Stay away from this place. Technicians are not good at all, I had to returned about 5 times for the same issue until I went to another shop and they fixed my vehicle the first time. I had to pay the dealer a bunch of money and my issue wasnt resolved. Customer Service was the worse, when I share my experience with a coworker he told me he had the same experience.

Alex is great, always takes good care of me. His costumer service is second to none! If I could give him 10 stars I would!

For a car dealership, they are pretty good. I know everyone hears horror stories, but we went in with a set budget and they worked very hard to get us to that amount. Tony in finance was great, as was Ali in sales. Walked away with the car I wanted and the payment I wanted.

Scheduled appointment the evening prior for next morning service (oil/filter change, multipoint inspection via Sheehy VIP program.) Car taken in soon after arrival. Waited in comfortable waiting area (they do provide complementary shuttle to your work, home or wherever--certainly within reasonable mileage). In/out quickly and no additional cost due to VIP prepaid coverage. Gave me a card for a complementary car wash as a departure gift. Very pleased with the service.

Excellence in customer service!

They are very unprofessional and rude. You can tell they don’t care about making customers happy. You can hear half of them horse playing in the hall while I’m sitting at a desk for hours waiting for a response. I been to this place 3 times with in a week. I been through 3 cars through this place and this will be my last! Nissan is horrible in general and I am ready to move on with a different brand!

My wife and I purchased a used Sienna from this store. The experience was amazing. Thank you Justin and Drew for the help.

I was scheduled for routine maintenance and a diagnostic test on a weekend (Saturday). I specifically told them I needed one and was not informed this had to be done on a weekday. When I got there they told me I would have to wait until monday for the diagnostic test, but could leave my car and get a rental. which I couldn’t do since that’s my only vehicle and I wasn’t going to pay for a rental when I wasn’t even sure if my car issue was going to be diagnosed as a big deal or minor. I would say that this Sheehy isn’t that organized & doesn’t think about the customer. Feels like your just another number. I purchased full warranty on my car and the VIP service but have better customer service at jiffy lube. I can’t rely on their scheduling. If you are a very busy person, I don’t recommend Sheehy in manassas. They will waste your time.

Sheehy Nissan of Manassas did not top off all fluids with oil change as promised, and did not complete their work on the doors recall in a professional manner .. doors would not open after work was done .. very disappointed from this dealership and definitely won’t recommend them to anyone!!
