I rarely write reviews but felt i needed to on this purchase. I was really reluctant to buy a large piece of glass for a tabletop as i felt it might get damaged during shipping. Was not having alot of luck locally so gave it a shot. The packaging was incredible and the glass is top quality. It came so fast too. I highly recommend using this company.

Beautiful glass and super quick delivery!! I wanted glass shelves for my existing 18 year old cabinets from Wood Mode. I saw other reviews on how Dulles has the best pricing and was pleasantly surprised I could have new shelves for my cabinets and without breaking the bank. My Husband measured half of the shelves incorrectly, by just measuring the opening and not the actual shelves, I immediately ordered more shelves and they arrived in less than a week. In total, I ordered 20 shelves and not one was broken. My cabinets look beautiful now with the glass shelves and the lighting I installed. Dulles wraps and packages their shelves with great care. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them!

Alas, I am posting as I am furious with this company. I have had a shower glass enclosure for 5 years and the company wants to charge me $1274 to come out and repair moldy and torn seal which I cant replace myself. The lifespan of a shower should be at least 10 years so I think it is outrageous they dont address it for free. Look elsewhere. Poor product and horrid customer service.

Very poor/ rude customer service after my purchase. Would not recommend this company to anyone and would never do business again.I went to this location today because my door seal strip that was installed by Dulles glass tore. I tried to find the replacement part on their website but couldn’t find the correct size. I called and asked if they had the seal strip from my master bathroom in stock they said yes and I could pick it up today.When I arrived at the store, they acted like they didn’t remember the conversation that I had with them over the phone and said “ you know you could have just ordered this online, right ?’” I said I would have but couldn’t find the correct one. After I made my purchase, they gave me a seal strip that was obviously too long and I asked can you cut it tot the correct size? They said no they couldn’t without any explanation. Absolutely last time I ever do business with the lousy company. !

Ordered a 6 ft. diameter glass top for our kitchen table. Arrived earlier than expected in mint condition. The glass is also much thicker than I expected and fit our table to a T. Great purchase at an incredible price. They didnt even ask for a review but Im leaving one on my own. No problems with the order or shipment from their location to us in New Jersey.

My experience with Dulles Glass was not a good experience. I received my mirror on February 27, 2021 and upon opening the package I noticed that the mirror was tightly wrapped and well protected. It seemed strange to me that, although the mirror was secured tightly in the box, it was not wrapped in some protective layer of its own. It was just bare mirror packaged in thick foam wrap. Removing it from the box and foam meant getting finger prints on the mirror which could easily be remedied by rapping the mirror in material. However, that is only where my bad experience started with this company.Once I got the mirror removed from the gray foam wrap I noticed the front of the mirror and it looked beautiful. Then I looked at the edges and was shocked to see how uneven the beveled edges were and actually cut my finger on a rough, chipped edge. One half of the long edge was not round and polished and the other long edge was chipped. In my opinion this was not done during shipping as the mirror was entombed in thick wrapped gray foam and there were no other signs of damage. This was done, again in my opinion, during manufacturing and not properly inspected before shipment.This is a $200 mirror from a mirror and glass company and I expected better quality. I contacted the Dulles Glass and they wanted photos of the defects, which I quickly provided. On each photo was a caption and an arrow pointing to the defects. Someone reached out to me and said that the photos sent were not good enough to make a claim. I used a 35mm camera with a macro lens and the photos were not acceptable? After that I spoke with Daisey by phone and she needed more photos and offered a 20% refund. This back and forth process went on for two weeks with more photos and phone calls.Never once did anyone apologize for the cut to my finger I received from their product. All that was discussed was the photos I sent were not good enough. I removed the captions and resent the same photos. This time they were mysteriously acceptable and after some prodding they finally issued a full refund. During my three phone calls and six emails I never received an apology and I am so thankful this was not a gift for someone else to deal with or be injured by. I will never do business with this company again and I am glad they are finally in my rearview mirror.

The installers of my large mirror was on time. They were very careful about getting the mirror correctly centered and leveled. As an engineer, I value preciseness. They were happy to hold up the mirror so that I can determine the placement height wise. Its possible other companies or people might have not liked that I hadnt decided on the height before they came, but they were very accommodating. They were professional. They cleaned up the mirror and the area so that it was left nice a clean. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Dulles Glass.

