I bought my Mitsubishi Mirage new in 2019 since then I have had all my maintenance done at the Mitsubishi I bought from in Oakridge TN. It has always been 30$ to change my oil. I moved to Portland TN and had to take my car to you all for my oil change its the closest Mitsubishi to me and it was $100 I didnt get an explanation or anything. I was absolutely shocked when it was time to pay.
My service rep was great!! It took longer then expected to get parts for my vehicle in. But I was given a loaner car.Tim was awesome through the whole process!
Waited now for 2 months, and still not all the parts are here. Parts had to be ordered from Alabama and JAPAN! There was little to no communication during the waiting period thus far. My air conditioner works on and off and here it is the heat of summer!
Great experience. With Mitsubishi, Its hard to find a nearby dealership, so I appreciated the fact North Nashville Mitsubishi was open on a Saturday. I work Monday through Friday and cant make it during the week due to my work. Friendly staff as well.
I came here just now. Friday 7pm. Xavier was the guy and he straight up said no additional offers. The price you see is the price you pay he said. Did not asked us to sit down. Did not discuss any details. Just stood there and expecting us to get out. I felt he racially profiled me … Will never come to this place. Alert. Don’t see Xavier. Worst person!
Took me three months to have my car fixed fully. My trusted mechanic let me know a few issues with my 2018 outlander that would have been covered under warranty. I took it to north Nashville to get 2 replacement parts. I had to jump through many hoops, the first being my initial service appointment where I was supposed to have both parts replaced— I was told after waiting 4 hours they were only able to fix 1/2 the issue due to them missing a part that would have to be ordered— even though I had had a consultation prior regarding what needed to be done.I was never contacted that the part came in like I was told I would be. I was the one who had to call almost daily to get any update. Good luck even getting a rep on the line, I waited 20+ minutes on hold multiple times. Even after entering my number in the queue I never received a call back.Lastly, I had finally gotten ahold of their service center line to schedule the final repair to my car. I showed up on time and presented my confirmation text and email only to be told they could not fix my car that day. Apparently the call center is out of location and did not know enough to confirm this time slot wasn’t enough time to fix my issue. Thankfully, I live only a few miles away, but I couldn’t imagine having to really commute only to be turned away multiple times. Finally got it all fixed after waiting 7 hours when I was quoted 3-4.Everyone working here is nice enough and were seemingly apologetic about my situation of having to come in 4 separate times for something that could have been fixed in 1, 2 trips max. The space itself is clean and well managed, but the back end of things is where there seems to be a disconnect.
The service department employees were all so really nice and polite.
Great sales man. I didn’t buy the car there but was happy with his service.
Thank you for a timely service and exceptional customer service!
Overall it was a less than pleasurable experience. The person handling the actual sale of the car would not accept the original check to be cashed and I had to exchange it with a different one. I was told I could come and exchange the check on Mon, and when I called ahead to confirm this I was told to come on in. When I got to the dealer the original check was not there, so I had wasted my time to get there. The same thing happened the next day. Currently I still have not received that check back and have not written, and will not write a new one, until I have it. It is supposedly being overnighted to me.
I called yesterday to inquire about a car that they had for sale. I had two questions for the sales person. The first was if they’d consider fixing what was an obvious defect/flaw in the car. The second question was if there was any negotiation if we were going to pay cash. For the first question he said they could fix it, but the price would go up.For the second question I was informed that as a cash buyer, the price would go UP by $1000.When he told me this, I replied with “well I guess you won’t be earning my business today” he said “ok” and literally hung up on me.Here’s the thing, when I was younger I worked at a car dealership and you have two types of dealers. Those who are high volume dealers and due to the level of sales, they are incentivized on the volume of sales as well as what they make for selling over their invoiced prices. You also have those dealers who will nickel and dime you for everything. This dealership appears to be the second one.Based on my experience, this dealership is the second one and it’s evident you won’t get a deal here.If you like rude sales people and overpaying, then this dealership is for you.
I was disappointed that I was given a 10 minute notice to pick my car up before the dealership closed. I was texted at 5:50 that I needed to pick up my vehicle before 6:00, luckily I was close, but I do not live in town. Also, I was told that my battery was broken and needed to be replaced. From Bowling Green we had to get the battery to take to the retail store we purchased the battery, because it was just recently replaced, just to find out it needed to be charged. I feel like the dealership should have attempted to charge the battery before telling me the battery needed to be replaced.
