Highly recommend coming to Ataboys. I had initially brought my car to get serviced somewhere else where they weren’t able to determine the problem. I was then was recommended to come to Ataboys and so glad I did. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue at a fair price. They were upfront and honest which I respected and Alan was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail so I knew what he was doing to fix the problem with my car. Will definitely only be going to them moving forward as nowadays it’s hard to find a honest person to fix cars at a fair price.

Called about getting a state inspection and was in and out within 45 minutes of making the call. They wasted no time and were great. I cant believe its done and I have my whole afternoon free now. Ill definitely be back for service and will update.

Brought my 14 years old car in for inspection, it was fast and easy. They did not pressure sell me on potential repair. Fast, simple and straight forward. When I needed my spark plugs replaced I tried Ataboys. Alain was super helpful and showed me exactly what needed to be done and explained why. I appreciated that he took the time to show me what was happening. So when my car broke down yesterday he was my first call. He spent all day on my car. Open to close. Trying to work miracles and save me from having to buy a new throttle body. He did everything he could and he didnt stop working on it until he found the solution. He kept me in the loop. Showed and explained to me what was happening. I am so thankful for him. He took me in on short notice. He saved me from spending thousands of dollars. Went in for the first time get get my vehicle inspected - being new to the area I am always apprehensive of finding a fair place to service my car. The team there was extremely fair and knowledgable, had to fix a wiper and a fog light bulb. They did not have the bulb and they were able to get in less than 5 minutes. I was in and out with my sticker in a reasonable amount of time. Alan took the time to run through some stuff with me and show me some things on my car while his employee went and got the bulb. No pressure, no up-sell and no time wasted (which is always favorable). I will continue to service my vehicle here and tell others to do the same.

Scam artist. No integrity in the work. Paint work done on my car, did not last. I spoke to the owner to work it out and he denied responsibility. I have worked in the auto body business for 15 years and the excuses he called reason was complete bs. He took my money and left me with a fake paint job.

Alain was superb to deal with when I recently brought in a used car for a pre-purchase inspection. He went above and beyond to stress test it in the important areas. He ending up finding a number of important issues that I would have had no idea about otherwise. He even brought me around back into the shop and show me exactly what the issues looked like. This allowed me to go back to the dealership to negotiate with them to fix all of the problems before the purchase. This saved me a lot of money in the long run and for that reason alone I will definitely be giving him and his shop business in the future whenever I have car troubles.

I just moved here from NY and needed to get an inspection. I am very skeptical of mechanics and especially not knowing anyone near me, this was the place I came across. My car was unable to pass the inspection and needed a good amount of work done. I was told my car wouldnt be ready until the following week and was going to cost quite a bit. I left my car at 12 pm on Thu, and by the next day they called telling me my car was ready and the cost was no where near what I dreading it to be. They not only showed me the parts that were changed, they gave me additional paper work showing what my alignment was before they worked on it and after. They seemed very knowledgeable in the work that they are doing, I will definitely be going back to Ataboys in the future. I highly recommend them!!

Came here first before going to a more established and reputable place. They failed my inspection for grease on the oil pan claiming a leaking engine. The other place said that was BS and showed how that actually came from a torn CV joint boot that this place missed. He also told me I needed a tie rod, which the other place showed was actually a slightly worn bushing that only needs to be monitored not immediately replaced. I gave em a chance, look what that got me.

Sold a car with terrible brakes to my family. I have a 1 year old daughter that rides in this car. Would the dealer want his children in such a vehicle? Pads were bare. Bad caliper. Front pads barely at 1/8. Washer water reservoir leaks until empty. Sold with a bad tire pressure sensor. Alain fixed the brakes 2 days before the 30 day warranty expiration but couldnt properly explain WHY he sold a car in that condition other than he tries to check each vehicle thoroughly. In business try doesnt cut it. It is do or do not. The transmission died on vehicle at 5 weeks while on vacation in Maine. The transmission is a loss and needs a $1800 -$2000 rebuild. Alain needs to stand up for the quality of the vehicles that he sells.

I had a minor repair done to my VW GTI and after explaining the issues to a coworker they recommended I check this place out. I am new to the area and was not looking forward to having to bring it back to the dealership and/or hunt down a new garage to go to (horror stories). The car has a lot of miles on it and I just want good work, done by honest straightforward people. The customer service here was some of the best Ive received at a garage. They were very professional and they have definitely won me over as a repeat customer. Its been a few weeks (meant to write this review earlier) but I dealt with a younger guy, mid twenties, and I think his name was Ethan, but could very well be wrong. He was a good dude. Ill be back for a CEL and brakes soon. 100% recommend!

Had a problem with my wipers not working a day before a big snowstorm. I managed to fix 75% of the problem but couldnt get the wiper timing right. They told me to come in right away, walked me through the part I couldnt figure out, and had everything back together and working in 10 minutes!

Absolutely recommend to everyone. My family van was not starting, and after bringing it to Pep Boys to be charged for nothing, I had it towed to Ataboys. He called me within 30 minutes of it being dropped off, informed me of a factory recall, and even called ahead to the dealership for me.
