I am not feeling the love. I was supposed to get a phone call from their sales person and nothing. Looking for another supplier because based on the reviews, it sounds like a bad idea to depend on them. Too bad...
The company I work for schedules between 400 and 800 pounds of ice to be delivered every Friday in June, July and August and always provide at least a weeks notice when an additional request for ice is needed. It should be easy, but we have to check, call to remind and it is always an issue of not being delivered. We understand that mistakes can happen (even several times in a row). The delivery guys are nice and we are patient and easy to work with but that goes out the window when each time we are treated by the headquarters with short answers and zero explanations or apologies. There are other Ice Delivery Companies in the area.
I showed up looking to get a few hundred lb of ice, was told by the national office that theyre open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nobody was at the office nobody answered the door. The national office was not able to even try to contact anybody, but could only offer to take a message.
Place sucks. Cant keep me stocked with ice. Sometimes takes a month for a truck comes by. Get elsewhere if you can
Not open during posted August hours. Called number listed, which is answered by a call center HQ in Michigan that confirmed theyre supposed to be open but had no direct line to call.
