem with the rear license plate frame. I purchased the vehicle and the next morning Amazon arrived at my house to deliver a new frame care-of Jason.Bravo!

Amazing experience. I worked with Kerry initially. Then Danny in Sales & Peter in Finance. I live out of state and was shopping for my Father who lives in NH. Throughout the entire Sales process Danny was crystal clear and transparent. I was on FaceTime for the entire process. From start to finish the entire purchase, including test drive, only took about an hour and a half. Peter in finance wasnt pushy at all. Again, super clear and transparent and had me on FaceTime the entire time. Buyers dont have much bargaining power right now with supply shortages. But we still got a very fair deal both with the trade in of my fathers old car and the OTD price of the new car. Absolutely top notch customer service. Highly recommend shopping for a car here!

Jennifer G.was terrific. Very professional. She greeted me immediately after I arrived. She was very thorough in her explanations regarding the services our RAV-4 needed. While I was waiting for our vehicle, Jennifer checked in with me and told me they were almost finished with my car. When I arrived all was great with the service advisor who greeted me and checked me in. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation on my new Toyota. When my vehicle was returned, I had oil fingerprints on both sides of my truck as well as my chrome grill. Completely unacceptable! I will no longer be getting my Toyota serviced at Ira of Manchester.

Both times I have dealt with the service department I have been positive experiences. Everyone there seems nice. My only complaint would be from the sales department who led me to believe that a loaner vehicle would be no problem and inspections were taken care of for the first two years. But Hey, we all know sales people will tell us what we want to hear.

I have been coming to Ira for service for a few years on my Toyota. I recently scheduled a service (with valet pickup for my vehicle at my home) by phone and received a confirmation email. My car was never picked up for service. I called Ira and spoke with someone who apologized, said they didnt know what happened, and rescheduled the same service with valet pickup for the following week. My car was never picked up for service... again. I called Ira and they said that they werent sure what the problem was and that someone from service would call me to chat and reschedule. I never received a call. I submitted a message through the website and did not get a response either. I did get a text verifying my phone number, but nothing else. So strange! I have always had good experiences here, so Im just confused about what the disconnect is regarding the valet service. If its no longer being offered, all staff should be aware of this so they dont keep rescheduling me for a service that isnt going to happen.

When we went to this toyota dealer last week, they told us that if we buy the 2018 model Toyota Yaris car now, it has dropped from 14800 to 12880. We asked for a days time. In the research we made, we saw that the same car (they sell the same car at two different dealers) at the Toyota dealership in denver with the same name. We saw that the same car was worth 11000 dollars. We said it was unethical. We said it wasnt the right behavior. They werent interested in any way. I have never seen such a bad business in my life. They are trying to fool people.

On a road trip up from Florida and needed our 5k service. Appointment availability was fine, but the 1 star for the fact that the service almost killed us and destroyed our brand new van. They overinflated our tires to 44 psi when both manual and door panel sticker both say 35. One New England pot hole could have been a disaster. Never returning here and glad we live by the motto “trust, but verify”

Just had my car serviced there. I have black aftermarket wheels with aftermarket locking lug nuts and I told them the key for the lug nuts were in the cup holder and the service writer wrote it down on the paper for the tech but they still didn’t use the key and damaged my lug nuts and scratched the wheels. My boyfriend had to go into the shop and get the key out of the cup holder and show them how to use it. The service and people were nice but not happy that my brand new wheels are now damaged.

Stay away from his place, definitely some shady business practices.I was working with one salesmen, Ryan Laliberte, on a trade in.He asked if he could give me a trade in amount if I would fill out a credit app. I said I would. He waited while I filed out a credit app and then told me I couldnt get the trade amount immediately after it was submitted. I pointed out that I had only filled out the app based on the expectation he was giving a higher trade in, and that I wouldnt have wasted a credit inquiry without the prospect of the higher trade in.He was not receptive and would not do anything to make it right.

