Great location, friendly workers, organized store. But the reason it lost 2 stars is the manager (bald guy) hes extremely rude and unfriendly. And because of him, I will not be returning to this location.

Pharmacist gave me an attitude when i asked for an ETA on my order that was ALREADY passed due. The young lady at the counter sucked her teeth, rolled her eyes, & said “i mean, what do you expect?” i as calmly as i could asked why the attitude? & she proceeded to have an attitude, her manager who was on the opposite side of the pharmacy tried to defend her (without even knowing what happened) & proceeded to take her side and justify her actions.. i was so shocked i told the store manager & i’m sure he spoke to them but they probably just ganged up and said their own story without the truth. i felt discriminated, & humiliated. i will never return here again, & i wouldn’t recommend anybody should either.

I love Publix but this one is just shaped and layed out so different than the other Publixs. Not to mention the bad area for traffic, also small parking lot

Love going to this location! The store has a smaller feel to it, but thats ok because its one of the retro stores. The staff is a lot more personable here than other locations which is a nice feeling. Never had an issue here.

This store is clean. Staffed well. Customers service is great. There was a guy in the meat section saw that I was buying beyond meat and informed me that it was bogo. That was great. I really appreciate that type of service.

My baby brother were a family of 6 all beautiful I love my mom so out that my brother god mothers husband works while she dead 4 or 5 days before this visit and I was visiting this place for the western union all all the dada say you no I no Mr Sheldon am a their go Mike Epps but the western union was says to late to be picked up all in all I love this world hey yall its tisha

Dr.Luttrell and his team are fantastic! From the ladies at the front who are extremely friendly to the PA Luis. Dr.Luttrell and Luis both were amazing with my son. They explained everything and their bed side manner was above and beyond. I definitely recommend to come here!

I love this Publix. Its a super retro store, of which there are very few nowadays. Its a much smaller store but plenty of stuff, it has 99% of your needs. Everyone is always very nice. Just a fun Publix to visit!

Publix is one of our preferred grocery stores. Wish they had fresh hot bread after 5pm like some of the competitors did. It would be nice to get fresh bread every day on the way home. That would also wold drive more deli purchases from visitors.

I went to order a platter of sandwiches for my employees and the young lady that helped me was awesome! She was very, attention to detail which made me very satisfied.

Typically wonderful Publix service and selection. This is a smaller store than others in the area, but in my opinion had one of the fastest, best run delis of any Publix store.

I just want to say wow! This is the most amazing publix I’ve ever been too and it only makes me happier that I’ll be moving to the Maitland area in a couple months. Publix’s motto is where shopping is a pleasure and I’ve been to plenty of Publix’s that have not been pleasurable. I have had experiences that have made me never come back to some public but this one in Maitland was amazing!! I was greeted with kind words, everyone spoke to me, and I just felt so welcomed! Thank you for making this experience for me a pleasure!

I decided to go for a meal because I was hungry and had a horrible experience while I took my first bite out of the food I bought, I literally bite down and almost hurt my jaw and almost chip my teeth to find out that their was a stone in my food. I would not even rate that as a one star. I am not ever going there again.I was already upset about how much I was served and wished I took a picture three small wedges and small serving for everything else, very little I was served for the first time and it’s my first time at this Publix.

I live right near Publix 9 love Publix Valley is it clean the people are very helpful when I cant find something Im trying to buy for one of my grand my grandkids they leave me right to the right Ill but the only store shopping and I also at least once every couple months use the medical card the pharmacy so I appreciate it being so close

I went to the Deli, Even though people saw me and I saw them I proceeded to be the 1st person in line for 10 minutes and all I wanted was some potato wedges which were old and cold.

Today my coworkers and I purchased some things from the deli. We purchased a sub, potato wedges, and Mac & cheese. The bread was soggy. The chicken tenders had no flavor. The worst sandwich I’ve ever had from here. The wedges weren’t cooked all the way and very cold. The mac and cheese had no taste was very bland.

They had just what I needed... near the door... easy in, easy out! Oh, and there were some chocolate, chocolate chip muffins near by. It was a toss up between that and the chocolate lava cake! No, I did not get them both... this time.

I’ve been to several different Publix and to be honest this place is awesome! Publix at Maitland Plaza has been my supermarket for years now. The staff is super friendly and are always willing to help. Employees always ask their customers if they need help finding anything or they would just say “Hi, how are you today?”I ordered a sub today and Silas was super helpful with my order and made my sub to perfection.During checkout, the cashier, Mark, was super nice and talkative. Patrick, the bagger, was super careful with my groceries today. Provided carry out service at its finest. Patrick is new at this store since I’ve never seen him before, but he did pack everything accurately and fast. He is one of the best.Publix, please keep hiring people who care for our groceries. Patrick has provided a great service today and he is caring and friendly. It’s always nice to see new faces and helpful employees willing to go out of their way just to make a customer happy.05/31/2019.

Not my closest Publix, but I make it a point to stop here if were in the neighborhood and need groceries. Its a smaller store, so there were a few things missing that were on our list (stopped at another Publix otw home). But the meat department was glad to specially grind the beef I needed for chile and everyone we encountered had a smile--even more important these days.

Been to this Walmart many times. Store is clean, has a wide variety of products, fresh produce and nice deli. Subs are the best.

Disappointed with Maitlands Publix because the hand wipes are no longer offered at the entrance to the store. These wipes have been available for many years. You pull one out of the container in the lobby of the store. The store did have liquid hand sanitizer available, but I like to use a hand wipe to wipe off my grocery cart. I asked an employee and was told that there is a shortage of supplies for hand wipes. I also asked if the carts near the entrance had been sanitized and was told yes. However, I would still appreciate hand wipes available at the entrance like they have been for many years. I feel overall the store in Maitland is trying to be safe during this pandemic and hopefully they will consider my suggestion.Update: I called the manager of Maitland Publix and she confirmed that Publix is unable to get the hand wipes that were previously in the lobby right now from the manufacturer. She told me that I could stop by the Customer Service counter on the right as you enter the store; and I would be provided with paper towels and hand sanitizer so I could wipe down my cart. She also confirmed that customers are required to wear a mask inside the store.