The installation was fast, clean, and the results are perfect! We live in the Chicago Suburbs and ordered two large glass table tops. The larger of the two arrived on time and super well packaged. The second was lost by FedEx, but I notified the company that it was super delayed and they continued to follow up on it daily and immediately sent out a replacement that arrived timely. It also arrived in pristine condition and packaging. We are very happy with how Dulles conducts their business and we will be back to shop again for our future projects. If you live out-of-state and need a review on ordering from this place, fear not. It was all well done and very smooth!

Im in the process of remodeling my Master Bath. I was interested in trackless shower panels that were 82 inches TALL because they look much nicer than flimsy sliding 5 to 6 feet tall shower doors most would install from box type home improvement stores. I sought and received quotes from 5 Local Shower Door enclosure glass installers. Dulles Glass and Mirrors was the shop that impressedd me the most. The Scheduler was very helpful and professional. Dulles Glass and Mirrors sent a very skilled professional to measure my shower, and answer my questions. The quote received was very reasonable and comparable to at least 2 other vendors. The final selection of Dulles Glass and Mirrors was based on a Fathers Day Sale their company had at that time. It provided the extra momentum I needed to select Dulles Glass and Mirrors. The installation of the Deluxe Ultra Clear 1/2 inch glass panels with a special cleaning film went very well. Carmen Cho provided really poor customer service and had unclear, confusing communication that cost my husband and me time and money. With other glass providers in the area, we will be taking our business and referrals for business to a different company.

We had a wonderful experience working with Dulles Glass on the new shower glass for our renovated bathroom. They were efficient, effective, and extremely nice in handling my many questions, as well as several delays in the process caused on my side. And the best is that the glass is beautiful, and makes our shower feel like we are visiting a fancy spa. In particular, Juan Lopez was a joy to deal with. And the folks who came out to our house to measure and to install were again very nice, professional, and great at their jobs.

Terrible experience. I contacted them to make a table top for my antique table. They sent a measurement team unprepared who asked to use my old Amazon boxes and duct tape for making a template. Two weeks later when they realized this wouldn’t work they doubled my quote and said they needed a laser measurement. I missed work again to allow them to measure. A week later they emailed me refusing to complete the job because the table size is irregular.

Great experience. Fast and easy to work with all around. Had mirrors placed in 6 dance studios. Highly recommend if you need dance mirrors.

We used Dulles Glass and Mirror as part of a MBR and guest bath renovation. They did a great job. I went back 2 1/2 yeats later (today) to get a new door sweep. I was not as happy with the initial customer service to get the new door sweep, but eventually was able to get what I needed. It was just a $20 plastic part for a glass door on a $2.5K shower enclosure, but I thought the office staff was less friendly than they should have been.

They installed some gym mirrors for me. Very timely, professional, and a great bargain.

I ordered some 3/8 tempered glass from them. The packaging was excellent as the shipping company punctured some holes in the box, but with the foam packaging inside the box surrounding the glass, it was still in pristine condition when it arrived. the glass was exactly as measured. The dimensions and rounded edge was perfect for our glass desk top cover project. The glass was nice and shiny with no damage. This was an easy process and I would purchase again from this company. I found Dulles Glass and Mirror on the web by chance. I recently purchased two (inexpensive) tables that I wanted to top with glass and was looking for a cost estimate. Dulles guaranteed intact delivery so I decided to give it a shot. To say I was pleased with the results is an understatement. Dulles knocked it out of the ball park. Both pieces of glass arrived in perfect condition. My invoice was dated 11/25/13 and the items arrived 11/30/13. My hundred and fifty dollar tablets now look like thousand dollar tables. It was like putting wax on a car. My only complaint is that I didn’t receive the four dollar clear plastic desk buttons and I could have overlooked them in the packing. I just recently purchased a couple gym mirrors for my home gym, they came very fast and wrapped up beautifully, except the corner of one mirror was smashed up by the delivery guy. I still dont know how as the shipping wrap seemed indestructible?.. I contacted the company and got Evelyn, sent her pics of the mirror and immediately she is sending another in the mail. The mirrors are very nice and the customer service is first rate. I highly recommend!

I placed a special order for two bedside table glass tops. The ordering process was very clear and walked me through the appropriate edge finishes, glass thickness, etc. The glass came very quickly! The size was perfect for my tables. 17.5 x 22 The glass comes packaged very securely. I struggled to open the box and cut away all of the packing tape but that was a minor issue -- what is important is that the glass arrived in perfect condition after being shipped across the country to Southern California. Yes, I will order from this company again.

