Went in for Oil Change and Inspection.Took me right in. First thing in am On Sunday.(9:30am)Oil Change was perfect with interior cleaning, very happy even though the car failed state inspection. They are very thorough!It needed rear brakes.They offered a very competitive price to replace.Overall, good place would go back.

Jiffy Lub really is quick. Less than 20 minutes on Monday at 4:30. Reset my dash miles to oil change thingie too.I uploaded the pic of their hours in the window, because I found erroneous info on google maps and some other site. 8am-6pm except Sat -5pm, closed Sunday.

I almost always go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes, because I know the employees are going to work efficiently and explain to me everything they are doing, and what to look for going forward. I will continue to go to Jiffy Lube as I know that Im getting exactly what Im looking for!

Went here on a Sunday for a state inspection on my Chevrolet Silverado and got in with little wait. Vehicle inspection took about 45 min and I waited in the very clean and air-conditioned waiting room. I was recommended to replace rear brake shoes but was not pressured or failed because this issue. I do all repairs myself on my vehicle and was my first time at a Jiffy Lube and was impressed with the very professional staff. Thank you again to Joshua who completed my inspection.

Grateful to be getting an inspection done over the weekend but man, these guys need to get it together! Arrived at 2:40pm, they came out to ask what I’m looking to get done and let me know it’ll be about an hour because there are 2 cars in front that they need to get in and out. Fine, that’s what I get for letting my sticker run out. They proceed to pull the other 2 cars in and I wait about 20 minutes before they open a door for my truck. While waiting, another car shows up next to me and another as they brought me inside. They back up my truck and pull the car that just pulled up in before mine. About 10-15 go by and they now have the first 2 cars out to which they pull the car in that showed up while I was waiting. I’ve been watching since (that guy, I know) but find it interesting that in the what is now 50 minutes since they pulled in my truck they’ve picked at it a whopping 3 times while both cars that had shown up after me they’ve been all over! It’s now 75 minutes since I arrived and they’ve come out with a clipboard to let me know as first time customer, I need to fill out the information (that’s on my registration minus a couple details). It’s remarkable in today’s world they can be so careless with sensitive information. I’m a little iffy about filling this out but I’m into this far already. Oh and by the way? There’s also sensitive information to 7 additional customers. Glad I’m last to fill this thing out but the idea that someone else could now have access to my information?? 🤔 oh but at least they have a note as the header to shred the form daily! Glad I just wasted an hour and a half here to find out the truck failed for a nail in the tire??

I was disappointed. Jiffy lube usually comes up to me and tells me how my fluids are, the air filter, tire pressure and the clean the windshield. This did not happen here.

I went in the morning for oil change and state inspection, no wait. They showed me my dirty air filters and also that rear brake pad was ready for a change. Upfront price estimates. Easy.

I was able to get right in and my tech Josh was a very nice and explained everything. He even made my 2-year-old son feel very comfortable. He went above and beyond that made all the difference.

I always travel to this Jiffy Lube location. The staff is very polite and professional. I feel seen as a valued customer here; Im not patronized or condescended to. Its very important for me to have a good experience getting my car serviced on my own. Ive had many bad experiences in the past at other businesses, and even other Jiffy lubes. Definitely try this one out!

Online it says they are open until 7. I got there at 6 and there was someone sweeping the floor. I sat outside for 15 minutes and no one came and said anything. Tried calling no answer.I’ll be using other locations instead moving forward.

They were awesome. The guy I had was respectful, and it was fast. He told me how to get a gift card Because I got full synthetic and refused a tip. My go-to spot now.

Staff was very friendly and they worked at a fast pace yet still did quality work. I feel the oil changes are a bit pricey but if your needing somewhere to grab a quick one this place is a great option.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube on South Willow St, Manchester, NH. The J team were professional and curious. Adam, I believe hes the manager addressed all my concerns and needs. Adams noticed I had an oil leak and fixed it. Adam saved me from blowing my engine. I believe he saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

I was the only customer there at the time and they quickly and efficiently changed my oil. I was in and out in about 15 minutes (I never had to leave my vehicle).

Took a 2015 CR-V in for state inspection.Failed because of worn rear brake pads and streaky wipers.Of course he offered me a replacement set for $44.I declined service and took the fail.Took the vehicle to my mechanic, he had time for an inspection and found that the brakes and wipers were a pass.I had purchased new wiper blades three days before the initial inspection.They were working perfectly.I cant condemn the store as a whole as this was my first visit.Perhaps its just that one employee? (who in my opinion, is stinking up the joint)Caveat Emptor!

I called earlier and asked about a car inspection. They said no problem come anytime. They said no appointment needed, first come, first serve. I showed up around 3:00 pm on a Monday and they took my keys, said roughly 45 minutes and I sat down in the waiting area. About 5 minutes later the guy that took my keys and said they couldn’t do it. There were no cars waiting and two in the garage. It sounded like someone was leaving, and they didn’t have enough experience between the rest of them to do an inspection. Big waste of time.

