I was greeted by Rob with a big smile and a lot of energy and patience. He was brilliant and very helpful and called me on time to come and collect the car. car was valeted as well which was a nice gesture.It was the first time i learn about the Service plan and i signed up because it makes carrying out service less of a worry and more planned.The branch is quite nice, safe, clean and spacious.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they like you no matter of your circumstances,they are fab.
I was helped by Darren Manley who was excellent. He was knowledgeable and gave great advice. He helped me with the process of changing to personalised plates and getting the car delivered. If I buy again from Manchester Audi it will only be through Darren.
No it was a horrible experience, the problem wasnt fixed, yet I was charged in full, now I have a 16 plate Audi broken down outside because you guys couldnt find the problem. So no it was the worst experience of my life
A very big Thank you to Emma at Audi for organising my service and especially to Robert who dealt with my needs. Communication was clear and concise with video of my car inspection. I’ve already booked my next service and again the experience was definitely better than others I’ve had in past.
We bought an approved used car from Manchester Audi and had a great buying experience thanks to Darren Manley from the sales team. Firstly we called up and provided a pretty specific set of requirements which Darren reviewed and advised that although they didn’t have one in, another Jardine motors Audi did. Darren facilitated moving the car down to Manchester so we could come in and see it on a weekend with a refundable deposit. When we went in he took us out for a test drive and we proceeded with the purchase. Darren then kept us up to date while getting the prepped for us to receive the vehicle. Finally due to us not being able to get back down there easily as over an hour away he personally delivered it and took the vehicle that we were part exchanging so we were not without a vehicle at any point. All round excellent service and stressless process. Hands down the best car buying experience we have had.
Met Raf today. So helpful and enthusiastic. Not sales but a welcoming member of the Audi team. All other Audi branches must have a Raf. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he had a big smile even late on, on a Friday.

I was dealt with by Rob Stanke who is brilliant. Knowledgeable, full of energy but more importantly very honest. As usual, the rest of the Audi team at Manchester Audi were excellent too. The team here at Manchester Audi did everything they could to satisy me. There is still a remaining technical (software) issue with the vehicle which I will need to take up with Audi, but that doesnt take anything away from Rob and the teams excellent service over the past few days.
Unrealistic amount of work required to a relatively new & low mileage vehicle. I suspect that the quality of parts originally used & workmanship must have been poor. Work should have been undertaken within the bounds of the Audi vehicle Warrantee. Unfortunately, this has resulted in the loss of any future custom with Manchester Audi.
Awful experience. They missed an aspect of the service and failed to clean both cars. Was told to call to arrange another appointment and promised call backs which never came. Finally arranged a second appointment but they had no record of the appointment when I turned up. I missed 2 hours of work for nothing. They apologised and promised the person who arranged the appointment would call me to rearrange when he was next in - still waiting for a call over a week later. Ive paid for something that they are not delivering. Awful customer service and not befitting of the brand. Would never use this garage or dealer again.
I called up regarding new parts for my car and it was a great experience and received great customer service. Josh was very helpful, very polite and explained everything in full to ensure I understood the full process and everything that was needed. Highly recommend!

Very poor experience during a recent high value purchase. PDI performed was non existent as vehicle was handed over with a fault on the dash. Later sent parts to the customer to try and resolve but parts sent were incomplete. Took time off work to visit another local dealership only to be sent back due to incomplete parts. Absolute wasteful experience. Id take your business elsewhere.

Very poor customer service! Multiple occasions so not a one off. Test car not available even though was confirmed in advance. Staff not interested in showing my partner other options or any type of help. No call backs as advised either. Will happily take money elsewhere 👋
First time at Manchester Audi as a customer from Newcastle moved to the area. Dropped my car off at 9am for service and MOT, car not returned to myself until following day due to delays. Rang up 3 times to find out status as I was just waiting about, was told they were putting my S3 through MOT before service and was told they were waiting to see if it passed or failed before doing the service, presumably to save money and time at my expense and having a potential black mark on my cars record. Not offered a alternative form of transport until 6PM, so had to travel to and from city centre via tram to get a car from Audi to go home to come back the next morning because the service/MOT was not completed. No AudiCAM service received until following morning after being told car was ready to pick up. To top it all off, they didn’t have the washer nozzle in stock which was the one thing I needed fixed and was told to come back tomorrow! Shocking service especially for a potential new customer, will not be returning.

Wanted to test drive a Q2 but because I am not changing my car for a couple of months there is no point as most of the cars in stock wouldnt be there. I simply wanted to get a feel for the car so any Q2 would have done... but I guess if you arent looking to buy there and then they arent interested.

Terrible customer service, called this dealership early last Friday to check availability on a car they were selling as we were traveling from Leicester. I was told that they were busy and someone would ring me back within the hour, 2 hours went by and no phone call so I called them back to be told that someone would ring me back before the closed, guess what, no phone call. I then called them on Saturday to be told that they were again busy and promised someone would call me back before they close at 5pm, Still no phone call. Worst customer service Ive experienced

I just enquired about a car in view of my part exchange they offer you less than trader valuation be aware do not buy if you have a part exchange very very disappointed to see that the manager there is taking advantage of this.

