It was my first time visiting their service department as I had been going to their competition across town. Zimbrick blew the other service department away. Everyone was helpful, kind and professional. The work was done fairly quickly (there was a recall they needed to do) and the waiting area was comfortable while waiting. I will definitely be returning for future service work.
This was another excellent experience. My oil change was done within the promised time frame. Two issues with one of my tires were resolved easily and at no cost to me. Service there is courteous, professional and prompt.

Got an oil change and tire rotation. This time I waited for the car. I was met immediately upon pulling into the service bay by a very welcoming, friendly service tech. He verified the work I had asked for, handed my fob to another service tech, I signed my name and went to the lounge. Approximately 40 min later I received my car with a nice fresh car wash. Everyone at this dealership is so friendly and courteous. I will continue to have my Nissan serviced here!
Let me start off by saying that the entire team at ZIMBRICK have exceeded my expectations after having a horrible experience at another dealership! From the first conversation with the manager, I felt valued as a customer. Adam (service dept) not only TRULY listened to my concerns but reassured me they were there to help. I had casually been looking for a new truck for the last six months, but with everything going on in the world I was in no real hurry. I had looked far and wide, not necessarily searching for a deal, but looking for a truck that had everything I wanted and nothing I didnt need. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Some additional (and costly) repairs were identified as needed. I appreciated that they include pictures of the vehicle to help understand the scope of the repairs. They lined me up with a loaner and sent me on my way. I received a call a short time later letting me know the master technician had looked it over. While it still needed some additional repairs, it wasnt to the same high cost they had previously quoted. They were done much more quickly and less costly than I was anticipating. I appreciate their having given it a second look and the straightforwardness of all the staff involved. This is why I keep bringing my vehicle here.

Overall I give Zimbrick Nissan high marks. The only reason I am giving them 4 instead of 5 is this: when they came back with the monthly payment on the model of Rogue I was looking at, the payment was going to be too high and I said that won’t work. Rather than the proposing an alternative, I had to do the research and found that I could get a loaded SV model and save several thousand dollars, thus lowering my payment significantly. I really feel like they should have done that work and presented another option to me. They are lucky I really wanted to buy a Rogue because I could have easily walked away.Once all that was figured out, I enjoyed working with the Finance guy, Casey, and I feel the Sales Manager, Quince, gave me a good value on my trade in.

My service advisor, Connie, was very friendly and helpful, and I really liked how they sent a video of what was broken with their recommendation for repairs. The cosmetic damage that occurred was really flukey and strange - Ive never seen anything like it (damage was strictly confined to gas cap door), and Im certain it was some sort of strange accident.Regardless, all is well now, and the damage done was repaired. Id probably still return to Zimbrick for future service if needed.

I came in with leaking fluid and check engine light on a 10 year old car. They did the diagnostic and the repairs came back higher than I was willing to spend on a 10 year old car. They replaced a part that was out of warranty so my check engine light would no longer be on free of charge. They were so kind and understanding of where I was coming from.

Horrible. I went for.oil change and recall replacement and now they have caused me a $1700 problem. Recall on brake switch om driver side...how is that cause my obstruction sensor to go off on passenger side. It just starts beeeeeeping randomly and wont stop until you turn car off. This is totally unacceptable. Then for them to blame it on the dent in bumper....a dent thats been there for there for months. They are the only place I take my vehicle for service. Nothing like this has ever happen until They did the recall. THEN I HAD TO PAY $94 FOR THEM TO TELL ME ITS NOT OUR FAULT!

