Went there for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised. My insurance company wanted me to go there so I had a preconceived idea in my head what the place going be. I was wrong. Very upscale. Neat and organized compared to the places Ive seen. I checked out some of the work and it was top notch. I was there for few mins and watched them with other customers kinda gauging what my experience would be and I wouldnt have any issues getting work done there. The service writer had the estimate done quickly and had me out.

Bill and Nate were very helpful & professional. Unfortunately, the insurance company totaled my car so I didnt get to see their completed work but the cars I saw their team working on looked amazing.

I was rear-ended and the damaged was pretty light but I still wanted it fixed as my car was less than a year old at the time. Ive heard and known about eastern Autobody for a while and only ever heard good things. The work they do is fantastic, Ill never bring it anywhere else.

These guys not only did an awesome job, but were by far the most professional and friendliest group I contacted for painting an OEM bumper after I accidentally backed into a rock wall. They did an absolute fantastic job of paint matching the metallic grey of my 1-series! Even with knowing, its impossible to see any difference in the match! Absolutely stellar place that I will recommend to anyone requiring body work done, especially painting. They say grey and silver are two of the hardest to match colors, but these guys really did an amazing job.

Eastern has some of the most well-mannered, professional, and attentive team. By far the best experience I have had with a body shop. They kept me informed every step of the way and even completed the work before the estimated time!

They do great work but dont have competitive rates for repair. It felt as if they treat their customers in a crass manner.

I had a flat tire - Town Fair Tire could not get tire for 5 days. Couldnt drive on tire, so called Eastern for a tow to Carson City Tire. Matt arrived in a short amount of time, was professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Eastern Auto Body for towing and will use them again if I need a tow!

Excellent work, completely undid the damage from the hit and run perpetrated against my parked car (you WILL be found, mr or ms moped driver/thief). All aspects of dealing with Eastern Auto Body were pleasant. From getting an estimate to scheduling a time to dropping the car off and picking up the rental to pickup were outstanding. They even cleaned it before returning it to me, a much appreciated surprise- now it looks like new! After hitting a deer I had no idea where to bring my car for repairs. We asked an auto mechanic friend of ours who recommended Eastern. Our insurance company already does business with them so I didnt need an insurance adjuster to get involved. They were extremely busy when I brought it in and they told me it would be a few weeks before they could get to it, which wasnt a problem because the car was still drive-able... until he actually did the initial inspection. It turned out to have a cracked battery so the car couldnt be taken from their lot. After giving me the estimate he said he would try to get it done as soon as possible, no promises. They kept me informed all along the way, including ordering parts, when they expected to get to it, cost differences from the original estimate (which was minimal), and even worked hard to get it completed so we could keep an appointment we had to get it undercoated! I cannot express how truly pleased we are with the service from these guys. They did an incredible job, meticulous, professional, personable, and even washed the car before we picked it up! Hopefully we dont need a body shop again, but if we do, there is no question where we will go. Thanks Chad!

Twice Ive had to deal with these wonderful individuals. Communication was top notch. The work they do is fantastic. The first time I went to them, my vehicle was in an accident. They were way ahead of schedule in repairs and when I got my vehicle back it looked better than it did the day I bought it. The second time my insurance adjuster estimated three weeks of repairs. These guys did it in ONE WEEK! Theyre all incredibly friendly too. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Had to have body work done twice recently, went somewhere else the first time and Eastern did a better job. In fact, they made the previous work look better in the process. So glad I was referred here! The service was excellent, they got me in sooner than anyone else could, the work was perfect (I am picky) and the turnaround time was reasonable. They even vacuumed the mats and seats. Thanks guys!

I recently got into an accident, and Eastern Auto Body came to pick me up was there rather quickly. The gentleman brought me home let me get stuff out of my vehicle was very patient and gentleman like. And come to find out his lunch was already waiting for him back at the shop. Fantastic service

They finished my car 2 days earlier than expected! Got a new headlight and they buffed my other to match. Car looks as good as new and it looks like they wiped my dash down too. Above expectations and pleasant guys to work with!

