Came in for a oil change and it was great service at a great price …. Dropped it off for few services after that … I think it may have been a tire change … but everytime I have had to come to this place it’s been a good time … they don’t take long either … they called me a few days after and told me my KTM Superduke was ready for pick up … used to drive a hour just to see these guys … I have a local spot now but go visit these guys if you need anything done to your bike
Worst customers experience I’ve ever had. Only spent five minutes in there and Mark was completely rude and disrespectful. There was a misunderstanding on what bikes were on the showroom floor versus in stock in the warehouse and rather than communicating, Mark was getting all worked up and aggravated. Why should I, the customer have to tell this salesman that I don’t want to argue and I will shop somewhere else? My family has bought many bikes here over the years and I would never go back.Would give less than one star if it would let me.
Excellent service, fair pricing. knowledgeable.
Took my bike in for front fork seals, got it done seems to be in good shape had to replace the left fork tube, took a little longer than I thought it would, day and age we live in, all and all okay 👌
Best KTM dealer for many miles around, head mechanic Eric is amazing.
Nice place, droped off my F6B tires for replacement, fast turn around and staff is very friendly and pleasant to talk with, highly recommend stopping by!!!
The parts department ordered the Honda motorcycle parts I requested and they arrived on time when promised. The staff is helpful and courteous.
This shop has been under the same ownership for many years. I have been a customer for over 35 yrs and have always had a good experience.
Excellent service and excellent sales men excellent parts department
Skip home depot or lowes. Same price here, but with actual service and people who know the product in and out.
The kid behind the counter yelled at me because i was wearing a full face helmet instead of a mask.I go in there today with a mask on and no one was wearing their mask properly. Idgaf who wears a mask honestly. BUT YOU YELLED AT ME AND YOU ARNT EVEN DOING WHAT YOUR ASKING. i buy everything i possibly can elsewhere, because youve never once been happy to see me. Service dept is backed up a month. They have no good models to sell. Id rather drive to Plainfield. Its sad really. Please, do better
The customer service was amazing!!! Everyone was very helpful and informative.
Excellent service and friendly staff. Matt was very helpful
Purchased my first motorcycle here. Mark H. in sales was fantastic. He addressed all of my questions and concerns, made sure I was comfortable with the bike, and even went out of his way to help secure the bike to the trailer I was using. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful, and the sales process was totally painless.Overall my experience here was great, I highly recommend checking out this dealership if you are in the market.
Never went but great customer service on the phone
Awesome customer service every time my Fiance and I go there! The staff treats you like family and takes the time to get to know your personal needs. Mo specifically has always been amazing in the parts and service center!! Very informative and helpful.
Went in today to look at a 2019 KTM rc390, brand new 2019 leftover. The price on it was $4999. The sales guy, Mark indicated that wasnt the price, took the sign off saying it was an old tag from March. The new price $6100, which is MORE than full MSPR of a 2020 model, never mind a left over 2019. He said well youre buying in June, not in March. So my plan is to buy somewhere else and apparently in March. What a poor business model to ruin a customers experience. By the way the website shows $5499 so clearly trying to milk people out of as much money as possibe.
There AWSOME everybody there super nice and I’ll give this place a 5 🙂
Excellent staff! They have great customer service and are always willing to go out of their way to help you anyway they can. They very knowledgeable in sales, parts and service.
Service is great on time good work. The thing that needs to be changed theres no seating for people waiting for their motorcycles and service. Theres nowhere to sit while waiting for your bike
Nathan from the parts department is the worst employee ive ever dealt with in my whole life
Dan was an amazing, helpful, informative and friendly salesman. No pressure. Answered a ton of questions. It was a really good car buying experience. Not what youd expect from a dealership but it is what we got in service working with Dan. They are lucky to have him.