Brought our vehicle in for an inspection our vehicle is new in an excellent condition they failed the brakes and tried to sell us aftermarket garbage bags we brought the vehicle to the dealership and it passed inspection with flying colors I will never go to this establishment ever again

Showed up and place was dead. Went inside to ask for an inspection and the attendant was rude af. Clearly didn’t want to do any work and told us we could be there all day because they’re primarily an oil change service. Explained we didn’t want to be there all day and his response was “well no one does, I don’t want to be here either”. Happy to pay someone else to do the work scumbag! Didn’t have a mask on either!

I’ve been going there to change my oil for awhile, they “were” good! But lastime i went they didn’t install the oil filter properly and I almost lost my engine because of them !!

I went there at 6:35. Their hours are until 7:00. Why did they tell me that they were closing? They had a car in each bay and no one else there!!!!! 10 minute oil change my a$$. I’ve been going here for 10 years. No more! Quick change oil places are a dime a dozen. Time to change

This place pretty good they get you in and out as quick as possible the prices are good the trick to this place is go online and look for the coupon before you go in for oil changes wipers they do Italy top all your fluids off they have me in and out within 10 minutes they keep records of your vehicle you know when youre there you go to any one of them and theyll know that youre already been to the other one so they know your car very well if you are very courteous theres always two or three people working on your vehicle out of time so its not bad at all and is located right on the major place right Street Manchester

Fast efficient and knew what they were talking about

Overall they do a good job no problems at all .the only complaint that I have with them and theyre not the only one is I tend to think they are way overpriced for just an oil change. Theres a place in Manchester called prompto. A full synthetic oil change is $45. They dont do anything besides out with maybe the exception of windshield wipers. Still compare $45 to $98. That is a ridiculous difference! Admittedly jiffy lube Valvoline and the others do a lot more then just oil changes. But you cannot ignore that price difference!

This place will rip you off if they get the chance. If youve had transmission service they probably didnt drain all the transmission fluid before just dumping new fluid in on top of half the old. And if you had differential services done, theres a good chance they just tamper sealed it to make it look like it was done. If they think you wont give them a good email review, they remove your email and sometimes put in one of their own. So if you were unhappy and DIDNT get an email survey, thats why. Ill never take a vehicle to any Jiffy Lube again, especially this one. Theyll kiss ass if they think you are their secret shopper though! Oh, and a lot of their ASE Certified technicians, arent. They take Jiffy Lube computer courses... and most of the time they cheat on them, basically using the answer books, or someone who is certified takes their tests for them. See charles motts comment.... yeah... hes a manager with Jiffy Lube. Of course hes thinks its wonderful... he was one of the problems.

Well I usually get My Inspection Done there every Year. This Year August 2020 NOBODY Will answer the Phone Whenever I Call to make an Appointment! So I’ll go elsewhere.

Very efficient for speedy oil changes and not pushy when it comes to air filter or cabin air filter. Instead, they offer suggestions and they dont do any mechanical repairs, which can be a good idea.

This place is a nightmare ! Brought in my sweet Camry for a oil change ! Before I even handed the key over the kid is scratching his beard and says “when was the last time this thing got a wheel alignment ?” Apparently the Hispanic customer I spoke with in front of me had a sweet ride too and they up selled $600 of work to the kid and he brought it in for a oil change only.. I looked at the price board and it’s $40.00 for oil change without a new filter I told the worker cancel the oil change that’s way to much for an oil change of conventional .. he said they already drained the oil so it’s to late I said it’s not to late you haven’t opened the hood yet ! The manger came over topped off the oil and set your allset to go.. he gave me about a quart of fresh oil for the inconvenience .. this place is a joke avoid it at all costs!

Best customer service around!

While they were performing my oil change and tire rotation everything seemed to go very well. Their team was very efficient although pricy($55 for a standard care)The only problem came three weeks later when I tried to take my tires off and perform my own brake job. My lug nuts were so incredibly tight that a standard tire iron and low end pneumatic gun we had were no match for for the torque that was applied by Jiffy Lube.Luckily I was able to visit another shop down the road whom was able to eventually loosen them. There, they suggested that my lug nuts were probably torqued over 200 ft lbs instead of the recommended 80 ft lbs.I will NOT be returning.

This place is a scam. Zero star rating. These fools from the manager to the shop floor are being told to sell work even when its not required. Inspections are set up so you will fail and they can grab over priced work from the consumer. Stay away as they even over charge for oil changes.Contacting the state to alert them of the inspection false failures, contacting the public to say just stay away, you have many choices, dont choose this place.

Terrible. I can say from being in the automotive business for 15 years that this place is untrustworthy. I highly recommend you seek a second opinion from a non franchise shop. They will lie and try to upsell you service you dont need. Customer beware.

Fast service friendly techs that dont push sales

I took my subaru impreza in for an oil change and a tire rotation, I got the oil change done for about $20 (and they only filled my oil up half way and over torqued the drain plug). After that they told me they couldnt rotate my tires because its dangerous to over rotate your tires and you could break the lug nuts. Which is complete bs but i just wanted to get out of there at that point. Long story short I only got a medoicre oil change that day. I dont recommend coming here if you care about your car.
