Stopped by for lunch. All 3 of us ordered different sandwiches and we all looked at each other after the first couple of bites like these were without a doubt the absolute best sandwiches we’ve ever had!!! We are from out of town but I would seriously make a day trip just to go back for lunch or dinner.
Holy cow these cherry malts are amazing. The sandwich was great but the BBQ was not spicy as advertised. I still enjoyed. Great service on delivery; fast, items were correct temps, they came to my door in an elevator building.
The chicken gyro was not seasoned much, not shaved meat, but cubed and super dry. Not enough sauce and a bit light on the tomatoes. Im used to cabbage salad in gyros but that might not be a thing here. The regular gyro was seasoned better.

I have been going here for years now. Every time I get their Chicken Noodle soup it is so delish. It looks homemade with large chunks of chicken and veggies. Their Gyro is my go to food from there. When I worked around the corner they would always be willing to walk it over to me when ready. Great people great food 100% worth it.
Friendly service, fresh food; fast delivery by their own driver! First time caller, I ordered a Reuben, really wanted a cheeseburger, but worried it might be cold. Second time I called for the cheeseburger! This place is great!

Door Dashed this place for lunch today. Chipotle Turkey sub was good. Asked for no tomatoes but I still got them. Not a big deal. Pizza Pocket was good as well, like a gourmet hot pocket. Would recommend this place if youre looking for a good, pair priced lunch.
Picked up sandwiches for a boat trip today after googling sandwich shop near Warner Park. We ordered Spicy Chicken Panini, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and sub sandwiches. Everyone commented on how great the sandwiches were! I had the chicken panini and loved the green onion and cilantro - I think there was spinach and tomatoes on it too. We were really impressed and will definitely be back! Service was quick and very friendly too!
Was the absolute best sandwich place I had ever been to. I was served my all-time favorite sandwich, that nothing else I had tasted before or since then topped it!!! I havent been here in two years, and I may come back and order the cran-apple turkey panini again, three times! Loved the establishment, the service, and the food!
We occasionally have Crostini deliver lunch and it never disappoints! Their sandwiches are always superbly fresh with crisp and crunchy ingredients that give a burst of flavor. The dishes are neatly arranged as well that provides an attractive presentation, especially for delivery! I’ve been impressed with the food here every time, and I don’t think that will change in the future. They do an excellent job!
Fries are so on point. Burger was proper, excited to try the brisket sando.
Got a BLT, Club Sub and Chili Cheese Fries. Everything was superb. 10/10 will eat there again.

Just tried for the first time. I love my sandwiches but I am also very picky and Crostini delivered. I tried the cubano sandwhich and it was fantastic. It wasnt sloppy or messy but wasnt dry either. Perfectly built with tons of meat. Their spicy mustard was on point and the bread was the perfect hardiness. Highly recommend even for delivery.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a sandwich shop while visiting nearby lakes. This was definitely the right choice! We had the spicy chicken sandwich and the honey mustard chicken sandwich, plus a side of cheese curds. Everything was very good, both sandwiches and perfectly cooked bacon on top and the curds were very tasty. Very friendly service, too! Would definitely come here again the next time were in the area!
Always fresh, always delicious, great variety of options. It’s the bomb. Similar prices to other fast food sandwich shops but the quality makes stopping here instead a no-brained.
My granddaughterand I just had Italian beef sandwiches. They were huge and SO delicious. My granddaughter is very particularly about her food and she loved it, even the bread. I will definitely come here again!

After living nearby for a few years and eating here occasionally I believe this place is just very hit or miss. Service is fine, and they do some of the food pretty well but some of it is just head-scratching and mediocre. One time I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and it quite clearly came with bbq sauce. Just call it something else on the menu I guess? Tonight I got a wrap which was supposed to include “house dressing and chipotle mayo.” It was sauceless and the supposed “strips of grilled chicken” was just tiny cubes of not grilled chicken. No avocado either. The menu descriptions seem to vary considerably from the food they put out.

ZERO STARS!!!! My half of the order was made good. My girlfriends sandwich was lacking the sauce that was suppose to be on it and the cheese was BURNT and uneatable. The fries are also soggy. We called the place back after it was delivered and was told we would get full credit on the items that were messed up. When we go to order the next time we are told that it was against store policy to do refunds without the food. The food had been long in the trash at this point as they didnt tell us anything about returning the food in the first place. The 2nd hand manager then began to raise his voice at my girlfriend and then proceeded to get into a loud argument with myself. I then asked for when another manager will be on and he kept refusing to give me a time or shift. I then asked for corporate number which he said there was no corporate or corporate number but then told me a corporate representative will be in at 4pm. I am frustrated and lost at this point very displeased and will update after I call at 4pmUPDATE: guy got on the phone acting like cooprate listened to my complaint and said hed talk to his team after a brief pause he came back on and said instead of a 10% discount he could make it 11% discount and a bunch of laughing in the back ground followed. I then asked for names they replied with Joey and dylan . We are taking our money elsewhere we dont want children messing up our order and we will go to a place that wont lie or degrade their customers.

I have been getting the Farmers Market Panini almost weekly since they opened--so for years. I used to live a couple blocks away and would walk; even though I now have to drive 20+ min, its still worth it because the panini is delicious, the lemon cake is incredible, & Im supporting a small business while eating a meal I didnt have to cook.

Some of the best food in Madison. We often rely on crostini to cater or do larger lunch orders frequently. Very diverse menu, many Vegetarian options. Pick up during pandemic was safe and fast. The fries are some of the best ever.

