Honestly I use to like this place now I’mNot so sure I had my own mechanic change my oil because i have a 2020 highlander and they only change them every 10,000 miles with the included maintenance plan which doesn’t work for me so i do 5K however when my usual guy changed it for me i noticed it was really black the oil and it’s like the filter was never changed perfectly sealed up which to me seems like they aren’t changing my oil it’s my fault for not checking it myself which ill be doing from now on since i still have one oil change with them left
Be wary of DCH Toyota City Service Center.I drove our car home from a routine service and, upon parking, found damage that was not there before. I called them and was told to bring it in the next day.I drove in and Mike refused to take responsibility for the damage. He insisted there was no way to know how it happened. When I explained that we had used the car just before the servicing and there was no damage, he said, Well thats what YOU say.In addition, twice they have tried to charge me for work covered under my warranty, once to the tune of $2,700. Hopefully that is just incompetence and not deceit.I recommend finding another service center but if you must use them, be sure to document your cars condition when you drop it off, and do not let them charge you for covered service.
My wife dropped the car off for a routine check up and was very happy with the service. That night we had to have the car towed up due to a flat tire. The team was very nice and had the tire changed and ready to go by 1030.
Great place to get your car serviced, at times there is waiting but generally the service managers are quite quick. I get a call if the repairs are more that what I am expecting which is a great comfort to know before and they will advise you in case you want to sit out for this round. Has a coffee station with snacks etc.

As recommended by a friend to have my car serviced here from now on opposed to my service center in the Bronx he was right. I Took my car for service on Saturday morning for a blower motor and My service Advisor Ralph who was extremely helpful and polite brought to my attention that there was a recall on my vehicle regarding the fuel pump told me that he will be keeping the car till Monday for repairs and will put me in a loaner vehicle sweet because my previous service department didnt even mention any recalls to me or even had loaner cars. My service Advisor reached out to me for updates made it aware to me that I needed new tires which I was aware I needed in the first place. Come first thing Monday morning I get a call saying my vehicle will be ready at 11am and it was. The blower motor repaired under warranty and 4 new tires and recall all done fast. This will be my primary service department from now on everyone was great.
Called and was told I could come in for a spare key to work for my car. The spare key didn’t end up working for it and they gave it to me for free which was nice

I searched for a service center with good reviews and came upon this one. I travelled from the city to come here because I hoped that I would have a decent experience and reliable work done. Unfortunately, I was traumatized by the charges and manner which I was treated by the customer service rep. From the get-go he was extremely paternalistic towards me and kept patting me on the shoulder, plus guiding me around like I was a child. I dont appreciate people that I dont know touching me and especially during COVID. I was charged over 1k for what should have been routine maintenance. The rep told me that some minor bolts had to be changed, my battery terminals needed to be cleaned, along with another minor job. I ended up being charged $800 for labor but parts were less than $150. They only had the car for a couple of hours. So shame on me for being a new car owner and not being knowledgeable about what needed to be done on the car, plus not questioning the charges when I was there. SHAME ON the rep that worked with me for ripping me off and treating me in such a condescending and paternalistic manner.
Just had our 09 Camry serviced. Right front axle plus bracket with some other components in that area of the axle. Thumbs up ! Done right by people that know Toyota product. Thank you Michael Vetrano for your assistance and explaining what needed done and what was done on the car. We’ve had two cars from this dealer, my daughter bought her first car from this dealership. Also thank you to the technicians, Mechanics keep doing what you’re doing a good job. Last thank you Jose very pleasant man. Zahory Ruiz thank you he explained what was done and explained the warranty on the job. Have your Toyota worked on by the people that know the excellent Toyota Product. Thank you all.

Although there are service centers in Bronx NY that are much closer to us than Mamaroneck. We went here based on the good reviews, and glad we did, they diagnosed, and resolved suspension issue. And honestly felt more confident/comfortable going here instead. Staff was also very professional and courteous.
Ive never had an issue with service. But around 4 pm and later only one of about 7-8 employees in the main customer service area (with the desks) was wearing a mask. Please protect your customers no matter what time of the day it is.

Long wait times, they schedule appointments at 11:30 or even noon and the staff goes on lunch break at noon so you end up waiting even more. Prices are high compared to other auto shops. Place is very clean and employees are nice and helpful.

Would have been perfect service if the cashier wasnt gone for lunch and no one was there to cover. Ended up having to have one of the service representatives helping out however I had to pay an extra dollar for my ny state inspection because he didnt have change.

They give you a car wash on the outside with every oil change. Not too bad for $45 I guess.
Excellent service in every aspect. Scheduling was quick and easy, the techs start rolling the cars in from the check-in line at 7:30am. My Camry has 92K miles so I scheduled a large job - replace timing belt / water pump / tensioners+pulleys / auxiliary belts / oil seals / thermostat / radiator hoses / coolant / valve cover gaskets. By 6pm same day, everything complete and the car runs great. You really can’t beat the service and reliability and knowledge of Toyota mechanics for large complex jobs. The customer wait area has plenty of chairs, bagels in the morning, some good pizza at lunch. All in all, a great service experience.

