I called with a rush order request for a hard to find RV windshield. Both Scott and Gene helped find it and adjusted their schedules to get me in right away so I could leave on time for my cross country trip. Though the logistics ended up falling through on my end, changing my plans, I was grateful and impressed by them going above and beyond to help me so wanted to share my experience. They said they call me back for a quote in a price and I already had the equipment to do the glass the glasses already pulled for one Jeep to go into another Jeep and the lady tries telling me thats not something they do and that you would want to charge me full price for a brand new windshield when I already have a windshield at home and the day couldnt install at thats not something they do last I knew you were glass company and those are the things you want to do I would assume so its a replace windshields thats why youre in the business needless to say Ive done business with these people in the past and it was awesome great I could never complain about him but now I call up about something very simple and Ill never use their service again I am very disgusted with the way the lady talk to me on the phone and Im just asked us there with her services. So I will never and none of us will anyone else I know ever use them for any service

Very professional and organized business. I forgot to remove dash cam, phone mount, and ezpass from windshield prior to dropping off my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, I had my fingers crossed that the various mounts were removed from the old glass. To my surprise, not only were the mounts removed but they were also reinstalled on the new glass in the exact location they were in previously. Your attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I call to get my car windshield replace and all they gave me lies about coming to get my car fix they never show up as if I’m talking to a ghost in the store when they all work on that day. Not just that the guy gave me an option only Wednesday or Friday then told me did I not hear him when I ask is there any possible way he can make it like today which was Friday when I call them. Don’t ever use there company there unprofessional when it comes to there customer and they will lie. If ever you come across there company ask the employee there name so you have something to back you up. Not a very good first time impressions.

I had a windshield replaced at Manchester Glass many months ago and after time the weather stripping started to pull from the car very slightly. I stopped in and told them and they took care of it the next day even after the warranty was over. I spoke with Scott did not know he was the owner but he is fantastic to do business with and I would highly recommend!

During this Covid19 epidemic I just dropped my car off and it was done in 2 hours, dropped my check in the mail slot and was on my way. Awesome service. Had my window on my truck replaced same day with great qualityand professional work.

Called for repair quote for a 5 inch crack. Every other place said they would repair for around 70-110 dollars. They told me its a scam that others said they could fix a crack and it would be 395 dollars to replace windshield. No thanks. Tons of videos on YouTube of cracks being repaired successfully and quickly by auto glass companies.

Fast, perfect, professional. These folks replaced the winshield on my Land Cruiser, handled all the paperwork with the insurance company, and were pleasant throughout the transaction. Used factory glass at my request. Very obviously experienced. 100% satisfied.

Wonderful customer service. Quick, easy and painless. This was the first time I’ve ever had to replace the windshield of my car. I was worried about getting an appointment and what the process would be. At first, I was very happy with the windshield replacement in my 2013 Honda Pilot. I did notice that they had reused the old weather stripping, but I thought that was ok. Fast forward 2 years later and the weather stripping flies off going down the highway. When I tried to put new weather stripping on, I noticed that the windshield wasnt set correctly and that its sticking up higher on one end than the other. Because of that, theres no way to secure the weather stripping without resetting the entire windshield. Since Ive moved out of state, I will have to eat the cost of that.

Glass done correctly and on schedule. Been using them for many years, cheerful and he even made me a cup of coffee while I waited.