They are giving a service appointment at 10:10 in the morning for just an engine oil replacement and then they told you to wait 7,5 hours to get your car back for a 25 mins of work.. unbelievable, why are u giving appointments in the morning then..

I dropped my car off to get some repairs but after a whole day of no reply from car care plan they couldn’t continue with their work, through no fault of their own. Rob gave me a car to get home, plus he helped me with the price on an extra repair they found at the best possible price. I could tell he had my best interest in mind. I can’t thank Rob enough, very much appreciated.

Came to Audi to have my car looked at for the first time, I’ve always had BMWs so this was my first visit, the team were amazing and really looked after us, always making sure we were comfortable and had drinks and sweets for my son, we were waiting a while and my son started to get a little agitated, Adrian Quinlan instantly spotted this and brought out a remote control car to entertain him, the staff all gathered round and started to to join in with the fun in the show room and as you can see my son loved it! What a horrible horrible customer service. If you didn’t buy a car from them or don’t want to buy a car from them, don’t expect them to help you with anything! Just to find out about an Audi car that I bought after switching from Mercedes to Audi (bought the Audi from Birmingham but live in Manchester) and popped up to Audi Manchester Chester road to ask a few questions about how to operate the car, the worker there called Tom told me he had no time no matter how much I pleaded for him to please assist me with basics. He was disinterested when he found out I didn’t buy the car from him and said he simply doesn’t have time to answer my questions or help me when he clearly doesn’t have anyone he was attending to. I was flabbergasted! The customer service was extremely poor! I’m just warning other folks like me to beware. Especially beware of the mediocre customer service from Tom. He really shouldn’t be representing Audi. Folks like him gives Audi a bad reputation when it comes to their customer service.

It’s been a month now since I had gone there to purchase a vehicle and I paid 1k as deposit, unfortunately didn’t end up buying the car, since then the refund of this amount has been an ordeal communication with the sales executive by the name of Jonah is very poor, not a single day did he call me updating on the progress of my concern I have had to be the one to call and follow up.I definitely wouldn’t recommend such a service to anyone. Until to this day they haven’t refunded my deposit and no one at this branch seems to pay attention once a customer has left.I understand Audi is a big brand but I don’t think it takes close to two months to process a refund totally disappointed.
Took 5days to do a simple toothed belt lubrication. however the problem is still there. The car was not hoovered or even washed after service.. i took the car to audi Stockport and they fixed the issue within few hours.

The worst customes service, service and diagnosis i have ever experienced. I brought my car in due to the vehicle pushing out smoke from the exhaust and was generally rough and uncomfortable to drive, rev counter jumping. Audi suggested a forced regen which i the customer explained that i have had one done previously and would prefer a deeper investigation into the problem. Audi insisted on the forced regen and charged me £360. Total incorrect diagnosis.The following day the car was giving the same problem. I booked it in again with a 3 week wait. Unfortunately 5days later the vehicle caught fire with me on the motoway. Audi falied to show any courtesy any good will gesture or any liability, then i got threatened to have my car removed or i will be charged a storage fee. Currently going through legal process.

Investigation into possible timing chain replacement on an Audi S4 B8.It was later confirmed the next day as being that and Audi were brilliant in dealing with the warranty company and repairing the car. Although the car was with them longer than expected, I was kept informed at each step and never needed to call for any updates. I had total confidence the repair would be done to a high standard and as quickly as possible. A few issues were identified post repair however this was not related to the work carried out but to my Immobiliser and Audi sorted these immediately when I had to return the car.Particular mention to Rebecca who was brilliant dealing with this and getting everything sorted so smoothly. Will use Audi again as a result of this experience.
All the staff were really friendly compared to other Audi branches, we normally go to warrington however Manchester has a much more friendly and welcoming vibe. Will be returning in the future. Fivos sorted a car for my dad and I liked it that much he managed to find the exact same car for me! Excellent customer service.

Very bad customer service this time around. Had to contact Audi Service centre myself after being told I would be contacted. Left message waited 2 hours then I called again left another message. Didnt get a call back until after 4 1/2 hours. Didnt give me the information I needed when I gave it for its M.O.T. One of the advisors went on leave. Was told he would pass on to colleague and i would get call back on a Monday....2 days went....No call. So I called again....then waited all day again no call back. Then the next day got call back to tell me the same thing I was told by the precious guy and he was giving different information. So he said he will check and get back to me....again another delay....then got told wont get car back on the day I was promised by first advisor. Then went to pick car up only to be called few hours later that they had forgot to do an upgrade on system etc....So had to take back next day. Was told half an hour job. Then they said they will put petrol in. Woman said will take an hour....I said an hour to petrol in???......the woman was completely lost....I had been waiting nearly 2 hours....then she realised Im still waiting so she tries to call service centre. No answer then she disappears. Then one if the service guys brought back my car and he was waiting ages n then left. The woman came back and seen me and said oh Im going to try again so I said I think the guy has brought back my car....they couldnt find my car keys. ...I could see them looking. Then finally found my keys and then said oh Im going to call the driver to come over and put petrol in the car.....another wait... overall shocking service. Not a happy customer at all.