Love this dealership. They always try to fit me in and they have late hours too. My favorite part about going for service here is their waiting area. Its very clean and updated and they have plenty of comfortable seating in multiple areas. They also have a nice coffee bar and have bagels in the morning and pizza in the afternoon. I had an extended visit and so this made the wait all the more bearable. I have an Audi too that Ive serviced at different dealerships around the the NYC area, and the experience at DCH was even better than those dealerships. I recommended this dealership to all my friends as well. I used to go to another dealer whose location in Westchester was more convenient, but the experience I had was terrible, so much so that I even called Toyota cooperate to file a complaint. I purchased my Toyota at a different dealership, but based on my experience at the service center, Ill be going to DCH when Im shopping for another Toyota. Thank you again DCH!

Brought my car in for service and when it was returned to me, there were scratches all over it. Was told at first that it was just water -NOT!! Still waiting for the service manager to get back to me. Im not paying for excessive damage to the car when I turn it back in for something the service department did!Edited: DCH made everything right. Service manger took very good care of me and my car. Have returned a few times and will continue to have my vehicle serviced here.

What a waste of my time.The pro is that they were able to take me in 45 minutes after calling to have my car inspected.An hour job became 2.5 hours and they came up to me every 20 minutes with something wrong with the car and it needed this and that. For the sake of passing I decided sure. After it all they came to me and said my car is failing because of a brake light bulb that needs to be changed that they don’t have. Just a simple waste of my time.I’ve come here before and it wasn’t this unnecessarily inconveniencing.Just pathetic.

Today (11/15/14) I came for my 5,000 miles service. I live in Brooklyn, but I chose this Service Center (35 miles away) because of good reviews. And I am so glad I chose this one (700 Waverly Ave, Mamaroneck, NY 10543). I had a fantastic experience! I came on time and was waiting about 1 hour and 20 minutes while my car was done. They changed oil, updated special Toyota software, checked braking pads, tires, lights, all fluids level, etc. All the time I was waiting in a very nice waiting area with tea, coffee, launch, TV, internet lounge.When I saw my car after the Service, my car was even washed outside. It was so nice! I appreciate that a lot!For me this is the best Toyota Service Center in the World! Thank you very much! The staff is very professional and nice. I highly recommend them!
I had my Sienna XLE Premium spare remote programmed here. I had extremely great service. I was also given a free car wash. Radha De La Cruz was wonderful on the phone. Matthew offered great service. And I enjoyed a cup of green tea at the lounge.The view at Lake side was beautiful.

I brought my car for service Wednesday september 17.guy by name Mike was rude, unprofessional and nasty the way he was eating and talking to me. He called to explain me about the issue of the warranty, he called me pointing his fingers at me unprofessional. I wont go back there anytime soon.

Clean waiting area, staff can use some customer service training and time management is the worse. 4 hr wait for tires & wheel alignment on top of that was told it will be a hr & half wait.. that was a joke. Management was a where of the wait & not once did staff apologized.

This is a very efficient service center. I had taken a 09 corolla for service and it was such a pleasant experience. Right from booking the appointment to picking up the car after the service, everything was very good. unlike my previous experiences of dealing with the other Toyota dealers for various recalls.Wanted a few things checked ( first visit to a dealer regarding service for this five year old 48kmiles car, previously just did the regular oil change at a gas station near my place and may be once a year car wash ) and the service consultant( zoleymi Ramirez) took care of everything that I mentioned. She also checked with someone else( probably her supervisor) when she needed additional info to answer my particular question. They did not try to add on anything that wasnt needed. I had done my homework and had an idea of what I wanted done and the service went exactly like that.Also I wanted to do a detail on the car as it had scratches in a few places and was starting to show its age.They did a fantastic job. cannot see the scratches unless I look really close.the car now looks and drives almost like new and does not show any signs of the past five years of neglect. So overall a very good experience and I strongly recommend this service center. oh and the drop off and pick up was there too. great customer service. keep up the good job guys.