I was originally told that my service would only take an hour and a half, but I ended waiting 4 hours while also being the last person in the waiting room. Everyone who came in after me left before me. It was very upsetting and I wish I was offered a temporary car, so that I at least would have been able to leave to get food. I was so frustrated and still ended up paying $500. My expectations were not met especially with the time frame that I was given by the advisor. This dealership was already about 2 hours from where I stay, so I still had 2 more hours before I made it home after leaving here. My advisor wasn’t really updating me on what was happening, so I felt like I was just waiting in the dark.
Great service department!
I have bought two cars here in the last three years because of their management, salesman, and financial department. This dealership is different in that they dont pressure or mislead. They are friendly and honest. Quite honestly, if you cant make a good deal with these folks at Hallmark, its probably your fault. I have received more than fair discounts on price and lower than expected interest rates. Again, this is a no pressure, no lies car dealership. Mitsubishi has the best warranty in the industry and Ive never had to use it. I love my Mitsus! If thats not your thing perhaps a Volkswagen (biggest auto maker in the world) or nice late model previously owned car would work. I highly recommend buying a car from these guys.I saw a bad review on here and it had nothing to do with buying a car, so dont let that enfluence you.
I bought my vehicle here a couple months ago, process was fairly smooth. we bought a extended service Contract in finance. The paperwork did not arrive at our address we requested because we have multiple homes which was the first bad sign but didn’t think of it. After a month we decided the vehicle wasn’t for us and we trade it in. We called numerous times to cancel the contract finally getting it cancelled... Supposedly. It’s not been over 5 weeks and no refund. This dealership should be ashamed. I have called the finance manager Robert Judd, Jacob a sales manager and even the general manager with no definite answers still. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE UNLESS THIS is the treatment you want.
In January 2019, I had my 2011 Lancer Evolution towed here when the clutch went out. They had the car for close to a month replacing the parts, and I understand being busy, but this was still quite a long time to do the repairs. That is not why I am rating them a 2/5 though. After I finally picked up my car, the power steering goes out before I get home (about 40 minutes of driving straight out of the service dept). It has been sitting at our house ever since (over a month) and we finally got someone else to come look at it (finances prevent it from being sooner). One section of the power steering loop was HELD TOGETHER WITH ELECTRICAL TAPE! You could see that the fluid was leaking from the taped portion. The car had no steering issues at all before arriving, and if it was there from the previous owner, it would have had a leak long before the clutch went out and ended up at Hallmark. Ignoring that, the technician would have seen the tape when replacing the clutch and should have mentioned it to us if it had been there before. I see no explanation beyond Hallmark being the ones who applied the tape and caused the leak. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is that the service rep I communicated with was super friendly and helpful during the initial repair process. Tim, you are awesome and this in no way reflects negatively on you.
$1,000 to replace alternator. Was told battery was also bad, took it 60 miles back to get it charged where it was originally bought. Thought they could charged the battery themselves.
Upfront, honest, and accurate from the start! The sales rep. was polite and transparent! Finalizing the deal was a breeze.
Absolutely awful and unhappy. All my friends who own a VW/Mitsu. Avoid this place at all costs. Spent thousands getting my EVO X fixed and running which they did back in April/May for my timing chain issue and some other things and NOW they are saying they wont bother working on it because I have a tune and aftermarket parts that were on it before they fixed it back in May. Sounds to me like they just spit in my face and just wanted to take my money and not work on it again after the car messes up within 1-2k miles AFTER they repaired it. Literally my car sat in the lot while I was on medical leave from a car accident involving my kid and wife and I never drove it and this is what I get. Serious disappointment. What do they want me to do? Magically give them another couple thousand, get it fixed, and have them say Oh, we cant work on it because its got a tune and aftermarket parts on it if it messes up again?
Worst service departments in my life I have ever dealt with they don’t even know the size of tires that go on their vehicles nor do they want to help you or willing to look it up I had the Vin number and everything. Definitely would veto this company and they give Mitsubishi a bad name well worth driving to a different area or state
I was very pleased with my experience at Hallmark Mitsubishi. I had my car recall repairs on my Mitsubishi done here. The process was very nice, we got checked in. They offered us a shuttle and we went to the mall while repairs would be done. Repairs were done quicker than expected and they picked us back up and brought us back. It was stressfree, and a nice experience not having to sit there and wait while repairs were being done. Thank you so much for the great service! :)
I worked with Matt over 2 different visits, from test driving to signing to picking up the car, and he helped me immensely to understand my options and to find me the car and the ideal conditions under which to buy it. He was flexible in communication and allowed for me to choose to email, which helped me feel respected. His knowledge and customer service-oriented approach are top-notch, and I am very satisfied with my experience and my purchase at Hallmark Mitsubishi . I heartily recommend that you ask for Matt and work with him and his stellar team!
