This was my first experience with scooter therapy. And even though I have a cheap Chinese scooter, they took very good care of me.

The man is great and knows his stuff. Went to two Kymco dealers before him and got the run around. Went to Randy - cleaned off the surface on the centrifugal clutch and was out the door at the door at a reasonable price. I would recommend him to anybody!!

A few years ago I bought a 1980 Honda Passport . Randy has been my go to mechanic for this classic scooter. Hes done several repairs and Im always very satisfied with the results. Great work at a fair price. Ive recommended him to 3 friends, everyone has had a very positive experience at Scooter Therapy. He gets my highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience. I brought my scooter out of storage after six years (after using it constantly throughout winter in Madison for six years) and these guys got it literally running like new. They took care of a host of major & minor issues, actually less than what I was expecting, for a simply amazing price. Their knowledge of and care for their craft is tops, and I will continue to visit them for any future needs. And the cat Sunny is a doll... Another small reason Ill bring my scooter back there.

I trust the maintenance they do there, which is the most important thing to look for in a service shop. The atmosphere is not very personable, but in my limited experience, they do good work. Randy is very upfront and honest about things. I did a walk-in and he dropped what he was doing to fix my scoot while I waited.

Rode my scooter there to get the tire valve stems replaced. It cost $50 and took less than half hour. Nobody else was there other than the three employees. Quick & easy.

Best and most knowledgeable staff. Best selection and prices. Best vehicle shopping experience ever. And they have a pinball machine.

The worst customer service ever! Owner wanted to scrap out my vintage moped for miner repairs. I found out from another employee it is really rare and in great condition. I was also told a he could fix it easily and then finally 2 months later finally get the estimate and now he wont fix it or put it back together. Almost 3 months now and he still wont give me my moped back that he wont fix. Rude and tried to rip me off! They still havent given me my moped back after 3+ months for an estimate and it is was running great and now in pieces! Awful experience! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID SCOOTER THERAPY

I went all over town to have an old moped tire replaced and after being denied at four other places, these guys kindly and quickly took care of my tire while offering much needed advice and parts on my difficult home repair. Highly recommend them, dont waste your time anywhere else.

Randy has serviced my Bajaj Chetak several times and Ive always been thoroughly satisfied with the work done. Ive also purchased accessories here on two occasions and the prices were very fair. Ive made two road trips from Chicago to have work done here and will gladly do so again, if necessary.In regard to the review objecting to his recall Walker position, grow a pair and get over it. Even as a business owner, hes allowed to have an opinion.

I was quite pleased with Scooter Therapy. After having a bad experience with another shop, I call this place. As my moped was my only source of transportation, they came to pick it up on campus for only $10.My only complain was that the estimate did take a few days, and it was a hint pricey. However, once I called to check on it, they bumped it up and had it fixed within hours of the estimate.Thanks for saving my moped!

I would give them zero stars if I could. This place is a joke! Charged over $200 and didnt even fix it. Wasted time and money.
