Daniel P. Smith asked my wife to sign a blank document when collecting half the money in order to get on the schedule. After unexpected costs and change of mind, the President of Discovery Water Management LLC told us that money (over 2k) was non-refundable... as per the document she never got to look over and was not made aware of.Daniel P. Smith still refuses to give us our money back even though we are no longer interested in an irrigation & sprinkler system for our home. Super shady!
