The words outstanding and impeccable come to mind when thinking of this Porsche dealership. We sold our Cayenne to them and the whole process was seamless. Initially, we spoke with Luis on the phone who assured us that we could stop by anytime for an appraisal. Reception was helpful. We had an appraisal done within a few minutes and Manager David Stone came by to give us our figures with an explanation. He was very attentive and always came back to check on us. Logistics didn’t allow for the transaction to be completed that day so we stopped by the next day. Although David was off, another Manager by the name of Richard was able to follow through and issue us a check for the vehicle. I called or visited 4 Porsche dealerships and Porsche Orlando was by far the only dealership to call back and get me the exact 911 I wanted. Salesperson Antonio was great to deal with guiding me through the process and follow up with all questions and did so within a few minutes of my call even on his days off. Other staff members were friendly from the front desk to other sales associates and management. I would definitely recommend Porsche of Orlando as the best place to purchase your dream car!

My over all experience was fantastic. My order was built to spec and was placed few months before the vehicle was delivered. Sales associate Antonio Shum Zheng walked me through the whole process and kept me informed through out the different stages of manufacturing/delivery of my vehicle from Germany. Buying my used A5 from Porsche Orlando was a seamless experience. Luis was extremely helpful from the moment I called about the car. When I showed up to look at the car and go for a test drive he had everything ready to go for me. He was very professional and easy to talk to. My only compliant was with the detailing of my used car, we had to ask them to go back over the hatchback space because there were Christmas tree needles on the carpet back there and I’m still finding a decent amount after the fact. As an out of State purchaser (VA for me), and discussing car purchases with a dealer in Orlando, is bound to raise doubts in one’s mind about the accuracy and quality of the vehicle for sale. Fortunately, those doubts were removed very early on as Antonio Shum, Associate Sales, answered every question asked. The only confusion arose was on the difference between electronic filing and an additional charge associated with registering the car in VA. William Mcvadon quickly clarified this for me which allowed the sale to proceed quickly.The car itself, a low mileage 2015Jaguar XJ Portfolio of one previous owner, was as good as it was advertised, and in excellent condition. Having traveled to Florida to pick-up this car I was thankful to Antonio and William for the courtesy, attention to detail, and no nonsense processing of the paperwork.Having driven this car for 1,300 miles since purchase on July 27 I can only say that I’m pleased with the car. My only reason for not giving it five stars right now is that I’m waiting on receiving the cat’s registration document, title, tags and decals. Once I have those I’ll bump it up to five stars which I’m sure this dealership, notably Antonio and William who I directly interfaced with, deserves.

Kyle Kersh picked up that phone and talked me through what would have been a difficult situation for trading my current vehicle and transporting the car to Orlando. What a mess! Dropped off my car for routine maintenance work. Got a call back with an estimate and the sales manager was completely unprepared. Gave me a price, then asked if I knew why the check engine light was on. He hadn’t even run the diagnostics on the car yet. What does that take, 10 seconds? He also hadn’t priced out my broken door lock, which I had requested that morning. THEN, I have to call THEM back to check on the status of my car since they were about to close and found out it wouldn’t be finished until tomorrow. Thank God I had another car I could borrow because by that time, all of the rental car places had closed. They felt no need to notify me that my car would not be ready until the next day. Horrendous customer service!!

I took my Porsche for oil service in May and had a good experience at the Maitland location. I then made an appointment (One month in advance) to have a recall done. I was given a service appointment. I explicitly explained what my service was for and the service provider acknowledged that it was for a recall. In the month prior to my scheduled service date I received no less than 5 separate emails, and two texts as a reminder that had an upcoming scheduled appointment. I arrived at the Maitland location on the scheduled date and time only to then be told that my recall part wasn’t available and wouldn’t be available for a few months. I certainly understand that situations beyond the control of the dealership occur.However there is no excuse for a failure to communicate this to a customer who makes an appointment one month in advance and receives multiple emails, without ever being notified of the unavailability of a part? Better communication is needed, truly dissatisfied.

Impressed with how easy they made buying a vehicle 80% remotely. Antonio was great at communicating with me online. Sometimes you go into a dealership and the used car manager will have an attitude that your trade is horrible, but Richard was very straightforward and easy to work with. All the way down to financing, William made closing simple. The only thing I was disappointed with was how they detailed the used vehicle I purchased. It took some time to clean out parts of it and vacuum what appeared to be dog hair from the previous owner.

The Porsche 911 has always been a favorite of mine. I live in Las Vegas and our local inventory is bare. The chalk color is beautiful and 2 weeks ago the only two chalk 911s available in the USA were in Florida. Sensor went bad. While the phone system did not work, I drove to the store where the excellent service manager Chad Z and customer relations person Brittany H greeted me. They took me right in, told me the cost (lower than expected) and solved the issue in less than two hours. What a great crew for a great car.

I brought a 911 for a pre-purchase inspection into this dealership under the recommendation of the seller. $600 later, it took me 3 days and several calls to get the actual report from the dealership! All the rep wanted was the payment and kept repeating How are you paying for this? but never bothered providing me with the actual report until I called for the service manager and threatened to dispute the charge on my credit card. To put icing on the cake, the car was returned filthy after it had been delivered to them in pristine condition!!! Give me a break, Porsche of Orlando, for $600, you should wipe the mechanics greasy fingerprints and vacuum the car - I think down at Kia they even do it there. Very poor service, considering they had a chance to win a new customer for a long time, but now, not this guy!!!

What an amazing experience, where even Porsche USA fell short, Jeff (service advisor) was extremely courteous, arranged towing for my Taycan, got it towed to the dealer, and in less than 72 hours it was up and running again. Car was delivered back to me clean, sanitized, even tire shine applied. Great communication, clean facility, knowledgeable and experienced technicians, and pro active service advisors unlike Porsche South Orlando. Avoid any other dealer, give them your business.

Kept the car 4 days with no communication initiated by Porsche. I had to call and beg for status each day, and if I didn’t call no call or given. Overall the worst communications I have ever experience and cannot recommend taking your car there unless you want it broken, no communication and silence. Really disappointing....