Several years ago when we were planning a master bathroom renovation, we interviewed three different contractors. Amazingly they each recommended that we select our shower door at Dulles Glass in Manassas. We would have preferred a vendor closer to our Alexandria home but we wanted to know we were making the best choice so we made the trip and were so glad we did. Everyone we interfaced with seemed very friendly, knowledgeable and each of them seemed to really want to help us make a good choice. The door looks great, doesnt leak and opens and closes perfectly. Recently, however, I noticed a tear on the plastic edging that runs the length of the door. I called Dulles to see what could be done and spoke with Ricky Hartford, who arranged to send out someone to survey the problem. Soon after, Dulsany, a 10-year company employee, came out and not only fixed the section in question but he replaced the entire strip. I cannot thank Ricky and Dulsany enough. Now I totally understand why three professional contractors urged us to visit Dulles Glass.

I recently purchased 2 glass table tops from Dulles Glass. The experience I had in dealing with this company was top-notch. When my order first arrived, it appeared to the delivery person and myself that there was a scratch in the glass. It was returned to Dulles Glass. However, upon inspection, what looked like a crack - was simply a line of glue! It was shipped back to me for no extra charge, even though it was shipped guaranteed freight - which gave me a specific delivery day and cost the company even more money! The communication by this company is outstanding, and each person on their end is remarkably pleasant. And the product is fabulous!! I would not purchase custom-made glass from any other company.

Im thoroughly impressed by the level of service that I received. I purchased two mirrors which were shipped by freight and I initially encountered a issue with one of them. The issue was promptly handled and I couldnt be more satisfied. Its truly refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind their product and cares about their customers. Quality product, quality company, and they know how to do business online.

Dulles Glass and Mirror were the only provider I found online with a nice website so I contacted them to install mirrors in my small dance studio. They were very professional from the very start and were willing to work with our budget. Their work was incredibly fast, professional and extremely high quality. I am very happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone who needs windows or mirrors installed.

Do not trust them. Website says glass is ready for pick up in 3-5 days. But, if you contact them 5 days later they tell you it will be ready in 5-7 days but they cannot tell you when it will be ready. I placed an order for a piece of glass. I contacted them the same day saying there was a mistake. They told me, sorry, too late, its already in production. Yet a week later its not ready, even though website says 3-5 days. So, either it was NOT in production and there was no need for me to pay for an extra piece of glass or it was in production and it should have been done by now. Either way, they are not telling the truth or dont know whats happening in their own production system. I have no idea how they average 4.1 stars. That was the only reason I selected them. This is not a 4 star company. They do not respond to phone calls or emails in a timely manner. They shift the burden of measurements to you by forcing you to take measurements and place the order. Then, when mistakes are identified, they delay their response to force you to order twice. Every other glass company I contacted comes out and takes the measurement directly and delivers in a couple days, not a couple weeks. And, you dont pay for everything until the glass is delivered. With Dulles glass, you have to pay for everything up front. I also signed up for a coupon and after signing up, the website encouraged me to shop. After I shopped and checked out, it did not honor the coupon. You cant trust anything from these guys. On top of all that, after 7 days (even though order was supposed to be done in 3-5 days) I contacted them to ask about the order. I received a terse email saying I needed to wait 5-7 business days not including weekends. I spoke to the woman on the phone (Jasmine) who argued with me and cut me off when I tried to speak. Finally, after putting me on hold for 10 minutes, she told me the order had been ready for a week but nobody from Dulles glass contacted me. Everything about this organization stinks.

I found the product I required, a custom sized beveled mirror to be used in a woodworking project, set my product options easily and was whisked away to the checkout page. I entered my purchasing info and the transaction was complete. Even though my purchase was done over the Christmas holiday, I received my purchase promptly. The mirror was packaged and protected well with no chips, cracks or scratches. All-in-all, I would rate the experience a true 5 out of 5. I bought a round glass tabletop from these folks and they had it in stock for half of what my local glass companies wanted. When I called them to check their stock, the rep gave me a discount code for an additional $10 off. These folks understand reputation management and the lifetime value of a customer. Good people to deal with. Product is as advertised. High quality. When a shelf broke during installation (our fault), Dulles Glass cut us a break on the replacement glass (no pun intended!). They were nice about it. Would highly recommend.