Heartless, crooked, and greedy. Had two trade-ins that we submitted full & complete information to a salesman for, including a bunch of photos: one has a dent in the bumper and the other has a check-engine light that came on recently. Was assured he would “make a deal happen” between our trade-ins and vehicle purchase price to get financing to a specific monthly payment amount - even confirming trade-in value prior to coming down. Drove 4.5 hours ONE WAY to have the sales manager (don’t even know his name because he didn’t bother to introduce himself) come out abruptly after our trades were assessed and basically accuse me of knowing the vehicle with the check engine light needs a new motor. I’m not a mechanic - I was trading it in because I didn’t want to invest money into fixing whatever the issue is. We had the code checked when the light came on and it was a fuel emissions error - which the salesman also knew. I had the vehicle inspected two weeks ago and the only reason it didn’t pass inspection is because of a small oil leak - they said nothing about the motor. The sales manager proceeded to crassly say VERBATIM “the motor will probably blow up on your drive home but I can offer to fill up your gas tank for the inconvenience of driving so far.” Then proceeds to say the other vehicle had “way more damage” than what the pictures showed; when asked for specifics because we had sent in all requested pictures of the dent in the back bumper (salesman we were working with confirmed this) he had no response. I had to cut him off multiple times for clarification because he was saying everything so fast as if he didn’t have time for the conversation. Zero care, delivered what could be devastating news with a “sorry not sorry” attitude, and didn’t bother to offer an alternative or try to make a deal. He made it obvious that they didn’t need our business unless we agreed to take a huge hit on our trade-ins. If when presenting the information on the supposed motor issue you guys had acted like you cared even a minute amount we would have still bought, even with the increase in financing amount, but the way you spoke and treated us is what made us walk out - which conveniently enough on our way out heard one of the other salesman yell out to our salesman (not even five minutes after they told us about the trade-ins) that he had a HOT LEAD on the vehicle. They didn’t care about the sale with us because they knew someone else was waiting in line. They had no intention of giving us the trade in amount that I outright told them I needed (and they said would make happen) in order to make the deal work. They thought they could sucker me in to driving that far and would feel like I had no other choice when I got down there by using scare tactics to fear driving my vehicle back home. (P.S. it made it the entire 4.5 hours back to my house with no issue - 9 hours of driving & 400 miles total for the day.) I knew it was a more complicated trade-in/financing deal & can handle being told the financials don’t match up; what I can’t handle is wasting my time & being tricked into coming down and then being bullied into taking less for my trade-ins because they knew we could afford more on the monthly payment. Feeling sorry for the countless customers who’ve likely had a similar experience and didn’t know any better. Go here if you’re looking to get low-balled on your trade-in and scared into buying for a higher price. DO NOT go here if you’re looking for an honest transaction. Absolutely aghast with the lack of care and honesty from this dealership - especially from a manager! Will be making a formal complaint. UPDATE: Had my vehicle that apparently needed a new motor full inspected and diagnosed by a Jeep dealer yesterday and all it needs is new oil/coolant housing - NOT A NEW MOTOR - a fraction of that cost. Beware!!!

I came in here to purchase a new vehicle. One of the women that worked there was still eating her breakfast, ignoring us, and had her feet up on a trash barrel near her. We went up to another representative that worked there asking for help, but he was part of the service department and said he would get us some help. I then saw him ask the same woman eating her breakfast to help us, and she said she was busy, as she put another mouth full of food in her mouth. We did not even get greeted or acknowledged. Not only did this happen to me, but it happened to others who walked in as well. I then went to Toyota of Nashua and was greeted by multiple employees. I’m buying a brand new car from them due to the lack of interest I experienced at the Toyota of Manchester. This woman should be fired for her lack of professionalism and the representation she is giving your dealership.

Based on the fact, they recharged the AC and knew it was leaking. Offered to me paying additional $$$$.This is the point where I went a full 27 point inspection with Subaru. I can post pictures of the leak (BEFORE AND AFTER AND INTERNAL SEAL) they (REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP IN NH) found and attested to the FACT THIS VEHICLE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ISSUED A NH STATE INSPECTION STICKER.Not to discredit IRA, however, my interaction with their service lead was behind closed doors, immediately requested copies of my photos( weird) and basically, I requested their statements in email. Their reply was we will show you why its not leaking on exhaust DUH it takes time thus my original complaint based on as is STATUS AND FAILING INSPECTION PRE SALE.Pedro Hincapie- phincapie@iramotorgroup.… the Manager basically told me we put dye in the oil micro-scrubbed the engine and will show you how were not at fault. Traded in my car for an SUV a few months ago. Process seemed to go relatively smoothly at first. Ultimately was pressured to use Toyota financing vs my own bank. When I went to refinance with my bank, I then could not get ahold of anyone from the finance dept. I called and left multiple voicemails and emails in an attempt to get my account information, and was then told I needed to make at least one payment prior to switching the loan to my bank (which was not the case at all). Toyota was also supposed to send a check to my bank to payoff the car that was no longer in my possession, however as mentioned, no one would answer. I was then forced to drive down to Toyota which only then did they send a check to my bank (the day before payment was due on my old car, and a month after I had purchased a vehicle from them). And I was able to switch my loan to my bank with no issues. Truly disappointed in the lack of service/response from the finance department. My vehicle was also sold to me with no center caps (which we were assured Toyota would call us and give them to us), and it wasn’t until we called 8 weeks later to follow up we’re they finally ordered so we could have them put on the vehicle.

Really did enjoy the sales experience, but went back for our 5k mile service. Dropped the vehicle off the night before for a 7:30am appointment. Service manager said theyd call in the morning when the vehicle was ready. Called at 10:30am to find out if we could get an estmate on completion and was told we dropped it off and it didnt work that way, they had all day to work on it, even though we had a 7:30am appointment. He then told us he would call us with an estimate. The Toyota app let us know they then unlocked and moved the vehicle and later moved and locked the vehicle. Still no call with an estimate, no call that work is complete and no one is picking up in service. I think well find another mechanic for service, clearly they are too busy for us.