Great service!
Great experience!!! Ready for me at 8 am sharp and did an oil change and rotation of tires. Kind service department personnel.
I only went here for a recall notice and the staff was so friendly and they provided little Danish snacks, coffee and coke while you wait. They seem to know whats best dokie their customers and help them with the best solution for their vehicles. I would definitely go to Hallmark Mitsubishi in the future. I just didnt enjoy the hour long drive to get there.
Even though the person who scheduled my service seemed a bit confused (I had the feeling she was new), the service staff found my appointment information quickly and my recall repair was completed and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Personnel were very friendly and professional. Thank you for exceptional service!
I went in to look at a used Mazda 3. Travis Proctor came out to greet me. He offered a test drive on the Mazda. After talking with him some and hearing the type of car I want he suggested the Mitsubishi Lancer. I had been looking for manual cars which are hard to find. After I test drove the Lancer I started looking up information on them. Travis started telling me all the perks of the car and I of course researched myself. Everything he said was backed up by my research. Everyone was really helpful. They started looking up prices and payments before I knew it I was driving out with a car. I had to leave and come back the next day and I called at least 5 times in 30 minutes after I got home because of course my parents had to get in on it and had questions of their own. Which he was more than happy to answer. The easiest part was actually buying the car. Every thing was smooth and I now have a brand new car that I love.
Shawn, Andrew, and James went out of their way to get me a car at a great rate and a monthly payment I was comfortable with. I got in touch with them on Thursday and the next day I drove my brand new car off the lot. These people are amazing and I highly recommend them. Please go see Shawn and Andrew youll be amazed.
Fantastic buying experience and even more fantastic staff. Rudy Frank was a fantastic sales consultant, really made my wife and I buying experience that of a wonderful one. Rudy and Andrew Splendorio worked with us and did not pressure us into anything we couldn’t afford or wanted to do. We had a monthly payment in mind and they made sure we walked out of there within that range. Both Rudy and Andrew were absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend them and Hallmark Mitsubishi of Madison to anyone!
I’ve been working with Hallmark Mitsubishi off and on since March as I decided on whether or not to buy a PHEV. They were extremely helpful, consistently followed up (without being pushy car salesmen), and answered any and all questions that I had. When it came time to buy, the salesman (Matt) and the finance manager really worked with me to give me multiple options/choices for financing so that I could make an educated decision. I might add that I arrived late afternoon/early evening and no one rushed any decisions as closing time approached. Great experience and fair and honest dealership. I’d recommend them to a family member/friend.
The sales team and managers were awesome!!! They were very professional and made every effort to find us every option we wanted in our budget. If you are looking for a great car buying experience, go see the guys at Hallmark Mitsubishi or Hallmark Volkswagen.
Might be where I get my next good truck
I have bought two cars from them and have been so happy with them. They are very professional, thorough with all of the details, and determined to find you the perfect car! They dont want to sell you something that you arent sure about. The last car I bought, they went out of state to find everything I wanted, and had it for me the next day! Great customer service to say the least!
Do NOT ever buy a Mitsubishi. We have had 2 warranty issues with the outlander and each time they have denied the warranty. This company does everything they can do to not honor their warranty. (As you can see from their response to this review, the manager JR says he does not even see us in the system, as we had 2 warranty issues in the past week. So, not only do they not honor their warranty, they lie in the reviews as well. Go figure!!!
Due to covid, waiting area a little crowded so I waited in the showroom.
My wife and I had been looking at vehicles for a while online at driving around to different dealerships. We had narrowed it down to two 2013 Honda Accord Sports. The first one we saw was at Nashville Hallmark Mitsubishi one evening and there was no reason to continue looking. Right price, friendly environment and good service. I work in Sales and customer service and it takes a lot for me to give 5 stars but they deserve it. I initially inquired about the car online on a Sunday, and even though they were closed Travis reached out to me and fulfilled all of my request. I wanted more pictures texted to me and had more questions about car that I needed answered before making the 45 min drive Travis answered all very quickly. I like when people do what they actually say they will do. I already had my financing secure with a good rate but the manager Evan pulled strings and was able to beat it. To top it off, the detailing crew knocked it out of the park making my 2013 car look like 2016.Overall I came away pleased with my experience and would recommend them to friends and family.
