Joffre was A1! Did a color (black), slight trim, & bangs for about $170! I loved that I was able to get a same day appointment. I’ve been looking for a stylist over 2+ years, finally found one that can do cultured hair (I’m black & Indian). He’s very professional, has great conversation, obviously very knowledgeable, seems to truly love what he does. He asked me about my hair care regiment and also suggested some products w/o asking me to buy anything ... very different experience than most salons. Review for Joffre’s Brazilian blowout only: I’m very dissatisfied with the results. The process was pleasant in the cozy salon, but four weeks later, the blowout had completely come out. It started to really be noticeable 2 weeks after the the blowout, which I usually don’t see until at least 2 months after a Brazilian blowout. It’s even more disappointing because I came with my hair air-dried and specifically pointed out that the under-layers of my hair needed more attention and the top layers were relatively straight, and of course these trouble spots were the first place where the blowout failed.I usually give people a second chance in case the first was just an “off” day, but with a service that’s this expensive, I literally can’t afford to try again. Which makes me sad because Joffre was so nice!

Love my hair! I went in for a change of color because I had just had my baby. Since I walked in I was warmly greeted by staff. I was walked through the whole process and everything was explained to me step by step as he worked on my hair. Joffre is very knowledgeable in everything that has to do with color and hair in general. I went in with a vision of what I wanted and he delivered it perfectly.

Recently moved to the area and had a few covid haircuts from a local chain salon. Joffre was a hair saver. His was the first haircut my boys and I didnt have to hide under a hat. I will for sure be back!

After ealier todat having my hair butchered i came in to hopefully get it saved. They did a amazing job fixing what the other hair salon distoryed and helped me pick a product to grow my hair back out. Highly recommended. They seriously saved the day.

I went in today and got a shellac manicure from Norma. I am not someone who does manicures often and havent had a shellac manicure before. Norma was so kind and explained what she was doing, gave me advice on how to improve my nail health, and was just generally really pleasant to chat with. My nails look great, and I look forward to heading back again.

I had scheduled a morning appointment with Telsy a week in advance. I text her to let her know I was running 5 minutes late. She called and said she forgot to schedule my appointment. I told her I was almost there and drove 40 mins one way. She asked if I could come back later in the day. I said no Ill be there in a few mins. The call cut off and she text me asking me to come 1 hr and 15 mins later. At that point I was already there and walking in. Once again she asked me to come back later in the evening. I explained to her again it was her mistake and I drove 40 mins one way. Asking me to come back hours later is unacceptable and I had been coming to her for over a year. That is no way to treat a loyal customer. She was not willing to compromise and offer a better solution. All I was getting was an edge up that would take no more than 15 mins. Finally she asked if I could wait 30 mins then she could take me. 2.5 weeks later I text her to schedule an appointment. She did not reply. She normal replies within minutes. I text her the next day. When she didnt reply within an hour I called the salon. The owner answered and was not in the salon he said to try her cell. I explained I text her twice and she didnt reply. I called her from a different # because I had a feeling she was avoiding me. And I was right. I couldnt here her on the call and ask her to text me what she was saying. She text and said the last time was not a good experience and she could not provide me service anymore. Shes right it was a bad experience for me a paying and loyal customer for over a year. Shes very unprofessional to say the least. Avoiding my text proves it. She could have responded to my 1st message instead of avoiding me and wasting my time. The majority of her customers are Hispanic and so is she. Ive only seen 1 other African American besides myself. I hope its a language barrier and not race related.

I came here because of a Groupon but really felt welcomed! I totally enjoyed chatting with the lady who washed my hair. . . and I am not a chatter. I really thought Joffre was the most honest stylist in the best way to deal with my fine, thin hair. Really pleased! I will return.

Telsy is such a sweet heart to me and my boyfriend. I love coming here telsy does a beautiful job on my boyfriend hair cut. She also does my eye brows and she cuts my hair too I really like her. Norma does my nails and I get a lot of people saying they love my nails. My boyfriend been using telsy for a long time she has a beautiful personality. I love this place and it smells good. I feel very welcome to come here and they listen to me and my boyfriend on what I want.

I went there today to get a bob and joffre is a perfect job. I love my hair so much and joffre knows what hes doing. The prices are really great as well. I highly recommend this salon and will be going there from now on.

Joffre is a very experienced hair stylist who knows his stuff! I couldnt be happier 😊. And for the person who left a one star rating.... I was here when you were here. Joffre was nothing but gracious and tried to explain the situation to you. He did not want to do anything to further damage your hair. To me thats called professionalism.

I have followed Joffre from Potomac Mills tothe current Manassas, and now that Ive moved to Florida, I try to schedule my visits to the area to coincide with hair cut time. He is simply the best. Very highly recommend!

I bought a Groupon for 2 gel manicures here. It looks like there are only 2 nail stations, but I got service right away. She was very nice and a little slow, but Id rather slow & great job, than fast & messy job. And I am very pleased! I would recommend this place! I cant wait to go back for my 2nd manicure.

I got my nails and eyebrows done, and they did an amazing job! Definitely going back.

Dont get your nails done here, amateurs with no experience. I sat there for over an hour to get a gel manicure. Which according to them they dont remove cuticles for a MANICURE. And argued with me. Manager was speechless after seeing my nails, yet didnt bother to offer or do anything. Never going there again.

DO NOT GO HERE! Owner is unprofessional and a liar. Save your money and time and PLEASE find somewhere else to go. I honestly have no idea how he owns the place.

Yesterday I drove by Manassas area and I found this place. My hair is no more than 2in under the shoulder. I ask for highlights price, they said price was $95 + 25 for a treatment named bond8. So, in my mind I though $120 + cut, $150 mmmm,, its a little high for Manassas area, but its ok I will do it. Joffre did a good job on my hair, nothing special, nothing out of this words. He did highlights and treatment, root touch (only roots, 2in), and a 2 min ends cut, Im not kidding 2 minutes. Blow dry and style. Thats it. Everything was ok by then, not the best color on the highlights but ok, just OK. I was thinking that probably will be a little more than $150 for the root touch. But what a surprise!!! I paid $ $240!!! And another $ 36 on shampoo and conditioner. $273.15 in total !!! It was a lot higher that I though for Manassas area, very expensive.More expensive that I expect. I will enjoy it, the most expensive hair service I have paid in this country.I paid around $100 ( including a good tip) more that before on Alexandria city and that area is expensive. I will definitely not come back and definitely not recommend this place just because the high price and hidden high fees.

Maria is my go-to ombre. She is fantastic I have to get the picture from her but I will update tomorrow. Been going to her for a year now! Excellent service. I dont jave kids but extremely kid friendly, I actually played Wii with a kid waiting for his mom while my hair was setting. 5 stars for sure. My boyfriend goes too, so awesome

I found Hair by Joffre through Groupon and chose to use them because of positive reviews I had seen on different sites. I went in for an overhaul - Keratin, cut, highlights, mani/pedi and waxing. Maria did my hair and Norma my nails. I enjoyed my day there, and thought they were extremely professional and provided services in a non-pressure, comfortable environment. With Marias guidance, I selected the right kind of Keratin treatment for my hair and couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. I will be back.

I made an appointment on the Saturday of homecoming in the morning. I was very specific and said I wanted an op do. We got the appointment for 6 PM and when we arrived we were told they couldnt do it. How disappointing was that? Homecoming and not fancy do. There was nothing they could or would do for us and had been there before!
