This company DOES NOT deserve even one star!!!!! I most definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!! We went in there to get couches, and they told us they couldn’t rent to us because a family member did not pay their bill and Bolin Rental DID NOT pursue legal action. We were told we were a liability due to that, but yet we did not know about that issue until the employees told us about that situation! So since we were a liability, you guys are too! Save your money, and go elsewhere! This company is a joke!!

I would give 0 stars if I could so here is my experience: This company discriminated against me because of my LAST NAME!!! I would never recommend this place because apparently I am a liability because a family member went delinquent with them and kept the property and Bolin did absolutley nothing to recover their property! Because they did not pursue legal action for theft of their property.. now you all know this, since I was a liability I guess everyone who reads this is a liability too!!

I love this place. They are family friendly and always work with you if you communicate. I have never had a problem with anyone there. They make you feel like family. I have been a customer two years and have never thought to look anywhere else.

Decided to go back to Bolins to get a washer and dryer was greated by the GM and thought I was set up to get my new washer and dryer between 3-5pm Saturday 4:30 come rolling around and hadnt heard nothing from them so I called talked to someone that wasnt there when I made the set up and find out im not in the system for any delivery

Purchased a bunk bed from there was over charged when I picked up the bed and got home to set it up there was a few of the bolts missing and they want to say I lost them whatever u do dont do any type of business with this place they will rip u off with faulty merchandise

I had a very great experience with this location we bought a washer and dryer paid it off. Since and theyre the only place that we do business with their very friendly and family oriented. Ive had tough times and theyve worked with me throw all so thank you Bolin rentals For working with me and my family so that we can have the things that we want. We are really enjoying the fireplace

The guys there are very professional, polite, and very helpful in getting you what you are looking for. The delivery guys are prompt, courtious, and will set everything up for you quickly, and correctly. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Everyone that works there are courteous and professional. They make people feel at ease. I would recommend Bolins for anything to rent to own. Or even go in and purchase over any other rental businesses.

Everyone was verry friendly, coustomer service was just as good. Was looking for a sectional was having a difficult time finding the once i wanted. They were relentless I do believe the wins name was Timika.. Needless too say so got me right together. She found the sectional at a different store and had out delivered the next day.... Anyone and everyone i know i recommend to due business worth Bolin rental... It fits perfect and w Love it ty were very pleased....