My 2004 Mitsubishi is in great shape because of the ace auto techs/mechanics at Hallmark Mitsibishi. No job is too small or too big for these guys. These guys really know what they are doing and I am happy.
Mr.Dan Hebrick (spelling?) was so great! He helped me get a better interest rate with an in house lender & gave me the loyalty discount for previous owning a Mitsubishi. The warm service I got was genuine and so much appreciated after a long day of hunting for my new Mitsubishi!
Had a great experience with our salesman Randall Murphy! We enjoyed the non-pressured sales and laid back atmosphere. Evan did everything he could to get the highest trade in value for our car and now we are currently enjoying our 2013 Fender Edition Beetle! Would definitely do business with Hallmark Mitsubishi again!
Absolutely best car buying experience ever had! I’m so pleased with my car and the great care taken to make sure we had a smooth experience! Everyone there took perfect care of us!!
Hallmark is an exceptional Auto Dealership with a Service Dept. that is fast, efficient & courteous. The best that I have experienced in my many years of driving. All auto dealers can learn from Hallmark. 5 Stars!!!!!
Great experience! All staff that we spoke with were extremely helpful and provided timely responses. We had our financial interview over the phone and when we showed up to sign the paperwork, the car was completely ready with a full tank of gas. We have zero complaints about this dealership and their staff!
Good cars, equally good service and excellent customer service. Sales representatives are not pushy at all. My wife and I had the pleasure of interacting with Dan Hamrick, who was most gentle, respectful and knowledgeable. If youre looking for a new car, I recommend paying a visit at Hallmark Mitsubishi.
Great and simple experience! Evan was courteous, professional, and made the best use of my time considering my business schedule. Would recommend for anyone to work with him! Definitely made the car purchase experience less stressful.
They are always awesome in the way they deal with me 😁😁 I would recommend all the Staff get a healthy pay raise. Thanks for great service and engaging your customers.
A pleasant car-buying experience. Thanks to Robert and Andrew for making it easy! I also think we got a fair deal.
Before you read this, I would like to point out that in my 55 years, this is only about the 4th review that I have ever written, but I had to.I Needed a nice car for my Daughter. Found one at this dealership. I requested some info before I took the drive there and a salesman by the name of Chris contacted me within about 15 mins. Seemed a very nice lad to talk to & very polite. I booked myself a test drive that afternoon (which, by the way will get you an extra $200 off the purchase price). When I arrived, I walked in and asked for Chris & this tall gentleman came up, shook my hand & introduced himself as Chris, but then suddenly they start laughing as Chris turned out to be the shorter of the 2 with a long beard. Hey, I love a sense of humor, tends to relax you at best, so theres no surprise that I already liked these guys.Anyways to cut a long story short, I went for a test drive, asked a few questions & found Chris to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle.I Liked it, bought it and thanks to Chris the sales guy, Andrew the Sales manager (who, by the way was working hard to find me a better rate on my loan) and James in Finance, I had just experienced the best car buying experience ever. 2.5 hours in and out within an absolute zero pressure environment. Will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends.Oh and I got a great car at a great price too. Thanks guys
Went without out even thinking of buying a car only taking a friend car shopping left with my dream car brand new evo never been happier great deal awesome staff. Brad my salesman is down to earth not stuck up like most salesman. Would definitely recommend
I purchased my new car from Evan Lemons. He was great to work with; very low-pressure. In the past, my car buying experiences, as a single woman, have always been more than a little uncomfortable. Evan didnt treat me like I was stupid and didnt try to push me into buying more than I wanted or could afford. He answered all of my questions and made me feel totally comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone but especially to folks that are a little nervous. I walked in ready for a fight and ended up walking out with a new car and a smile!!!!!