Just bought my new cbr 600 at Manchester Honda. The experience was excellent. The sales staff was very helpful. I will definitely be buying more motorcycles here
PARTS DEPARTMENT SUCKS. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THEM
Great experience. Keith was helpful, knowledgeable, put it all together nicely...and I drive away in an awesome car with a great warranty! I truly recommend Manchester Honda ...and Keith Pugliese.
Good, knowledgeable staff. I bought my bike from them, and Im happy I did.
Really cool place thats a really nice bikes and theres a Honda dealership right attached to it as well if youre looking at cars cool places to check out the beautiful metal they got over there lots of shoes from and friendly helpful service staff they gave me some parts for my 85 scooter and they have lots of beautiful bikes to look at
Parts department not as helpful as I would like but everyones very nice and sales department is helpful andpretty good.
This rating is for the parts department. So, prior to making a trip over to this place for the first time, I was looking for some Honda Pro Polish on their website. I noticed it listed the product available so I called to confirm it was available. I walked into the shop and upstairs to the service department. There were 3 guys at computers and no other customers around. Not one guy even looked up to acknowledge me as I walked up to the counter. After I had asked for help, one kid showed me where the polish was. I noticed that the sticker price was $6.39, and I mentioned that their website showed $5.39. I said its not a huge deal, but shouldnt you honor your website. One guy replied, Well that website is really not even our website and were working on taking that section of the site down. I replied alright well you cant honor your online price? The guy replied there was nothing he could do. Then the item scanned at $7.59. When I brought this to their attention, the guy stated, Oh, this product is like the price of gas, we have no control over that sort of thing. I said, well your sticker right there states its $6.39, even though your website has another different price. So, now were at 3 different prices for this product. I said this is unacceptable and Im not paying higher than whats marked. The guy did honor the $6.39, but did it as if he was doing me some huge favor by saying, Just give it to him for $6.39. Its not my problem that the website is inaccurate. I also feel like its misleading customers, then the price even scans higher than whats marked on the shelf. What really ticked me off is the attitude these guys had. They made it seem like a huge inconvenience me, the customer, asked for 2 cans of polish. Next time I will take my business elsewhere. On a side note, I did stop down to the showroom floor to check out a gold wing. The salesman there seemed friendly enough. But, tell ya what, if I was in the market to spend 20 grand on a bike, I surely wouldnt do it at this place!
At first I went to valley motorsports in northhampton, Ma and it was a bad experience you could tell they were more after a good sale for themselves then to satisfy the customer. They were not updated on the new motors and were in a rush to sell the bike. It was clear I was to shop around. The next place I went to was Manchester and it was a good decision as they lowered the price from what valley gave me by 3400$ yes insane. I bought gear and equipment and now Im all set to go very satisfied at the customer service they provided downstairs and up. Very satisfied. And I highly recommend Manchester Honda!.
Got anymore stars? Cause these guys deserve em! The BEST place on the East coast for anything Honda, KTM, or Husqvarna!
John the parts manager was fantastic very helpful and knowledgeable he got me what I needed and helped be with a ton more definitely will recommend people to him for sure
Always accomodating to the need of the consumer. Evertime I had a question Mark is always kind and helpful. looking for KTM parts or accessories the staff is quite friendly and knowledgable. love going there.
The selection there was unbeleiveable. They had boots from fox all the way to sidi, shift, fox, 100% gear. Alpinestars and evs neck braces and 6d helmets! This store is like a whole website with very fair prices! Will definitely go back soon!
Very knowledgeable and fixed my bike perfectly. I appreciated the constant communication with what they were fixing and explaining why it needed to be done.
Great place!
Courteous, quick, and straightforward. Ill definitely be bringing my CR-V back again.

