Had a nice visit. Bought some incense, patchouli and sandalwood oil. The young lady was enthusiastic and pleasant.Lots of stuff to look at. My only unpleasant experience was an overwhelming scent, like incense burning. It made it nearly impossible to smell the scents I was interested in. Otherwise it was very pleasant!
Came in today an hour before closing. I’ve lived down the road for a couple years but I just haven’t made it down here.I was a little overwhelmed & anxious with the space as I have claustrophobia but the energy in the room calmed me down which a lot of that had to do with how great the staff was, one staff member saw me struggling to hold my items and grabbed me a basket without question. Also, the customers were super sweet too and we were talking as we grabbed things which I know is weird to put in a review for a business, but I think the experience of the store leads others to channel positive energy as well.I’ll definitely be back

Great selection and great people. I wish they were more interactive but each time I have been here, they have been busy. I love how they have options for different sources of spirituality. Great elections of tarot cards, crystals and other tokens to reflect your connection to Devine/source.

Went with a girlfriend because of my curiosity. Lots to look at and buy and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Small store and it was pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon.

As soon as you walk through the door, its as if you are entering a cosmic Heaven. The employees are seemingly stress free in this environment and the endless supply of stones, candles, incense and tokens along with some clothing as well. Theres so much to love about Cosmic Delights ☮💜
As I’m fairly new to the world of CBD and Delta 8, I went in here fairly oblivious. But the friendly staff, Abigail and Nika, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Besides the items I went for, the entire store was full of beautiful oddities I’ll surely go back to explore in the future. A+ on customer service!

Great little store! Had a wide variety of items. Crystals, tarot, candles, incense, clothing...to name just a few. Staff was really cool. They had an 8 person store limit and people were lined up outside in the rain to get in. I can see why. Ill be back next time Im in Madison
Absolutely LOVE this shop. Employees were a delight, answered questions I had and we even related to getting over our fear of bees. I will definitely be coming back. Also their little bags they use to store your crystals after purchase are soooooooo cute!

The carefully crafted website led me to this store. Once I arrived, I was met with great customer service. All my questions were answered and the staff courteously limited capacity within the store. Customers patiently waited outside. Keep up the good work!
The only warning I will give is that claustrophobics might want to check out the website instead.That said, the website may be a touch out of date, because none of the decks they have on the website were in the store. To be fair to all, I did not ask.The reason I did not ask is that they actually had A LOT more than I was expecting. This place is amazing! I went home happy with a deck that I didnt even know existed- quite happy!!!

When you enter you are greeted with the wonderful smell of mixed incense a kind hello and an odd shuffle of international music. Too much stuff crammed in too small a space. Even at double the space it would be too small. So much beautiful things to see some very delicate. Prices are hipster high.

It was great until the cashier accused my son of stealing a button after my daughter and I spent $70 in the store. Not very intuitive if you think an anxious young man and his boyfriend are stealing even when you clearly heard me ask them if there was anything they wanted.
If youre looking for a new age shop that has a ton of delightful items then this is the place to go. The shop keeper was very pleasant, a delight to chat with, and helped me choose between necklaces. Id definitely return to the store. The only downside is I wish it were bigger. :)

A staple buisness in the east side Madison community - grew up shopping there in highschool and the new location is just as friendly and inviting. 10/10 staff and selection. I do question the authenticity of some of there products but reguardless its a locally owned shop and they have my buisness.

Crystals were nice and there were some fun items. Very crammed shop, though. The palo santo was *seemingly fake, the sweetgrass incense was very underwhelming, and the small candles were pretty low quality for being .50 each. Im pretty sure they overcharge me. Purchased items because I made a long trip to visit this shop, but I dont think Ill be returning.