I recently had some front wend work completed due to an accident hat wasnt my fault.The insurance company wanted me to use this collision center because they are affiliated with progressive. I have never done business with eastern beforehand.The service took about 10 business days to complete, looking over what was done, they replaced the front bumper supports and grill. 10 days seems really excessive for this type of work. Other collision centers fixed major problems in the past for me, in less time. granted with my work schedule took me 3 extra days to pick it up.When i picked my vehicle up, they handed me some papers and sent me on my way, never discussing what was fixed. The person at the counter was nice, but i never had someone NOT come out and show the work they did,which i thought was odd.Today my mechanic looked at the work and noticed the passenger side bumper was not installed correctly and was sticking out.I drove by at about 4pm and Guy helped me out. I showed him, right away he though it was just how the bumper was. looking at the other side its obviously not the case. he sighed and told me to go wait inside while a technician checks it out. Not long later he brings me outside and sates that, progressive never paid for that bracket to be fixed, probably some plastic that is broken. i replied by saying the bumper wasnt like that when i dropped it off, and with this being a new bumper it should fit correctly.After he sighs again, tells me that i have to contact progressive to get it sorted, I dont know what to tell you. maybe if they went outside and explained that to me the first time, i would not think they were trying to hide things that might have broken during install or removal. with eastern auto being a recommended collision center with progressive, they handled the estimate. Which means they did not do that part correctly.The whole situation leaves a sour taste, not a satisfied customer. I will never due business here again, shady practices are not a good thing. I do not recommend this place.2 month updateThe quality of work is pitiful. Bumper already coming apart in the corners. Clips were not put in place underneath. Front grill not aligned correct, very hard to open hood.IF YOU WANT SUBPAR WORK, GO HERE.

After getting into my first accident ever in March, I didnt have a clue where to take my car. After searching Google reviews, this place looked good so I figured Id give it a try. They were awesome! They kept us up to date on how the repairs were going and they actually finished my car 4 days earlier than they had first quoted. The staff were friendly and professional - I would definitely recommend them in the future!

I took my husbands car here after a hit and run accident, which damaged the right rear bumper. Dave Roy came out to inspect the car and start the insurance paperwork. His car was dropped off on a Mon. Insurance looked at the damage Tues and approved the claim. The bumper was ordered, prepped, painted, and reinstalled. My husband got his car back on Friday. They did an amazing job. It looks like it was never hit! Timely service, very professional staff, and great work. They even cleaned the car, vacuum, wiping down the interior and cleaning all 4 mats! That was unexpected, but a very nice touch. I highly recommend Eastern Auto Body.

This is the third car I had repaired here and the workmanship is spot on. All the vehicles I have had repaired here have been completed within the timeline they quoted and within the proposal they provided me. The car I just picked up to my surprise they detailed the interior, WOW! Hopefully I wont have to visit too often but if I do then its Eastern!

Had my car worked on for an insurance repair. Front desk personnel were great to deal with, but when i got my car back is stunk like cigarette smoke. They also forgot to re-attach my windshield fluid pump. I was told that an alignment was done, but 8 days later I had new tires put on the vehicle and the toe on both wheels was out by 3-times the allowed value. I brought the vehicle back for them to address the windshield fluid pump (which they addressed right away), and again I got the car back smelling horribly. The explanation for the bad alignment was that the tire shop likely hadnt calibrated their equipment.

Our truck looks like new! Thank you for your keen attention to detail. The service along the way was also very professional and friendly. A truly exceptional experience that I wish everyone had, if and when they needed it.

We brought our vehicle to this place through Progressive insurance because they had a lifetime warranty on the work and it was recommended to go with one on their list. The overall experience has been terrible. There was only $3k worth of damage that had to be fixed and they had the vehicle for almost 3 weeks. The customer service was terrible and if it wasnt for me calling them every couple days there would have been absolutely no communication. Whatever you do, do not choose this place if you need work done in a professional and timely manner. I will never use them for anything again.

We had our truck painted after an accident several years ago, but the paint started to fade and we took it back to them and they repainted it. An apparent defect on the paint they used to use but not anymore. They stand by their lifetime warranty and we were very happy with their service. Thx guys!

Driver was driving 55 down Gold St in Manchester almost hit a woman trying to get her kid out of her car. Yellow strobe lights on running red lights and blowing stop signs acting like he has some kind of authority like a fire truck. followed driver all the way to Walmart where he just picked up a car broken down wasnt even an accident, very unprofessional will never use eastern auto body for any services
