Got a good deal on two pairs of shoes, ended up having a $15 coupon available after the purchase because of my rewards program so I got waterproof spray for free! Natasha was very helpful at the register. The staff is normally friendly there and I dont have many complaints. With that said I do think they should have been a little bit more available to greet patrons on the floor with a Hello or How are you today which I didnt get, but other than that a solid business to shop at! I usually come here for womens shoes, boots etc. They had a poor selection of kids shoes. The one pair my son liked was $70! Um no thank you.

Came in to an amazing sale they had going. And left with two boots that I really needed!! The only thing I have noticed is that their selections seem to have diminished. Even 2 years ago they used to have a big variety of whatever shoe was in season. This year especially it was hard to find a pair of boots with a low chunky heal that are dressy. A lot more choices for the casual boots

Absolutely amazing fabulous place !! The shoes are incredible and the staff are even. More incredible and very professional and so kind they make ur shopping experience great!!! I had a pair of sandals that I had bought over 2 weeks ago and I had worn them a few time Nd while I was walking I felt something hanging from my foot and I looked and the sandal strap was broken I didn’t think that I could exchange them because I had worn them a few times and because I had had a digital copy of my receipt and the receipt was very blurry and you couldn’t really tell very well what it said on it because the print was coming off but I had called and I had spoke to a gentleman named John and he was so kind and so understanding and told me not to worry about it and to come in and they would fix it and they would exchange it. So I did and I spoke to a gentleman named Jeff and very respectful sweet young man ( can spell his name correctly) but I’ll calm him Edward. (I am so sorry I can’t spell his name but he was Wonderful) and not only did they make the transaction very quick and simple and stress-free but they also made my experience so good that I will definitely be coming back and I will definitely be shopping here more often because of them they deserve a raise for being so professional and caring about the customers as much as they did I just wanted to thank them all three of them for being such Fabulous people. If there were more people like these gentlemen the world would be a better place .I highly recommend going to off Broadway not only for their amazing styles of shoes but for their incredible staff

We love this store..if your a vet ask for your discount. Make sure to show the nice lady your card. We enjoyed looking around.Just watch your step on and off the escolator...the big metal plates are loose. Youll see the screws sticking up..Parking is easy.. Employees are helpful and curtious.. Checkout is fun..the little gal is funny.

Other than when Im buying Vans, this is the only place I come for shoes because of their selection. If you want Vans though they dont have much to offer. I just got Timberlands for winter and they had so many options, it was difficult to choose. Also I wear Skechers for work and I always find a great pair here that are great for my feet. I definitely recommend coming here for shoe shopping.

The store didnt have my size in stock for the Skechers hiking boots I wanted and a friendly associate told me they couldnt order my size. I searched online and found them on Google Express for $20 less than the $69.99 Off Broadway had them listed for. I have to wait until next Tuesday for them to arrive but Ill get the hikers I want at a better price.