Check your cars after service, people they arent doing anything other than checking off your free maintenance visits.I have been getting misled and lied to by certain members of the staff at DCH Toyota in Westchester County in New York State. I lease a 2015 Scion XB that I am more than happy with. It’s a wonderful car and I was planning on staying with Toyota at the end of my lease, but I am incredibly unhappy and dissatisfied with the DCH Toyota Service center in Mamaroneck, NY where I have taken my Scion for it’s routine maintenance checks.The first incident occurred when I took my Scion to the DCH Service Center and asked why since the day after I drove the car off the lot when I start the car the Low Engine Coolant Temperature Indicator stays lit for at least two minutes before it finally shuts off. I’ve checked the coolant level repeatedly and it’s fine, but the light stays on. Not only that, but when I drive the car longer than ten minutes, I smell burning anti-freeze. It’s a strange odor that smells just like the liquid itself but as if it’s burning.My technician Mike at DCH Toyota actually told me that ‘all new cars have faulty temperature gauges’ and ‘it’s nothing to worry about’ and I should just ‘forget about it.’ Mike also told me that he tries to explain this to his wife, but she ‘never listens’. Is he implying that I never listen like his wife and Im supposed to believe that all new cars mysteriously have faulty temperature indicators? He refused to check it without the threat of my brand new car having to stay there for days whilst they took apart my brand new dashboard to find out what the problem is, and I was assured there was none.The second incident was when I picked up my car from DCH Toyota Service center, they didnt really do much of anything besides leave some salsa radio station on in my car blaring whilst my windshield wiper fluid ran out the next day after they supposedly refilled it. I was also low on oil the following week. There was also a time that I had to fill the tires with air two days after they serviced it because they seemed low to me.There was also the time I apparently drove in through the wrong entrance or something (none of the doors are marked clearly other than to watch out for traffic) and some unintelligent man told me dont worry its ok that I drove in the wrong way, so I told him I know its ok I dont need your approval - there is no sign outside - in which he showed me a hand written sign outside about as big as a small iPad written in PEN and I laughed in his face. Thats crazy that they think people would ever see that.There was also the time that they started calling me three times a day threatening to charge me for storage if I didnt pick up my car immediately when I had picked it up the day they serviced it a week prior. When I called them back the guy actually asked me if I was sure it was my car I was driving. How can that even happen?I’m the idiot and the one who’s at fault because I should have checked it there every time, but Toyota is a brand I’ve been loyal to and trusted for over 20 years until this car. My car prior to this was a 2002 Toyota Corolla.Well I would like my free oil changes back because I got my Scion Xb serviced YESTERDAY, and today I have no oil, low tire pressure and no windshield wiper fluid. They did NOTHING. AGAIN. To top it all off, this time Gabriel my service guy whom I requested specifically didn’t even help me other than to make sure he asked me to give him a good review! I got handed off to someone named Carlos who didn’t even bother to make sure my concerns were addressed. Is everyone there really really really stupid or are they just trying to pull the wool over my eyes!I don’t know how many free oil changes and tire rotations I’ve wasted and probably harmed my car that I assume Toyota will expect me to pay for any damage at the end of my lease! I am livid and I am contacting Toyota HQ.

Visited DCH Toyota today for the power window recall for my 08 Camry. I also had my oil change and state inspection due and decided to get those done as welll. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy and I was surprised that they had a no-cost loaner vehicle available, unfortunately I was told that the loaners were not available for my appointment and that I would have to arrange for my own ride.Needless to say I was weary about my visit to a new service center especially since my inspection was due. Service centers usually try to rack me up with a higher bill by finding many things wrong with the car when I try to get an inspection. In fact my previous appointment at a different service center told me that my tires would need replacing to pass the NY state inspection for sure. So I was expecting something similar here and cushioned in a budget appropriately.I was greeted by the staff at the service garage and quickly proceeded to the front desk. I was then told to goto a gentleman (I believe his name was Matthew) who was feeling a bit under the weather but accomodated me appropritately. He proceeded to ask me how I plan to get home and offered me a ride home if I needed it, I was pleasantly suprised by the offer as I was not told this was available when calling in to make my appointment. I declined saying I had someone almost at the shop to pick me up and he then asked me whether I would like a loaner and he ended up finding me a Scion to drive home.Now, later in the day I received a phone call saying that my car was all ready to be picked up and passed inspection... wait, where was the obligatory upsell?!? She then said that the mechanics recommended a tire rotation, AC Filter change, and an engine belt change but I was under no obligation to do so. This was a suprise to me and I greatly appreciated the fact that this wasnt being pushed on me for the inspection to pass so I proceeded to get all three done and picked my car up afterwards. I was then given a free car wash.Ladies and Gentlemen, this is how service centers should be run. No gimicky tricks to get more money from your customers, treating your customers with respect, and making sure they are 100% satisfied.My only minor gripe is that the person who I called to schedule an appointment should have told me that a free ride was available given my addresses proximity to the service center.I had to forcefully wake up a cranky friend early in the morning and turn him back as he approached.DCH Toyota Service center just earned itself a lifelong customer and when its time to by my next Toyota - DCH will be my first stop!Thanks again DCH!

Something that felt like bait-and-switch with the pricing. When the service was performed, I was presented with an invoice for 30% above the written quote. I was told that the quote was mistaken. To rectify the situation, the rep printed me an after-the-fact quote to conform with the new invoice.
