Its where I work. But that hardly makes me bias in saying that the people are great the company is awesome and the products are spectacular.
Very professional and all pandemic procedures are in place and easy to access.
Hmm hmm maybe its just thinking about the option that best describes as

So Im a father of 3 working 2 part time jobs trying to make ends meet. I replied to an ad on indeed for a job at at pepsi after spending an excessive amount of time filling questionnaires I was relieved to finally get an interview although it was more than 2 weeks away. The morning of the Interview I felt good was fresh and ready all my ducks in a row. 15 minute trip Google maps tells me ok Im gonna leave at 130 for a 2 PM interview with traffic. I arrive on site at 1:50 drive through the parking area near facility to find no open spots but a bunch of people standing around vehicles. Ok no problem Ill wait. Finaly a car pulls out. Its a tiny spot for my SUV between two cars but its 1:58 at this point I cant be picky. I squeeze in look at my phone 2 PM on the dot. I go right in there a bunch of people in the lobby so I sign in and patiently await my turn. It clears out a little in there a nice older lady behind the glass window notices me and asked could I help you? I said yes Im here for my 2pm interview. She says ok sign in and someone will be right with you. I said I already signed in and thankyou. I sat down and waited maybe 30 seconds a middle age man aggressively opens a door near me looks at me and calls out my name I stand immediately extend my hand and nice to meet you. He did not shake my hand. I look up at him kind of confused. Now seeing anger and discontent in his face. Im more confused . He spoke loudly so that everyone in the lobby could hear him I think in some sort of show of power said. DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS? I grabbed my phone almost out of instinct I guess and quickly replied 2:03 and he again spoke so the room could hear him in a public area/lobby EXACTLY YOUR INTERVIEW WAS AT 2:00 WE HAVE A NO TOLERANCE POLICY HERE!! THERE WILL BE NO INTERVIEW TODAY!! Still in shock and disbelief from the situation then the embarrassment sets in realizing Ive been publicly shamed in a sense. I look back at him and realize he is actually grinning like this is amusing to him or fulfilling some power trip or what not? So I decided to be the bigger man. I said I understand and thank you for your time sir.(although he gave me no time and i did not understand) I extended my hand again he paused kind of looked at my hand floating there in mid air as if pondering if I was worthy of any respect at all. After an uncomfortable amount of time i got a limp hand shake and a door shut in my face. I then walked to my car sat there for a second thinking I always looked at pepsi as this all American Company with values and morals and how one person wearing blue in moments could change my whole life long perception. I get it Im not gonna get every job I apply for so dont give me the job.Thats ok. Im still a human being and deserve much better than I got from pepsi today.
