This is not the first time…. Speedylube and Brian the owner are just absolutely the most honest people frankly we have ever dealt with. I brought my BMW 330 for new brakes thinking that they were needed at 36,000 miles. (I had just bought it used and wasn’t aware of what work had been already done)They called about an hour later saying the brakes are perfectly fine and do not need new pads. Any other fix-it shop would’ve put the brakes on and pretended they were needed. Instead they forfeited the money they would’ve made on the replacement to tell me the truth about the situation.Another time years ago my Volvo S60 kept stalling, and we thought it was the fuel pump or a clog…Brian suggested it was likely just a bad gasket on the tank fill cap—it WAS and cost a tiny $16.00! He again could have said it was something much more and we would have paid.Premium place!

I was more than impressed with the professionalism and customer service here. From the phone call to bringing my car in. So helpful and very realistic and reasonable pricing! Would refer to friends and family!

So I pulled to the back lot, a staff member waved me to pull into the garage. They waved me in as far as they wanted me to come in behind another vehicle. Even though the person was only a few feet away from me after they helped me pull in they didnt greet me at all or even ask why I was there. I sat there and watched them work on two other vehicles for quite awhile. Once they finished the car infront of me they opened the garage door for that person to go out so I just drove out after them and went to Meineke instead where I was greeted right away and got quick/friendly service. I know where Im going from now on. This place needs to pay better attention to their customer service really.

Public wants honest experience, other then getting my oil done i ask if they can check other fluids and the air in my tires, I sat and watched them from start to finish I knew they did neither do I asked anyways to see if they would be honest. I asked the two that were working on my car and both lied to me,, what else are they not doing..

Love these guys, fair and honest on state inspections and will take you out to the shop to show you exactly what is wrong and why. Speedy service too.

They do the job theyre asked to do, no questions asked. Reasonable price, the mechanics arent exactly the nicest, but they do good work.

They got grease all over my steering wheel and inspection papers. I came back to the owner and she said. No big deal its just grease I guess we have different upbringing but I think its more than a big deal. I been a mechanic my whole life and I never just got grease all over customers cars and said oh well

The owners and the shop are very nice people, they are very fair with pricing and are very honest. The technicians they employ however, are very rude, and like to laugh at your vehicle when you have a failure for a state inspection. The ownership of this facility is amazing but they really need to hire better and more professional technicians

This place is a staple in Manchester! Prices are fair and decent. Pay way less than a chain place and receive better service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and go above and beyond. They are usually well staffed and have a lot of bays - Ive never had to wait very long. Ive been going here forever. Ive trusted them with my Craigslist-special style beaters, and also with my brand new car! Wicked highly recommend!

I get my cars inspected here because its on the way to work. I do my own maintenance so cant speak to their service. I do get my truck undercoated for the winter there which is convenient.

Brought my car in for an inspection. Apparently my brake line popped sometime after I pulled in (not something I noticed), and according to them was the fifth case that week this had happened. After getting my car back my brakes failed me on the way home. My car was leaking an abundant amount of brake fluid. But hey, it passed the inspection. *Update* Just wanted to clarify the problem was the mechanic didnt properly tighten the banjo bolt which the brake line goes through causing it to leak.

Whenever I come here with an issue with any of my cars, they always help without any issues. They give me a great price and everyone is really nice. Makes it all go by easier. Thank you

Been good to me. Very good oil change place. Thorough a d family owned. They do car work as well. But you can just pull in and get an oil change right away and trust the work better than the chains.

Great service

Honest people. They fixed my check engine light problem so I can pass inspection, and only cost me $150. The garage where I was taking my car to charged me $500 a couple of years ago- the light came back on and they were going to charge me another $500.So glad a friend from work recommended Speedy Lube to me. They are honest and reasonably priced. This is where Im taking my vehicles to for service from now on.
