Nice folks and off the main highway but worth the find. Had exactly what I was looking for a Coral Bark Japanese Maple...Mothers day gift. The guys that loaded the tree were very polite and tied the tree up for transport. This was something I had not seen at other nurseries. Most just load it in the back of the truck. Diffinetly on our shopping list. Have not planted yet.

I cant speak highly enough of this company!!! This is the second time we built a new home and we learned our lesson with the first build. Using the builders base price plants was little to be desired. We were quick to learn that Indian Creek takes a lot of pride in your homes curb appeal. We were able to express what we hoped to achieve with our landscaping and were given several options to capture exactly what we wanted for both our front yard and backyard. Not only were we impressed with the product, we were highly impressed with the process. The drawings and layout really came to life with the finished product! Absolutely beautiful.

We were taken advantage of by this company. They told us we would receive better prices on plants and trees because they worked with our builder. Did not happen and in fact the contrary. All the landscaping was installed at the same time, and we were still charged exponentially higher for a small tree. They charged us a fortune to switch (on a landscaping plan) one tree and add another. Many of the branches were bent and dead as well. Some of the plants installed were tiny, three inches tall. We contacted them about the pricey small tree added and they were not willing to work with us as they promised prior to the change. Bottom line, Greed driven company price gouging families.

I had read the reviews and was prepared for a good experience. One person I asked for help said, I dont know anything. The next person tried to help but pointed to a lady and said She can help you. Shes the owner. I asked her the first of several questions I had. After answering the first question, her phone rang and she took the call, while walking off. This was not the kind of customer service I was expecting and wont be returning.

Great selection of trees and shrubs at reasonable prices (especially Azalea and Rhododendron bushes!) They carried many varieties of Azaleas I hadnt seen anywhere else in town! I purchased a Mildred Azalea for $20 after tax.

It was great service it got a little busy but they handle it very well.

Got help choosing the right plant and all the plant labels that explained each plant were helpful. Was a better price than big box store.

Im so glad to have this resource for quality landscape plants in our area! They offer a great selection of trees and shrubs on the premises, and if they dont have it, but you know what you want, they will try and bring it in for you! This was the case recently. I so appreciate Stephanie (and Chriss) efforts in locating very specific plants (or close) in very short turnaround for our project which involved a dry creek bed install where once were overgrown shrubs and weeds!

We wanted a live Christmas tree this year and we found one at Indian Creek! The service was terrific and we are thrilled with our tree (that we will plant after the holidays). We appreciate their help and we will definitely be going back.

We hired Indian Creek Wholesale Nursery to assist with the design and implementation of my wife’s dream garden. The initial interaction was excellent, but the follow-on interactions have been extremely disappointing. We didn’t receive what we paid for because we ordered a dozen Royalty Encore Azaleas which bloom in Spring, Summer and fall. We received regular Azalea’s that only bloom once a year.We called several times to rectify the issue only to receive the run around and finally they simply ignored us. Initially they told us they must not be receiving enough sun but when we told her they were the ones who did the landscaping / installation and she told us the installer doesn’t work there anymore. As if the employee no longer working there absolves the company from standing behind their product.We are extremely disappointed at the level of professionalism displayed and perplexed at how our predicament is somehow our fault for choosing Indian Creek for our landscaping needs.

Great service fast and friendly!

I purchased two spiral trees for my business in Aug 2019. I was giving care instructions with the purchase totaling $457.44. Within a couple weeks I could start seeing the left tree turning brown. Shortly after the other one started. I cared for the trees as instructed. I call Indian Creek to talk to them about the trees. They do not have any guarantee of the health of the tree after you purchase. I was offered 10% off to buy replacements. I chose not to take that offer, that would only cover the tax. Just beware when your marking an expensive purchase because you have no guaranty from this company.

My top soil was so full of heavy, large clumps! They were so huge, I could not break them up with shovel. Lots of rocks. Very heavy to work with. Good price, good deal if it had not been for the above.

They might have nice plants but the employees we attempted to interact with were VERY rude! Rude to the point we literally just said nevermind and left! I might not be dropping thousands of dollars at a single purchase but I am redoing a considerable amount of landscape. I’ll take my time and money elsewhere. Extremely disappointed!

I hired the owners son to do the landscape design, recommend installers and to purchase all plants from them.3 weeks later my design was complete,...I had specified no flowers, no pink, and no orange. My preference was any greens, burgundies, and whites, maybe purple, and that I loved grassesWhat he presented to me had both pinks and oranges, no grasses. It was a lot of different plants that didn’t look very well thought out, rather blah, too crowded and no creativity and did not frame the house very nicely. I told him I really didn’t like it at all and asked if we could change things was told yes so called my neighbors asking for their input because their yard is impeccably done (by them) and stunningly designed. They felt just as I did, so tried to share some ideas which he stated hadn’t dawned on him to use the plants being suggested.In trying to implement the changes in design he couldn’t get the program to work properly, and said he couldn’t find the new plants mentioned. I asked if he would be willing to work with my neighbors to design it the way I wanted and he said yes, then told me I first had to pay for his 5 hours of work thus far, then $75 an hour after for any changes.I was confused at the charge since I did not like any part of the 6 areas he had designed. At which he just reiterated again that like it or not I had to pay for his time.The design was in no way a good rendition of what I specified I wanted and just looked unprofessional, just as the attitude of charging for poor design and lack of skill in using the design program to make any changes.I will not recommend them to anyone nor will I ever do business with them. Very amateurish.