Well bought owner loaner that they had.I paid cash for the Mitsubishi. Thinking like all car sales that I would receive 2 sets of keys.Well to my surprise. I got only 1 set. I paid 430.00 for just the key. Then they wanted me to paid 130.00 for programming. The Manager did agree to pay for that. This is my 5th Mitsubishi in 30 plus years.I think it was real sorry for them to do me that way. After paying cash you would think they would want to take care of a good costumer.Well guess not
Ordered a part from them and was told it would arrive within two days, but paid up front since it wasnt already in stock. Called to check on it two days later and they said they would check and call me back. They called back a few hours later to let me know the part had been shipped to Florida by mistake, blaming it on their shipping company. They also said they frequently have shipments that are sent to the wrong location and that parts marked fragile will arrive with heavy oil containers stacked on top of them. Maybe GET A DIFFERENT SHIPPING COMPANY if your current one is constantly screwing up!I called a different dealership and asked if they could order the part for me, and told them of my experience with Hallmark. They ordered the same part for me at a cheaper price and said I could pay for it when I pick it up.Yall. If you have a supplier that constantly does a terrible job, FIND. A. DIFFERENT. SUPPLIER.
Friendly and courteous. Bo was low-pressure and gave us time to decide what we wanted. It was an enjoyable experience. I have recommended several of my friends to go see Bo.
I wish my experience was a good one but when you go to actually sit down and try to make a deal, the manager Andrew, will undermine you and try to bully you into paying more than the car is even advertised for! After sitting down for 2 hours, my husband was told basically that we were too cheap to buy their Outlander. Mind you, what we wanted was only $1500 difference between prices and he let us walk because we don’t like the way he treated us, the paying customer. BEWARE, they will try to make you pay as close to MSRP as possible. Will be taking my business elsewhere because the customer is definitely NOT important.
Everyone at Hallmark was very friendly abd helpful. The buying experience was very pleasant. I will purchase from there again.
We had a great experience. Rudy and all the employees were great. We will tell others about Hallmark Mitsubishi.
I bought my second car from Hallmark recently. Bo Frensley was great to deal with. Quick, transparent process and a very reasonable price. I wont hesitate to go back again.
My sales guys were amazing! When the car I bought wasnt quite what I thought it would be, they upgraded me. It was a wonderful experience.
My experience was very good, from when i entered the wrong building sort of (looking for service) but i wanted to see what was in there as i was already in the mindset to change my payments and all. I was very pleased with the entire team from start to finish.
The experience was great Mr. Dan hamrick was awesome! He was very intuitive and very nice. He was more of a friend than a salesman.
I have the opportunity to work with Dan Hendrick, awsome guy to work with, fun, friendly and reasonable. I have schedule an appointment and everything run smoothly, they even have coloring books and balloons for kids to keep them busy while we gather all the proper documentation. If you need help, Dan is your guy.
Hands down the easiest car purchase Ive ever made. Thank you so much Dan for your patience and kindness, YOU are the reason I bought my vehicle from hallmark. I had been working with several dealerships over a tristate area looking for an outlander with specific features. Dan was the only sales person to get me exactly what I wanted AND even did so for less $ than the other guys quoted for a vehicle that had half the features. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes when I stopped by to pick up my vehicle. Thank you so much Dan, I appreciate all of your help!
Very nice sales people and manager. Really like the new Eclipse cross
After they rescheduled multiple appointments, I finally took my car in for service only to be ignored for an hour before even getting to tell someone what was going on. They needed to order a part so I had to schedule a second appointment. I was told the service would take 4 hours so it was scheduled to allow for extra time just in case. They never reached out to me, but decided the extra hour wasnt enough so they would need to keep it overnight without giving me a loner. They guy doing all of the intake was condescending to me the entire time and flat out disrespectful to his coworkers.
Im out state in California and called to see if they could help my daughter who has lived in Nashville the last it definitely an awesome experience thanks Rudy
Found my car in one minute just by a simple description of what I wanted, and I loved the test drive route.
I havent bought a car in about 18yrs. so I decided to least a car and I wasnt sure I could qualify because of what the bank said. Well you need a car in TN. if you are still working. There were 2 men who worked with me that day until I was able to get a car from them that day.I will say if you have had any issues about your financial situation and it has been almost 5 yrs. take a chance because we all need a ride for work most of the time.Stop being ashamed of some credit glitches because it may not be as bad as you think. In fact when everything was ok it cost me about $10.00 a day on payment and insurance. A rental would have been Double plus the deposit is a killer on your finances.
Everyone was very nice and courteous! The wait time was great and even had snacks!
I am grateful for the amazing assistance I received from the moment I entered Hallmark Mitsubishi. Dan and Andy went above and beyond to help me and I am thankful to the both of them for their help.