Using the website order form process, I ordered replacement glass for a coffee table and two bathroom mirrors. Tabletop glass was perfect, the mirrors had a couple of tiny flaws (dark spots, the size of a period on this page). The owner inspected the mirrors and without hesitation offered to re-fabricate them. Their prices (at least for these three pieces) were more competitive than two other shops in the Sterling / Reston area. I recommend Dulles Glass.

Terrible business practices. Received a damaged mirror and they refused to replace the broken mirror and several other mirrors are rusting after only a few months and they refuse to warranty their products.I would not do business with a company that refuses to warranty their defective items!

We had neither a bad or positive experience.DGM would not warranty their work because of the shower pan we have, so we changed from their custom Sliding Metro door to a Generic Swing door.Funny thing is, that to have No Iron Glass for the Metro Sliding Door was $200 extra. To have No Iron Glass for the swing door was $970 extra.It has been our experience Sam (Sale Manager) has a tenancy to make verbal promises but the end result isnt quite correct. Make sure you get everything in writing and check very carefully!

I recently ordered two pieces of glass from Dulles Glass & Mirror, the glass that arrived was 1/8 oversized on both direction and pieces . I understand that there is a 1/8 + - but for both dimensions on both pieces of glass to be at the very limit seems a bit odd. It lucky squeezed into the opening but it would be nice if they put a little more effort into hitting the asked for dimensions.The second issue I had was they are more then double the price the competitors (One Day Glass), I read on there website that they would do everything they could to match the price of there competitor, but when I wrote and email asking for them to do so I got a response from Ryesha Franklin with an offer to take 10% off, which doesnt even get close.Do your research before you purchase.

Im sure this is a great place to get a frameless shower. I did business with them in the past for glass. My wife and I just found the estimate for a standard 36 x 36 frameless shower (3 pieces) significantly above other installers in the area and what neighbors actually paid for the same shower. The estimate was about 1/3 higher and non-negotiable with the prospect of additional $100 add-ons based on results of the actual measurements and customer requests. Rather then waste each others time, we cancelled.

I called to get a price on a trapizoid shaped curio cabinet glass shelf. I gave the receptionist the measurements which were not that big and she quoted me a price of $175....really...for one shelf. I told her I had another quote of $75 and she told me that the price included free shipping....ridiculous!!I called a glass company that was only 15 minutes from me and they quoted me $25 a piece.I got 4 of the trapizoid shelves, another rectangle curio cabinet shelf and a 44 X 14 1/2 glass tabletop made for $25 more than the price of one shelf from this company!Will never bother to call about any other glass projects that I need done, as I found a company locally that doesnt charge an outrageous price for something they cut everyday.

Extremely dissapointed in their customer service and their installers abilities. They said they give me a frameless pivot door but the door was crooked. I pointed it out to the installers the same day they were there and they said “it just needs to swing a couple times and it will straighten out”. Really? After weeks of calling and each installers that came out said the other one did it wrong. I finally called Another glass company and they had a tech out the next day and he immediately fixed the problem. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t had a problem since using this other glass company. Don’t waste your time with Dulles!

Ridiculous customer Service. Somebody named “Evelyn” took my phone call, super unfriendly, I had to explain everything multiple times until she she understood my request, they don’t even bother to send out somebody to measure. I sent them an email with deatailsabout what I need but “Evelyn” did not even bother to respond.I had to call and ask again, “Evelyn” now tells me she will send me a quote. Never happened. Another person calls me to get more info, I emailed them and after 24h still no quote.These guys should close and go home instead of wasting people’s time.Don’t be in business, if you don’t want business !

GLASS SCAM! SO IRRITATING!!!I ordered two custom round pieces of glass for side tables. When ordering I spent double or more getting the LOW IRON glass that does not have the greenish reflective tint (even states it on their website. I received my glass and the glass is just as green as the the previous glass I ordered from another company! The previous glass company I used did not offer the low iron glass at all so I was excited when I saw that Dulles did.I emailed Adam Kraft with Dulles my photos and they said it was low iron glass...(of course they are going to say that)! It was very expensive ordering the low iron option and Im so disappointed! They were very unprofessional and Adam Kraft didnt even acknowlege my email/ photos! I had to follow up and someone else shot me an email right away saying I received the correct glass! What a SCAM! Just order the regular glass if you are ordering and do not pay more for low iron as it is all the same!!!! Sham on them!!! Heather, Austin Tx

Wonderful. The staff was knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. The glass was beautiful and I actually like it better than ther original glass that came with the table. It arrived in a reasonalbe amout of time.