When I called to schedule an oil change, I was asked about a tire rotation. I said I didn’t know and wasn’t sure if I needed one. The woman said they wouldn’t do it unless I needed it. I agreed. I had to reschedule and put the same request. I also told the technician this. After being charged for this and leaving, I later realized that due to having AWD and my tires measuring all the same.... I did not need a tire rotation. I was sold this and made to believe I needed it. Extremely disappointed with this business model.
I have been living in United States since 2007. I buy vehicles often and I work with many car dealerships. I have to admit that Zimbrick Nissan is something else! My service went very smoothly with no issues. Service agent was very courteous and professional.
We brought our Rogue in because the airbag light came on. It turns out that we had something underneath a seat that essentially disconnected the air bags. The service tech said that it obviously was an easy fix, just connect the airbag cord and remove the item from under the seat. Unfortunately they felt that $160 was a fair price for fixing the issue. They said that was for one hour. So they are charging roughly $140/hour plus taxes/fees. It makes no sense. I literally just brought our other car into Zimbrick Hyundai, and they charged me $90 for one hour. I feel really nickel and dimed.
Ryan pointed out a lot of features that I wasn’t aware of and pointed out the updated features.

I had sent in a lead about a month ago on a 2021 Nissan Maxima. They replied that they didn’t have any yet - understandable since 21’s come between end of current year to beginning of new year. However, the internet sales manager, Micheal, has been nonstop sending his automated emails to me and it’s quite annoying. I had asked to be contacted or let me know of a date when they arrive - not to constantly send me auto emails several times a week. Because of this, I will not be buying a car here anymore. Watch out people, when you send a lead in, they smother you with constant internet emails

The service team there is phenomenal. I have come up from Chicago twice to take my mom’s car there (she doesn’t like driving in Madison) so it can get proper service. The team is honest, trustworthy and genuinely cars. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them. It gives me peace of mind knowing the car my mom is driving is safe and won’t break down.

They do not pressure you to buy a vehicle. They let you take your time on making the right decision. When you do buy a vehicle and it is ready they put a ready bow on the vehicle. I didnt get that anywhere else I bought a vehicle. If i want a new vehicle in the future I will go back and will tell everyone about my experience.

When we came into the dealership without an appointment, disappointed that we had come a long distance to find that a used Nissan Frontier at another dealership in the area had been sold the night before, I asked for Joe and he immediately recalled that we had bought the first vehicle he had sold, a new Frontier in 2012. I was impressed with the number of people still at Zimbrick 6 1/2 years later. While their Frontier inventory was thin, a low-mileage, well-equipped 2017 met most of our requirements and reaching an acceptable price was not difficult. Casey worked quickly to arrange financing at the institution of our choice. Ashley made returning the vehicle for additional work as part of contract and insured that I was provided a loaner vehicle. Service was able to work in an unexpected warranty repair I brought to their attention with little notice, We are very pleased to have had another satisfying experience with Zimbrick Nissan.
Ben was very helpful and was willing to stay late to get the paperwork going on the new car. I stopped by the other day to get the license plates and he offered to wash my car (a little road dust on it). Definitely will keep in mind for the next car purchase.

The door handles on my Nissan Rogue stopped working. The problem is with the seals on the door, which allows moisture into the door, which freezes during the winter and pops the door handle cable out of its housing. Nissan has issued guidance that this was a manufacturing error and that the company would replace these free seals of charge. I called Zimbrick Nissan when this happened to both my driver side and passenger side doors ( I had to crawl through the back just to get in at this point).I called 6 times, each time a different person said they would call me back and never did. I finally got someone that told me this guidance was issued too long ago and they would not honor it. I could come in and pay to get it fixed if I wanted to.If the company itself has admitted it was manufacturing error and it is quite obviously causing problems with the vehicle, is it ever too old to be honored? Whos going to buy a Nissan when the dealerships wont fix manufacturing errors? Good luck with this company.
WE had a recall, The front seat needed to be replaced, the sensor in the front had to be replaced and we had an oil change, tire rotation and had the cabin filter replaced. We were given a loaner CAR and we were not inconvenienced a bit. Every one was so nice, and not only did they wash our car, the vacuumed it out too. they are awesome1

I dropped the car off for the day for an oil change, tire rotation and recall notice repair as well as having problems with Fob. I get a call saying I need new brake pads and rotors on the back wheels. The car is barely 3 years old !! The pads I understood but new rotors? I pushed back and they were able to resurface at a much lower price. The service before I was nagged about expiring warranty and tires. There is a new crew in service department and they are courteous but I feel like they are desperate to make those extra sales.