My wife and I drove to Nashville from Maryville TN because it was the nearest dealership as we were traveling towards IL. Our transmission light had been triggered and according to my Mitsubishi mechanic back in Charleston it could be something as simple as changing the transmission fluid or more severe option changing the transmission altogether. After waiting almost 2 hours the service representative told us that they checked everything and that there was no serious concerns detected. We were relieved and continued on our trip towards IL.On the way back towards Maryville TN, near Louisville KY, the transmission light triggered again and the car was in deep trouble. My wife was driving and she couldn’t go faster than 40 MPH on the highway. She put her blinkers and we got off at the next exit. We pulled into a parking space and I looked again for the nearest dealership. As it turns out The Mitsubishi Store in Clarksville KY was only 20 minutes from where we were. I called and explained our situation and the service manager told us they were slow and could fit us in.I drove the vehicle and we made it to the dealership in one piece. The technician took a look at it and determined that we needed a new transmission. Less than 24 hours later we were back on the road. The consensus among family and friends is that this Nashville store did not look deep enough to our issue and sent us on our way.
Had an appointment for a airbag recall but was turned away by service manager Eric Gaskins. He said because I have aftermarket gauges they couldnt do my air bag recall. He said it would take too much time ( he said 3 extra hours) to unplug the gauges and do the recall. I would not recommend this dealership because it seems to me that time is more important to them then my safety. I called another dealership and I would highly recommend Murfreesboro Mitsubishi because even without an appointment they told me to come right in and took care of the recall. Ask for service manager Paul he cares about your safety!!!
Very helpful staff. Quick service
This location (Hendersonville) will not accept coupons from the Mistsubishi corporate office that were sent out via email! We were told that they don’t participate! We bought the car brand new from the dealer and we assume since there’s not another dealer within an hour (Murfreesboro) that they can do and charge whatever they want. We own a Galant and an Outlander, I hate to switch but that’s not how you treat a loyal customer! We are in the market to buy another car and we will be buying from somewhere else! They did give me 10% off which was not close to the discount of the coupon.
No😡
The staff was awesome got us financed with zero down
Very professional and courteous employees. Highly recommend this dealership.
The woman that signed me in was HAWT! The service was great as well!
Super laid back and I didnt feel pressured to get something I didnt want. Not to mention Travis was great and answered all my questions.
By far the worst experience ever. I actually started looking at volkswagens and then my salesman walked me down to the Mitsubishi lot. He walked me in to the managers office who got up going on and on how hes the sales manager and could make anything happen. Well he did make something happen he managed to make me very angry. He wouldnt listen to anything that I had to say, constantly talking over me.. i told him over three times that I was just looking and trying to get some ideas. Also after he kept pressing me I told him that I couldnt do anything without my husband. At that moment the look on his face was like he could punch me, so I got scared. Again being as scared as I was I said that I would come back with my husband. His reply to me was why did I come here without him..That remark did it for me.
I love this dealership front to back. Bought Evos here over the years. Evan and team are knowledgeable, offer great pricing, financing solutions, selection, and the service dept is excellent. Way above all other Mitsu dealers Ive been to. Top class.
Purchased a Lancer Evolution from Hallmark and both sales and service were excellent. Evan was a professional salesperson and Danny was excellent in the service department.
Very friendly people, good vehicle, they did their best to be fair and helpful.
They have helped me through two separate crews as far. Always friendly and persistent and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied befor you leave.
I came in for a basic oil change, up on receiving my car back I noticed an oily hand print on my hood. The manager was very nice and got it cleaned off.Once i left i noticed when they removed the oil change sticker on the inside of the windshield, they didnt clean the glue residue from the previous sticker. The technician then stuck a smaller sticker over the glue residue the remained. Now there is glue residue on the edges of the new sticker. For the price of an oil change at a dealer, you would assume minor things like this would not occur as the technician should be taking the time to not overlook these things. I couldve changed my own oil, if it wasnt a new car and I didnt want to worry about them voiding my warranty for using unapproved products.
Nice people, just not much to choose from.
