Very friendly helpful and very clean store. What we like is being locally owned. If out there Pam will find it for you....
HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE OWNER AND WORKERS, HORRIBLE STORE!!! I recently purchased a push mower from this so called business, 8 days ago from today, and tried to return it yesterday and they refuse to give me my money. They sold me A PIECE OF JUNK!! the blades bent in less than half an hour of use on a flat yard with nothing in the yard except grass. Then when i went to return it a bolt fell off pushing it up to the building!! I went there last week intending to buy a craftsman but were sold out of the model and the push mower i seen was on sale and looked decent so i decided to give it a try, BAD MOVE ON MY BEHALF! When I went to return the mower the women looked at the blades on the mower and said i had to hit something, when i done told them the only thing i hit was grass, i asked if they were portraying me as a liar, they said no, but kept saying i had to hit something, THEREFORE STILL PORTRAYING THAT IM A LIAR!!! The women were very, very, VERY rude and unprofessional, which she done lost one store in North Vernon, and i cant see this one lasting to much longer. Im out $245 and still cant mow my yard, ill never go to any sears anywhere for the rest of my life and ill make sure to tell every single person i know not to either!! i just want to let the public know this sears in madison indiana is not part of the corporation, so anything that you purchase from them they can make their own rules for. This is what corporate told me, and its absolutely unacceptable, no wonder the store is going out of business.