Purchased vehicle on 08/09/2021 and was given a key fob that did not lock or unlock vehicle. Had brought to attention of Lisa in Sales during test drive and day of purchase and was told that they tried to replace the battery but key likely needs to be reprogrammed which is about 20-45 bucks. Brought the key to local audio and car expert who advised a new key is needed as the chip is faulty which costs $200. The dealership is refusing to return my calls and Lisa advised she cannot offer a free key. Meanwhile, the car is not recognizing the chip and wont start as a result. Horrible service, dishonest and unbelievably unresponsive. Not to mention, was getting countless calls after vehicle was purchased from other sales members asking us to come test drive the truck we had already bought as it was still available. DONT BUY FROM THEM AS THEY ARE DISHONEST AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

I am left a little disappointed with my experience. I brought my truck in not running do to a fuel flow issue. It has been intermittently not starting then randomly starting and running fine. Ira dropped the fuel tank and checked the after market fuel pump and all wiring to find no definitive answer on what could be wrong only that my truck has started again and is running. I feel like I paid over 1000.00 for an we dont know but its currently running youre welcome. Now Im left not confident if my truck will leave me stranded again. I have no problem paying for the service time and labor, I do have a problem with the lack of an actual reason as to why or how its working now.

Well, my girlfriend and I bought a new Sienna but at the Portsmouth dealer. Friendly staff over there. In Manchester, a service dept gentleman was hostile and argumentative towards a tow truck driver dropping keys off at service. Perhaps a toxic environment, but probably a good man just having a bad day. We all have them. Good luck to you guys. Im sorry, but I will not be considering doing business with this dealership. Good product though. Love Toyotas. Im currently considering a Tacoma.

Not impressed. Every service adviser seems to want to upsell something. 2019 SUV that wasnt pulling to either side and on a routine oil change I am told it needed an alignment but the computer read out didnt show that when I asked for it? My other Toyota we owned prior I was told my brake pads were at 4mm and that I needed rotors as well. On a Rav 4 with 30,000 miles. I asked to see the rotors and ( seemed to be the theme of the day as countless people in the waiting room were told the same 4mm number and rotor story) and was then told they were OK. I am not sure how else you can interpret the same lines over and over. I replaced my own brake pads and in no way shape or form did those rotors need to be changed or even resurfaced. I paid $42 for a job they quoted me at for $850. I used to wrench my own cars/truck when I was younger but now have health issues. I dont trust them anymore and will go to a local shop.

Came in with the intention to buy a car. checked out the MSRP online and went to test drive. The Rav4 hybrid I wanted wasnt at this dealer but another and instead of test driving something similar they set me up in a used car. Dan is the man. Ive wanted a full sized truck my entire life. I told Dan what i needed and he delivered. For over 8 weeks he searched and sent pics of potential matches. Then, finally it happened. First I had an appointment booked for Friday. Valet service included. No one showed and when I called the receptionist couldnt get a hold of anyone, said she would email them and call me back. I didnt hear back and after 3 business days I called back again. All I was offered was a new appointment, no explanation to what happened. Then for my new appointment they showed up promptly and were courteous. My truck spent all day for an oil change and state inspection. I called three time to try to a hold of someone and finally got through and the gentleman I spoke to got in touch with my service manager who wasnt returning my communications. It got squared away and I got my truck back at the end of the day. Not a great experience overall.

My experience overall was very good. I did not like the show room because the radio was way too loud. I prefer a business atmosphere as opposed to a party atmosphere. The salesman I had could not get it turned down. I HAD TO SPEAK LOUDLY JUST TO TALK TO SOMEONE ACROSS A DESK! If I could give no stars I would! The service department failed to do their jobs. The state inspection performed on my vehicle was passed and they simply overlooked anything that was wrong with my vehicle. I brought it back to them the following day after the inspection they performed because my car was pulling to the left. Funny how before their inspection it wasnt doing that. I asked them to fix it and give me an alignment which they ended up charging me extra to do so. While it was being test driven to make sure the alignment issue was resolved I watched my car screech out of the parking lot and then driven away like it was stolen. I was not impressed! Then I drove it away after paying nearly $100 only to find out that it is still pulling to the left. I called them back and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me. They told me I would need to bring it back in for them to look at it. I told the manager that I wouldnt even bring a peddle bike to their shop because I completely lost trust in their ability to do their jobs. I had to take it somewhere else for it to be fixed. I will never go back to service a vehicle as long as I live.

I had a promotional coupon that they texted me for my car with said Vin XXX. Called and mentioned the coupon 19.95. Checked in and also mentioned and showed said coupon. Mentioned when picking it up. Theyre like sure $53 with fees (49.95 before fees) They said that there actually no such price for that service at all but was never mentioned any time before hand. Ended up being $43 (39.95) because it was a actual coupon. (Still double) A coworker had to let him know that all coupons werent the same. Frustrated that no one said anything before that it was actually double or that he wouldnt even look at the coupon they had sent me.