SALES DEPT AWSOME, PARTS DEPT. AWSOME HAS ALWAYS GAVE US GREAT ADVISE, HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE WHEN WE NEEDED THEM. ALL I CAN SAY WE WILL BE BUYING MORE BIKES FROM THEM.THANK YOU
Love it everytime, huge selection, and great service
The worst sales and service experience of my life, hands down.First, Mark Haddad tried giving away the bike that I had a signed $500 deposit down on for over 6 months. He tried to justify the act by saying the man was a military veteran who was very excited about the bike.He then says, Youre really going to make me call a veteran and tell him he cant have what I just promised him?.Mark then sends me a Buyers Order for almost $400 more than the original Buyers Order we had both agreed upon and signed 6 months prior. He goes on to tell me that the first Buyers Order was just a rough estimate and that this in now the new final price of the bike.Mark did not honor the original agreed upon price until I had him show the original Buyers Order to his supervisor. He then says, Oh man, youre really gouging me for the deal of the century here.Afraid of being hit with some hidden buyers fee, I brought in the remaining $10,823.86 in cash to buy the bike outright.I arrived at 4:30pm and was quickly told that I could not buy the bike because they were getting ready to close at 6pm.I had to explain that I already talked to Mark about leaving work early to pick up the bike and was then reluctantly helped by another salesman. After the sale was awkwardly completed, I noticed that the oil level wasnt reading in the viewing window.I brought it to attention and was told that those windows are tricky to read as he assured me there was enough oil in the bike.Right before the 2,000 mile break in period, the bike overheated (temp gauge maxed out) and the red oil indicator light kicked on. I immediately shut the bike off and walked it home.I had Manchester Honda pick up the bike from my house to get it looked at and to also get the first service done. The bonified oil change was close to $300 and the service employee, Eric, didnt seem to know what was being addressed during the service. I had to educate him on KTMs first service requirements and was quickly talked down to as if I knew nothing about motorcycles.Upon inspecting the bike after the first service I once again noticed that the oil level wasnt reading in the view window. Eric assured me that there was the proper amount of oil in the bike and that I just didnt know how to read the window.Within a couple hundred miles after the first service, I noticed a very sporadic tick noise coming from the motor.I brought the bike in immediately to get the issue addressed and was greeted in a very disrespectful manner by the service staff. The master tech, Mike, took my bike out for ride and also heard the tick noise, but admitted that he had no idea what it could be..The service department noted the confirmed complaint and sent me on my way.The tick noise only got worse over the next couple rides, so I decided to check out the oil level. I did an oil change, exactly to KTM specs, which revealed that there was only .8 quarts of motor oil in my bike... 1 quart less than what KTM specs call for.I reached out to Eric immediately about the lack of oil in the bike and despite the numerous email regarding the issue, I have been completely ignored. The Manchester Honda sales and service staff do not stand behind anything that they say or do.They have irreversibly damaged my brand new motorcycle and have offered absolutely nothing to fix their mistake; not even an apology.Manchester Hondas lack of recognition and accountability forces me to file a compliant with the Better Business Bureau and KTM directly.
They have everything I neededAir filterTiresThey have everythingJersey etc
By FAR the best deal experience ive ever delt with. Heres the story. a few months ago i decided to take a 5 hour trip to NY on my motorcycle,an RC51, and back. I knew my forks were leaking but i decided it wasnt bad enough to deal with. Low and behold, 1 week before i was set to leave, the leak got bad enough to start dripping oil onto my front brakes. So i decided to call around to see if someone could perform a miracle and get my forks done in 3 days. Called around, alot of nos and 500$+ quotes along with maybe sometime next week. Finally i called these guys. I swear they said they could have it done that day (i was okay with up to 3 days and ive been quoted much faster times then are actual before). So i decided why not. although they didnt have the seals in stock, another place did. I picked up the seals on my way there and dropped the bike. Even though they SAID it would be done that day, i didnt believe them in the slightest. Get a call at 5:15 (dropped it off at 10AM) Hey your bikes done so yeah, un-believable time, and they quoted lower then anyone else i had called. I guess you can call my experience an extremely good one.
Brought my bike in for warranty service. Courteous and knowledgeable.
Salespeople were very informative.
Best sales and parts staff in the area
I let them work on my Honda Shadow 1100 and thinking about buying a another motorcycle from them
