Just had my new fence installed yesterday. The actual install was great the guys installed it in one day and it looks great. However the communication was not great leading up to the install date. Being in construction myself I understand every one is busy, just reach out and be honest when you can come for the install. Other than that I would recommend them for your fencing needs. I have hired the service of Future Fence because friends of mine have being worked with them before. Sales process really good. The guy (the owner I think) was really kind and know really well want to do. I hired them on Feb 3rd. Permit was delayed to be applied. Permit approved in May 11th. Promise to be executed in 2 weeks. 2 months has passed and no sign of the finalisation. When we email, no answer. When we call them, just an automatic answer machine. If you dont want to be frustrated with unexecuted promises, please avoid this provider. The owner is really good person but the company is misleading promises and coudnt catch up with the COVID demand or simply ignoring the services that are less profitable.

I called Future Fence to have one of our properties fences repaired and after 9 phone calls, I am still without a confirmed repair appointment date. My husbands construction company used Future Fence for 25 years which Romero acknowledged. Both Bethany and Romero said they would call me back with a date and never did. They dont answer their phones and dont follow through. Perhaps a $1000. + job is too small for them. If I could give Future Fence a rating of less than 1 star I would. I will let others know of my experience. There are other good fence companies out there more deserving of ones business and money than Future Fence.

Future Fence did a great job with our fences. We have a beautiful, private oasis thanks to them. Theyre sometimes difficult to get a hold of but they do a wonderul job. We got a cedar privacy fence that seperates or backyard from a parking lot and chain link on the sides and front. All great!