Stephanie provided outstanding customer service. She instantly fixed a mixup in plants that occurred over a year ago. Couldnt be more pleased with the quality of the plants and the attitude of the managers at Indian Creek. Definitely recommend.

Indian Creek Wholesale has the best shrub and tree stock in the valley. The crew is a rare combination of knowledge, experience and clairvoyant - because every time I tell them what I am looking for and dont know what it is, they do. Their advice and suggestions have saved me money in the long run and onsite, they explain things like the perfect placement in your yard (I had dug a hole, but not in the best place so they dug a hole for me in the right place. I wanted a signature tree in my front yard. They found the perfect solution -a Dwarf Seiryu Japanese Maple. It is the delight of the neighborhood. It is green spring through summer, but in fall turns bright orange and red. It is lacy, about 10 high, 10 in diameter and when there is the slightest breeze, it looks like a ballerinas tutu bouncing in the air - it it fabulous. It sits right outside my home office so at any time I can see it. I cant thank the crew at Indian Creek Wholesale Nursery enough.

Great people to answer questions, willing to help all the time. Super healthy inventory. Was surprised on diversity of inventory which extends back into the trees. If you have any questions, make sure and ask for Cory, one of the owners. They can also design landscaping projects and follow thru with installation, all at a fairly reasonable price. They did a great job on my backyard which ended up on a TV show. I highly recommend them.

Great nursery, with a huge inventory. Many plants are locally grown. They serve the home owner, and commercial clients. Knowledgeable staff!

I bought 6 plants from Indian Creek. I got 2 Indian Hawthornes, 1 Crepe Myrtle, 2 Rhododendrons, and a Gardenia. The latter 3 did not survive the first year. I called in to find out about replacements and was very disappointed to find out that they do not warranty their plants in any way. I spoke to a manager to find out if there was any way they would be willing to budge on this stance, because I strongly prefer to do business with local businesses over the corporate retailers whenever its possible for me, and makes sense. I let him know I also had another flower bed I was soon to be overhauling and really would like to be able to use them again. He declined to do anything for my situation.He told me that Rhododendrons were very finicky to grow in this area and that is why they dont carry many of them. I think this information would have been helpful before I bought $150 worth of them. If you know you are selling plants that dont grow well in this climate I would think it would be a nice disclaimer to give your customers before they buy them. I cant see myself doing business here again when there are other places like Home Depot that give you a 1 yr guarantee.

We are new to the Huntsville area and I was unsure of what plants, bushes, and trees would do well in this environment. I visited Indian Creek Nursery for advice. The Nursery Manager, Derek, came to my home and created a landscape design. The crew of Indian Creek completed the installation a few weeks later. My house has been transformed with bushes and trees; it is truly lovely. My husband and I spend hours on our porch enjoying the beautiful landscape. We have enjpyed the design Derek recommended and the crew installed so much I have requested more work. Additionally, I was worried about some of the trees after the recent storms. Derek came to my home, completed an assessment, and gave me advice on how to care for the trees. His designs and customer service are outstanding. I recommend Indian Creek Wholesale Nursery for design and installation, because of their outstanding customer service, beautiful designs, varied selection of bushes, plants, and trees, as well as their obvious passion for their work.

Excellent nursery

I purchased 31 juniper plants and 11 gardenias in June-July timeframe to landscape my house. I spent over $600 in plants. 3 of the gardenias died and when I return to nursery I was informed they do not guarantee their plants! It’s not even been six months and they don’t guarantee their plants! Needless to say I will not buy from them again n sharing this experience with my friends and neighbors. Even Walmart, Lowe’s and Home Depot guarantee their plants for 1 year. This tells me they don’t have much faith in their product. Lesson learned. Will not do business with them again.

Awesome place to get any of your landscaping needs

This is the best nursery in Madison by far and has a very smart helpful staff. I went there last Friday and puchased 3 very large Nelly R Stevens and picked out a few smaller ever green bushes they not only loaded everything but also tarped the back of my truck without me even having to ask. I was so impressed I went back and purchased the rest of the plants I needed for my project even though I live in south huntsville. They are not only very well priced but some of the best looking plants including the largest Nelly R Stevens for the price any where in huntsville or Madison. I will definatly be back in a few weeks for pansys and bulbs. I would suggest anyone looking to do any landscaping stop here first, it is definatly worth the drive. And if you live in Madison there is no where else that can hold a candle to this places variety, quality, and great hospitality.
