While I have not bought anything from this location, I was so astounded by their customer care that I wanted to leave a review.Earlier today I called with a specific set of standards I was looking for in a product. I did not care too strongly about brand as long as those functions existed. The guy who answered told me they might have something that could work - but that there was a larger and better selection with his competitor. He gave me their name and contact info, then encouraged me to check them out.Rarely do I see businesses act so kindly and professionally toward their consumer base... so I just HAD to leave a review about my experience with EZ Office Products.Because of their awesome attitude and help I am going to drive out of my way to purchase other supplies from them rather than the Big Box folks like OfficeMax or Staples.
EZ Office is great! We use them for our nonprofit and find that they have what we need, and their deliveries are always prompt. And best of all, they arent a chain!

We have been using EZOP for over a year now as our sole office product supplier. I cant speak highly enough of them! From my first interaction with Gary Molz I knew this company was different. He is approachable and wanting to service his community well with his business, not just make a sale. They truly embody customer service and care! Throughout the past year I have interacted regularly with Bonnie, their main customer service expert, as our organization has unique order asks or clarification on an invoice. She is always friendly and eager to assist. Additionally, their delivery team is just as friendly and helpful as their office staff. You can really tell this staff team is a family. In addition to their wonderful customer service, I have to say their prices are great. Before making the switch to EZOP, I was hesitant to look at a new supplier as Id spent a lot of time reviewing our multiple suppliers just a few months before Gary reached out. Gary made the evaluation of prices easy by inputting our current order list into their system for us. After a few weeks of comparing pricing on our orders I could see the cost savings. I would highly recommend giving EZOP a try. Youll wonder why you hadnt looked at them sooner.
Dave Ott and EZ Office Products were an integral part of our decision-making process when our office built and moved to a new location.