Its not too often that I take the time to write reviews, but I felt that this needed to be shared. I went into Hallmark last week on Friday. I drove quite a distance from Smyrna because they had something that I wanted. It was Outlander Sport that was in my price range and could have very well been my next SUV. I was really sad that I had to leave the dealership, and a potential vehicle all because manager was rude and obnoxious. However....imagine my surprise reading the reviews on here and seeing that majority of the negative ones was had to do with someones interaction with the manager. He caught an attitude with me and barely wanted to help me because I didnt want him to run my credit. I was just asking him to give me estimates at first so I could get an idea on if I wanted to proceed further. Sounds easy right? I thought it was since that what all of the other salesman and managers did for me at other dealerships. It was also ironic to read the reviews on here and see that someone was raving about how the salesman at Hallmark was so helpful with giving her estimates WITHOUT running her credit, and helping her understand exactly what she was facing when buying the suv. Especially since the manager told me repeatedly that he wouldnt do that for me. I will say that after lots of back and forth he finally went to his office and came with a paper with some numbers on it. However, by that time the damage was already done. I really felt bad for the salesman because he was actually was really nice. If I only had to deal with him and not the MANAGER that day a sale probably would have been made. It sucks that this is the only Mitsubishi dealer in the Nashville area, but what can I say good customer service goes a long way.
Overall very friendly staff and my car was well taken care of!!
My wife and I were looking for a plug in hybrid SUV and were m not considering a Mitsubishi until I learned the Outlander PHEV is THE BEST SELLING PLUG IN HYBRID SUV IN THE WORLD. Although Mitsubishi Motors has only sold about 2,000 Outlander PHEVs in the USA, it has sold well over 100,000 globally since it’s introduction in 2013.After many, many, hours of research, my wife and I decided to visit the showroom and take a look at one in person. Andrew was very knowledgable about the vehicle and was able to fully educate us and help alleviate any/all hesitations we had about the vehicle and brand. My wife was moving from a Volvo and our other vehicle is a Tesla. The buying experience was very positive as Andrew focused on helping her feel comfortable about making the right decision and finding the right car for her, regardless of price/cost. The Outlander is the best value for a hybrid SUV - full stop - especially including a $5,800 federal tax rebate for plug in vehicle incentive. The factory rebate and discounts made this a no-brained.Although I would not categorize it as a luxury vehicle, the interior, fit/finish and build quality is as good or better than Toyota or Nissan and certainly better than Ford and Chevrolet. If you are interested in driving electric, and aren’t ready to go to a full electric Tesla, skip the traditional hybrid and don’t bother paying for the luxury brand plug in vehicles - go with Andrew and the Outlander PHEV.
Updated following GMs comments below:As a customer,I have never been ignored like I was at Hallmark.I have never been neglected like I was at Hallmark.I have never been stolen from at a service center.I am no longer using Nashville Hallmark Mitsubishi for any of my vehicle service. I have been going to Mitsubishi dealers and their affiliated service centers since I first purchased my car in 2003. I moved to Nashville recently and Hallmark has offered incredibly negligent service. I left unanswered voicemail after unanswered voicemail and I emailed their service representatives without any response, including their service manager, Eric Gaskins. It seems the only way to contact this place is through the chat function on their website.Simply put, they lack a basic capacity to communicate with their customers. I came by because I had a service engine light on. They charged me $900 to correct a corroded Fuel Filler Assembly and Vent Solenoid, and never called or contacted me once to update me on its progress or completion. I was left alone here in Nashville, having to pay for my own transportation for 9 days until I could finally get a hold of someone to tell me that my service work was completed. A week after my service, the engine light was back on and my transmission was giving me problems. As recommended below by the GM Glenn, I returned to Hallmark and over the course of the next month I the same service errors kept arising. Late in this process, after two different Hallmark evaluations, their mechanics found that my car had a corroded part that rendered the car unsafe to drive. The repair estimate cost more than the car was worth, and I am selling it back to Mitsubishi for parts. I essentially will make back what I had just invested in the vehicle for the initial repair. However, when cleaning my belongings out of my car, I found that my vehicle had been searched through -- my CDs were all over the vehicle, my console open and its contents emptied, the glove box searched, and cash was stolen. The car had been in the Hallmark garage and on their lot the entire time.I have never been ignored like I was at Hallmark.I have never been neglected like I was at Hallmark.I have never been stolen from at a service center. The GM Glenn is a nice guy and tried to make things right, but his service center exhibits systemic mismanagement. I cannot recommend the Hallmark service center for any reason and I would strongly suggest that you consider its service affiliation if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
Was gonna get a car today but they were filthy for some reason guess we will hold out until they fix whatever is causing that problem...2 stars cause they were very friendly
Andrew and Robert were both good salesmen.
Dropped a rim & tire off that had a screw in it. Took no time to have a new tire mounted and balanced. Thanks guys!!!
