Excellent service department. 7:30am appointment routine scheduled maintenance also recall notice. Loaner car reserved ahead of time in and out in fifteen minutes. Service completed by eleven thirty. Good job thanks Tim and team Honda.

Yesterday I brought my Honda Accord in for a 60-thousand-mile multipoint inspection and ended up with new rotors, a break recall and NH State inspection. Everything seemed well. They passed the vehicle after replacing the rotors and didn’t notice anything else wrong in both the state and “comprehensive multipoint” inspection. After 4 hours of waiting I left the service center and headed home. While backing up into my driveway, I noticed the rear-view camera on my dashboard no longer looked the same. The back-up guidelines were slanted off to the side and lower bumper was more visible than before. I grabbed my flash light app and inspected the camera. It appeared to be drooping and very loose, completely out of place. Seeing how it was already late and the center closed at 7pm. I decided to call the next day.The next day I called ahead and informed them the camera was no longer the way it used to be and to fix it. This was clearly their mistake as I use that camera to back-up every-day into my driveway. The camera guidelines are paramount for making sure I don’t hit anything. They ended up arguing with me for over 2 hours saying they didn’t go anywhere near the camera within the 4 hours of service work and “inspections”. Instead trying to have me pay them for the damages they caused! This is outrageous and completely unprofessional. I will never trust this service center with my vehicle again and pass this recommendation to all who consider using their services. Thank you.
I recommend the service department and in particular our long -time service manager, Randall Werner. He has always treated us fairly and makes sure that our vehicle is safe and well maintained. Hes a great person!