Mercedes greeted me immediately when I walked in the door. I had many questions for her regarding CBD oil and I went to Cosmic Delights because I know Luna and Andrew and I trust their knowledge and products. Extremely helpful even though I took up a good 30 to 45 minutes of her time. I feel very satisfied with my visit and Im excited for my son to try what she recommended that she personally can guarantee. Amazing selection of stones and jewelry as well. I am an extremely happy customer!
I buy all my CBD here. They were among the first in town to start carrying it, and always have a great selection with reasonable prices (as such things go - youre not going to find cheap CBD anywhere unless its counterfeit). Everything Ive tried is top notch quality, and the staff is super knowledgeable and can steer you to the right product depending on your needs. The owners are super sweet and the shop has a great vibe (and always smells great haha!)
Visit & Customer Service ok.. but when this merchant tries running an extreme overcharged amount.. 100x over actual transaction, on not only my credit card.. but also my friend card as well this past month... That really will get customers wondering whats wrong with thier employees.. if they are unable to type in the Correct Amount for a Simple Transaction Charge.I kept my opinions to myself the 1st time.. thinking it was a human error.. but 2 times in less than a month.Something or Someone need to be investigated.. before this mistake really backfires on this merchant.Calling a customer 2-3 hours later, after the visit.. informing a customer this merchant ran a charge amount in the amount of over $11,611.44.. instead of the approved of $11.61.. its really Not Good Enough to bring back customer trustworthy to a merchant that had the same ongoing issue.. again. & again

I love Cosmic Delight upon meeting the owner and him noticing how much I love white sage as well as white sage incense he has made sure it is well stocked and everyone that works there is so friendly, helpful and informative I have recently met Michael who is extremely rude and not friendly nor is she helpful. Shes not a good fit for this awesome environment. I would give 5 stars, but after encountering Michael on a few occasions I cannot but everyone else rocks
Visited for the first time today. I didnt get a chance to look at everything in the store but they have a beautiful selection from what I saw and I love the stones I got, they had some that Ive never seen before which was awesome! My mom made a fuss for no reason when the cashier Abby simply asked if she had a mask and tried explaining she didnt need one, shed just have to lock the door while we were inside and i was surprised how well she handled herself and how professional and calm she was, I wouldve froze up or just cried on the spot lmao. I thanked her and told her I will definitely be back with somebody else to check out the rest of the shop. Thank you so much and Im sorry about my mom lol.

The space of the store brings people together. They have such a vast, incredible selection of stones that makes for a wonderful experience. I learn something new every time I go into Cosmic Delights. They are very warm and friendly, there, and their prices are reasonable. The layout is very easy to navigate - Id say the store has good feng-shui. They have sage + incense and roots. Im a rock collector, so a I mostly go there for those and I am specifically a fan of their little rocks/palm stones because of the variety they carry. They have a decent selection of Tarot and Oracle cards, from what I remember. I recall them having various statues throughout the store, also. Its a nice rock shop.

I love crystal shops, have been to countless in many areas. From tiny little places to incredible, curated showrooms. Cosmic Delights, in my opinion is just not a shop I would stop at again. Rather ordinary selection of tumbled stones at higher than expected prices. Very few interesting specimen pieces in a poorly lit display case. A few cool items, books and grids. Some nice palm stones but nothing I felt compelled to purchase.The owner (I believe) was having a conversation with a guy about lunch and other people the entire time we were in the store. The vibe was not good. There were 3 of us and it felt like we were intruding on a personal conversation and in the way. The place is really small! No thought given to customer experience on this visit!So it might be a fine place to pick up some basic stones or a book if youre in the area. Headshop stuff is available but I didnt check it out so no comment about the selection.

Bought some 1,000 CBD oil (cartridge) there. While browsing, the saleswoman had to throw away some CBD products because she looked at it and said oh, these are expired. After I bought the product and used it for awhile, I realized that it too was likely expired due to how difficult it was to suck out of the cartridge. It was extremely overpriced as well. I am going to go back to the store and let them know but I would not recommend going there for CBD products.

When I first came in I felt uneasy mostly because metaphysical shops are often a hit or miss based on selection and overall vibe of the place.They have a huge selection of really fair priced incense. A big selection of stones both tumbled and raw. While also having a small but fairly good range of clothing.This shop while small in size offers great variety. Will be back!!