The best trade I every dony
This is a review of the service dept. Cant speak to the sales experience. While I have received good service on my previous visit for a 24 pt inspection, my most recent visit for a brake change was pretty bad.Visit1 - I went into get my brakes inspected and as I suspected they needed to be changed. I used a coupon (Mitsubishi corporate emailed me which included genuine OEM parts, rotor polish, and brake change for $200) but they took some time to order the parts.Visit 2 - I brought the car back for my scheduled appointment and a brake change took 4.5 hours on a newer Mitsubishi Mirage!Visit 3 - After driving the car for a week, it felt and sounded weird. I drove the car out of state and decided i should have the local Mitsubishi dealership check my brakes just in case. They found that 1) the brakes were not the correct ones for my car and 2) the parts were aftermarket and not genuine OEM!4 phone calls - Finally got the service manager, Eric Gaskins on the phone. Setup a time where i could get off work and bring the car.Visit 4 - Brought the car in with the service report from the other Mitsubishi dealer. They made a copy of it, test drove the car, inspected it and reported back that everything was fine - the right brakes and genuine OEM parts. I asked to see the brakes so I could verify genuine OEM parts. They responded that the car was already off the lift and the mechanic left. I asked to speak to Eric Gaskins but he had scheduled a dentist appointment at the same time I had set up a appointment through him to resolve this issue. Dont know why the service manager wasnt there to deal with something like this. So basically, after noises/ feel of the car and another dealership calling them out, Mitsubishi Hallmark asked me to take their word without any verification and no access to management. i.e. we did it right; we promise? Now I have spent about 12 hours at the dealership and a 1.5 hour round trip for each visit with no resolution all to get my brakes changed. #mitsubishi #fail #way2difficult
Very friendly. Good people. Ask for Andrew
Caleb is an awesome guy and sales person!! :) Never a bad experience!
I have a z06, came there with the mind I trading it for a new evo. I wa a gonna get a new evo until I was not greeted at the door and the salesman on the furthest right ofThe building waved me to come to him, and I ignoredHim because he can come to me, coming from a marketing major you guys are already off to a bad start with me. The blonde hair girl said I was Just a college student after a few words had been exchanged, neither doesShe know Ive served I. The marines and have a Purple Heart. Mitsubishi way to treat your veterans. Of you want to have a successful business hireMe a manager and I get will show you howTo run a successful business.
Went to Hallmark Mitsubishi to look for a used Outlander sport. Instead the manager, Evan Lemons together with Chris Piper showed me the new Outlander sport and answered all my questions. I specially like the laidback, no-pressure interaction which was worlds apart comparing to Beamon Toyota. Also, the numbers they provide without the credit score is believable and inviting to look at it seriously. I like this approach instead of the outrageous numbers I had (after running the credit check) given by Beamon toyota!! Plus the I got a very good trade-in value for my old car but eventually decided to keep it though. After getting all the details, I went home to think about it (btw, I need some time to digest the facts before committing to a long-time debt). They had no problem with it! :) Then I went to the store again and bought a brand new, 2016 outlander at a great price and great loan terms. On a side note, Id like you all to go and drive the new Outlander in case you are looking for a spacious, economical, reliable SUV. Compare it to RAV4 and CR-V and I bet that you will like the Outlander!!) Anyway, as a first time buyer, Id say I had a very pleasant experience at Hallmark Mitsubishi and cannot recommend them enough!
Ive bought 8-9 cars in my life and every single time it has taken us 5-6 hours to get everything done.... Except for one. I got the opportunity to own my dream car - a Mitsubishi evo 2013 mr -I saw on the hallmark website that they had one available. Called and asked if I could take a look at it and they said sure come on in.Thats when I met Evan Lemons for the first time. Hes awesome. I walked in and theres Evan - cool, laid back, knowledgable and not pushy. He asked - do you want this car? Can you afford this car? Yes to both. No joke within an hour he had secured a loan for me(my credit isnt the greatest) with a good rate, and I was driving home in my dream car.In all the other car purchases I have had, not one of those sales guys reached out to me after the customary hey is everything good, please give us a good review call. Evan is such a car person that we were Facebook buddies rapidly. He introduced meto the car community and really worked at building a relationship. If your on the fence and looking for a car I would go to Evan, just chat with him- his knowledge alone would be worth the call- he knows cars- whats safe, whats affordable, whats fast etc. He has a true passion for automobiles. I cant say enough about him and how easy he made the whole process.
Great experience, great sales team!!
