Exceptional customer service! Part I needed was not in stock, but they had some on order. I got a call that afternoon stating it had arrived, I wasn’t able to make it before the posted closing time, but they kept the store open for an extra 10 minutes so I could get the part and fix my stove that night! This will definitely be my go to spot for appliance parts!

Middle of the road experience. Personally I feel as if you are not affiliated with an appliance repair facility or local rapir shop your visit turns into a consultation rather a sale. I received a list of number of professionals to call for a simple fix i am compentent to repair. A sale lost and an unfortunate internet sale gain. I just needed a part not a lecture. Which is unfortunate since local repair shops are a dying breed.

Been there about 2 years ago, going there today to fix Dryer. Kathy knows her stuff. She is very friendly and helpful. Saved me over $150.00 last time when I fixed my Dishwasher for a little over $15.00 for the part. Plumber wanted $80.00 just to come to the house!

Manchester appliance always does an awesome job with my appliances they always come back clean and work better then before I recommend them to anyone who needs their appliances fixed I got to vacuum cleaners effects for a very reasonable price much cheaper than having to buy two new ones

My experience with them is atrocious they sent me a faulty part refused to return my money the lady on the phone is rude and wouldnt allow me to talk to a manager or an owner do yourself a favor find someone else to deal withI was trying to give them 0 stars but apparently the only way I could post this review was if I give him at least one star I guess it wouldnt hurt to throw them a bone if it means I can divert business elsewhere