Ordered pickup, they had a good covid setup. I feel very safe when ordering. The spicy chicken sandwhich was great and the Italian beef panini with giardiniera is also good as well.
Courteous service and delicious food
Weve eaten from here a few times now and each time, something is wrong. Last night we experienced a real low in our Crostini dining. My girlfriend stopped in to grab a sandwich to go. She asked for no cheese on her sandwich as she is lactose intolerant. She walked all the way home in the cold and snow just to unwrap a sandwich with cheese. She called and requested a new sandwich to be delivered, and was told thats not what our drivers are for. She was upset but understanding. After a few minutes, she decided that she would call again to place an order that she would go and pick up. She called at 7:10 and was told.that they just shut everything down because it was too slow. The hours are listed as 10:30am to 8:30pm. If they were going to close early, they should have told her that the first time she called. I called this morning to talk to a manager and he was too busy to talk to me. Overall, a mistake in the food and poor customer service will keep us from ever going back.
After adding $1 chicken and a $2 tip, my pesto pasta was $15. The problem here is, it was not worth $15. The pasta was mushy and more importantly, there was only a touch a pesto, not enough to taste. The bottom quarter inch of the container was just greasy butter. It came with garlic bread that had almost no butter or garlic. My boyfriend was with me and got the club sandwich. He never complains, but did admit that the sandwich was stale and bland. Overall the experience lacked flavor. Only thing good we got was the lemonade.
Friendly service, but I got a sandwich here based on a 4.5 star review, and the sandwich was marginal. Dry bread, French fries were not crisp, and the “sub” was tiny. Maybe 6-8 inches. It was a sub par experience. Stick with Which Which

I called 45 minutes before they closed to order carry out. The person seemed annoyed with our order. We order sandwich, entree, and cheese fries. We picked up our order and got home to find no cheese fries. Super disappointing
Gyros were just average, take the time to go uptown or over to Athens in Westport if you want a good gyro. The other sandwiches are probably good getting a gyro right can be tricky.
I love all the different options for sandwiches, can please just about anyone. Thus is my go to sandwich stop

Crostini is easily my favorite restaurant in Madison. Sooo much food on the menu and all of it is great. Ive eaten there probably 50 times easy in the couple of years I have lived on this side of town. Quick, tatsy, awesome staff/owners.In fact Im going to order it for lunch right now. mmm

Hands down, the best sandwich shop in town. If I am hungry and on the east side, this is where I go. The owner is super friendly and helpful. He gets a bit oddly particular about his cubano but I can’t deny that the sandwich is a delight.

Ive only ever ordered from Crostini through a good delivery app... but... it always arrives ahead of time and hot! The portions are doubled. Each sandwich is halved and one of those serves as leftovers later. The Reuben I had tonight was excellent: the right amount of ingredients contained between two slices of marble-rye. The rest of the menu is diverse and tasty. Fantastic fare... bravo!

Superb gluten free sandwiches and very friendly, excellent service. They even have gluten free desserts. I love the expanded indoor seating. Outdoor seating on a pleasant street. Delivery and catering also available with a ton of options on the menu.

I inhaled the Italian beef sandwich here. Probably the best place in town for Italian beef, the only other place that comes to mind is Portillos. In case you dont know, Italian beef is like a French dip sandwich.The floor in the restaurant is always greasy as can be. Dont wear slick shoes. Also, the fries are way over priced for how little you get and in no way does the quality make up for the price.
We get delivery from them quite frequently at our office and always have great food and great service! The menu is vast, so there is something for everyone!

Some of the sandwiches are great (like the Italian beef and spicy chicken), other items are bland and not seasoned well enough (any of the pastas). Biggest problem is that they constantly forget items when ordering pickup or delivery. I’ve ordered for them many times over the last few years and this happens almost every time.
The best Italian beef in Madison! All of the food here is really good. They even have pizza now! I just was offered a slice of the mac n cheese. Really good. The Pesto chicken panani is superior and fresh. The staff is very friendly. A little hidden gem over here on the near east side of Madison. Get some!!

I didnt know what to expect going into this small sandwich shop but I left extremely impressed with the whole experience. The menu is extensive with a lot of great options but when I heard the owner was from Chicago I knew I had to try the Italian beef and I was so happy I did. It was fantastic!! The service was also great.
Good Chicago-style food at a good price. The staff have always been friendly and often give extra cookies with their speedy delivery. To top it all off, theyll deliver the best bubble tea in the city from jade mountain around the corner. Great stuff all around!

This store has a perfect ambience as a local neighborhood sandwich shop. There is an adjoined room for more tables to eat with a larger group, but the small window counter and the 3 sidewalk tables are what make this experience special. Great food is a given.

“Good things come in small packages”. Crostini Sandwiches is a small (compact) restaurant that provides excellent food choices. From Paninis to Italian Roast Beef, the food is very tasty and fresh. There is a variety of offerings that matches far larger restaurants. There is a small (10 person) eating area indoors and some tables outside for dining. One of the better choices in Madison.
Eat all the sandwiches!!! (But especially the Italian Stallion. And the meatball sub. And the gyro. And the Italian beef. And the Chicago dog... Like I said, all of them. 😉)

The milkshake was good, but the buffalo chicken panini was really barbecue sauce and the chicken was cut in to nuggets so it kept falling out of the sandwich. Some of the other sandwiches might be better though. Everyone working there was very nice, and it was quick service
Hidden gem! Expansive and delicious menu, great pricing fast and friendly service! This place and the people who work there are wonderful.
