Everytime Ive purchased items from this store (non hair/weave related) Ive felt like I was ripped off. Accessories... just leave it there. 1 time i purchased 2 weave caps to make my own wigs 1 had a left side u-part and 1 was full coverage they both felt like they were made of poorly constructed rough paper. Another time I purchased Supposably colored (based on the photo on the package each one was a different color lavender pink and blue ) satin bonnets for my 3 daughters. when unopened we found black nylon thick stocking caps that could have been made out of an old pair of winter tights. Also there is slim to no picking if youre looking for natural hair care products. just about everything on the shelves look like they need to be dusted off. Fortunately its my go to spot when Im looking for super cheap weave or breading hair. Just keep in mind that nothing in this store is of quality and you wont be disappointed.

The manager at this place is so rude! They are not customer friendly and not helpful at all. If you could go to another place please do! I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Ive been coming here for years, This being my favorite beauty supply in manassas, because of the prices. But today Jan 15, 2021 at 6pm when I walked in I was throughly disappointed. I heard rumours, of an asian lady that racial profiles & in which i didnt believe it. But the lady I met today, a different one from the usual nice asian lady & nice latino girl thats always there. Blantely watched me from the desk, came from behind it to stare directly in the aisle at my hands. Im offended, ive spent wayyyyy to much money in this store in the past to be treated in such a manner. You guys need to keep her to a minimum, because if shes that concerned she shouldnt work there. (Maybe retrain her on customer service) As far as the new young lady, why do you guys keep hiring people who dont know the products? I get you want bilingual but she clearly doesnt know anything about hair. (sad)

My first time going there with my wife. Very nice selection for men. I was very surprised and they had what my wife needed. They had a very good variety of products. The good reviews dont lie. Great job keep it up!

I have always come here to purchase hair extensions, hair color, anything I really need at the time when I was doing my hair. I came here even back before when I was pregnant and lived here in Manassas prior. The store is always clean and organized. I never have an issue finding something I need for a reasonable price.

Went there yesterday and the guy that works there was very rude to me. They are a bit too pricey also.

I bought hair from the store and was told by the Asian guy that one packet was enough, which was not true. I called later after work to say il pas through t buy one more packet and asked if they could wait ill be there two min after closing, they said yes come through. I called to let them know I was at the traffic light and they told me that they were leavingfollowing day I went to get the second box. On getting home one packet had one instead of two weaves, I called them to let them know what happened, I had only done my hair half way. I was told to come in and they would help me, I told them that I was in a hurry to go to work and the assistant said come in and we will help, when I got there, I was ignored for a while, then told the color I needed was not available - finally I was told to pay for the hair they did not know if I was lying or not.A fact they could have told me on the phone instead of asking me to come down so that they could try sell me something else. I have heard these stories that demonstrate the lack of customer care and flat out rudeness and this has been an eye opener. I will never support these stores for the simple fact that the Asian guy showed me a lack of respect and a lack of honesty. it is important to respect the people that uplift his business. No thanks, disgusting service

Great supply, always helpful staff

I just moved here and I have to say this place has the best customer service and the prices are great! Do not waste time going anywhere else. I had a terrible experience at the other beauty supply in Manassas they were over priced and treated me terrible. Just friendly advice since I dont see many reviews.

This is a terrible store!!!dont buy nothing out of there product has something in it .the owner doesn’t speak English how in hell are running business .give me my money back on products never used or been open ...government needs to investigate this business not only Health department!!!
