We needed some new, quality, durable couches for our home. I crowd sourced where to go and am so glad I chose a Bennington furniture. I was skeptical when I saw an old brick flyer as the stuff looked cheap but Bennington still carries some good quality brands thankfully! I ended up with 3 Basset couches and cannot wait for them to arrive. Serena helped me pick out all the fabrics, cushions, legs you name it and had the patience of a saint with me and then my husband ;)

Always terrific working with Tara! She has a great eye, is passionate about her work, and has incredible focus and patience, all of which results in a very pleasing outcome for the customer. I have worked with her before to plan a room and I left a superlative review about that experience. Great furniture store. Tara takes the time to help you chose unique pieces that all go together making a designer look for a fraction of the cost. Quality furniture not like the cookie cutter big name stores.

I was not able to get to a physical store, and Tara was so helpful in searching the stock and sending photos that we were able to purchase what we needed quickly over email and phone!

We went in looking for box springs. They had one size in stock and immediately coordinated with their other location to have the second size available tomorrow. Easy. There was only one salesperson working, and she managed to be attentive, efficient and courteous to ALL of us who were there at the same time. Well done.

Sorry, not sure how any companies can stay in business where the sales people and even the sales manager doesn’t return phone calls to their customers. Been waiting at least six months for furniture that has been back ordered and have been promised delivery dates consistently that never happen. This go around I have had to make three separate attempts to try to get in touch with the sales manager about the furniture and she still hasn’t gotten back to me. No follow up calls, no check ins. Seems to be a common practice at least in the Manchester store. This will be my last time shopping there.

I had a large modular sofa delivered to a small apartment. I completely underestimated how large the sofa was and how small the apartment is. It was a no go through the front door. Chris and Matt were completely unphased. Brought a full size sofa over the balcony (at least 10 feet up) in single degree weather. Then it wouldnt fit through the sliding door. Once again, they dealt with the problem. It took over an hour to get the delivery done, and they were cheerful the whole time. Incredible service, to say nothing of incredible grit. Thank you Bennington Furniture!!! Thanks even more to Chris and Matt, the best delivery crew I have ever experienced!!!!!!

WOW! From beginning to end this furniture store and their employees were phenomenal! My husband and I walked into their showroom, and there it was, front and center----our dream couch! You may think this over dramatic, but we had been looking for over a year from Burlington, VT to NY and NH. We sat on so many couches that we realized it strengthens your abs to sit and stand so many times. Bennington Furnitures couch had all the criteria we wanted in a couch, which was many----I wanted a couch in which everyone that visited our home would feel welcomed and would be drawn to sit in. I was really hoping to find a conversation styled couch, I wanted a high back so your head would rest on the cushion, so you could relax. I wanted the seat cushions to be comfortable when you sat, not to sag and not to feel like a park bench. I wanted the side arms to be high so you could snuggle in the corner and feel like the couch is hugging you. Living in Vermont, I wanted the couch to have that Vermont ski lodge look to it. Alison, the sales associate, walked us through the many options for how this couch could be custom made, with many fabric and leather options, but in the end, we just loved the arrangement of decisions Alison had made when she had ordered the floor model. She kindly sold us that one. It was the way that Alison carefully listened to what we truly wanted, along with the specific questions she asked us, that had us joyously purchasing this couch. The delivery men, Marcus and Brandon moved the couch into our home with ease. My measurements indicated that the feet would need to be removed, but they clearly know their job and angled it just so coming through the door with the feet on, and it all fit perfectly----They are SO Strong!!!!! They placed the couch exactly where we wanted, just by instinct, and replaced all the cushions, and our couch looks like a work of art!!!!! We Love it! Beginning to end our experience with Bennington Furniture leaves us with great joy, and isnt that what you want to remember when you sit on your couch to enjoy a moment.One year later update: Our couch has been a dream!!!! Friends come over and comment on how they want to get new furniture and where did we get our furniture?(this was never mentioned when we had our old couch, only the couch has been replaced, but all the rest of the furniture in the room seems to have become so much more awesome, because that couch is that FANTASTIC!) Whoever sits on that couch wants to settle back and the couch welcomes them as few pieces of furniture can. There and then begins a friendship between them and the couch of all things. Our adult children come home and settle themselves onto the couch and are reluctant to leave their space incase someone else claims that spot. I realize it is only one year old, but it looks brand new. We are thrilled with this purchase!

Had all pricing, purchase and delivery schedule done in no time.Delivery by Chris & Matty was effortless. No fuss, no muss. Theyll be coming back with additional pieces

Went for a mattress, etc. Salesperson was very helpful and pleasant. We bought a new mattress and box spring. It was delivered two days later.

I had a bedroom set delivered today by Bennington Furnitures Chris & Matty! Great service and quality items! Chris & Matty were very efficient and professional!

After I posted my negative feelings about Bennington Furniture I got a response from Jackie JACI Terrell TERRIL the general manager which I believe everyone should readwithin one month she is more less deciding that cushions should be expected to settle and lose their firmness especially if you sat on it for less than a month. I have a 30-year-old sectional in my apartment and it still has its firmness. If this is the kind of wear and tear and settling she thinks we should expect from a new couch then all the more reason not to do business with this company I sent her pictures to show at least 2 inches have been lost in one cushion alreadyMaybe it is time for the courts to decide she already told me I would lose according to her experienceSo again I ask everyone to please read my comments and her response which is totally ridiculous and according to her I definitely would not buy a mattress if a certain amount of settling according to her should be expected she is however the general managerI did try to contact the company president and CEO Michael Fiacco maybe he will call me back

Purchased a new sofa sectional and a boxspring and matress. Received a later time which allowed us come up for the Saturday delivery. Kasey, our sales person called us with a heads up that the delivery guys were coming but running late. That was appreciated. Once the delivery guys arrived (Bill and Pete), they were very professional ensuring that the furniture was moved without hitting walls and damaging floors. They also offered to return at a later date with a better bedframe for the box spring and mattress than the one we had to ensure that it conformed to all warranties. A great experience.
