If I could give this place less than one star I would. Completely unprofessional. There was literally one person working and she kept taking orders instead of working on the orders she already had. Told us we couldn’t have certain items but then we watched her use those items for other customers. She added her own tip on to the total and then asked for a tip on top of that. We waited for over thirty minutes for a very small order. My son and I ordered brownie explosion and got crunchy brownie crumbs. Very disappointed in this place.

Idk what the cashiers name, all i know is shes asian. im asian too bdw just, but anyway she was on her phone and didnt change her gloves and trying to call someone also touched the wet wash clothes that thing u wipe the table🤢🤮... Also did not even try to clean the stove which we end up not eating anything and throw the ice cream. cuz it taste like mango and birthday cake which we wanted oreo girl. health inspector was there too, she noticed everything. What a waste of $15.00 also she looks so mad most of times this shouldnt be tolerated. im pretty sure we need a refund..

My son snd his girlfriend went there yesterday afternoon. They had gotten their order and took it with them. They started to eat and drink it on the way home and the strawberry lemon day had the WHOLE strawberry including the stems and all ground up in it. That was tossed out. Next came the ice cream blue moon flavor and now this has spoiled milk in it. Chunky snd smelled terrible. The lady made the stuff in back where they weren’t able to see it being made. 30.00 bucks later for everything to be thrown out. If we would’ve lived closer it definitely would’ve been coming back but being we live an hour away it was to far to come back. Absolutely horrible!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Tools were not cleaned, lied about what they had, drinks tasted like cigarettes, ice cream was not finished, and most of the food was expired. I REPEAT!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! It’s a waste of money. The person up front will also take more money from you then needed.

I saw this place being advertised on Facebook. I thought it looked great. And it was amazing! I tried a strawberry cheesecake roll but they have all kinds of flavors. It was a cute little family run food cart near the food court. The ladies were super nice. They are talented at making pretty desserts! I recommend this place.

Went to fancy roll and it wasn’t open and it said the times it was open on the window and online.

I definitely would not recommend. we got the mango mania and the area and utensils were not cleaned and chunks of the previous roll were mixed into ours. it tasted expired and the thai tea was not worth the $7.50.

The mango ice cream tasted like a kids playground. We felt sick after eating. The worker didn’t clean the workspace before making our ice cream and there were chunks from pervious ice cream in ours. Definitely don’t recommend.

I wouldn’t call this waffle. Nowhere close to crunchy. Tried three bites had to throw it away. Also looks like the waffle maker was not clean, you can see all the black spots...(I came back to read other reviews after tow years, and Im surprised that its still in business!)

10/10 would not recommend felt super sick after eating and had terrible service! The workspace was not cleaned in between uses/customers which is very disgusting and could cause allergic reactions. It was also super expensive and I would have been better off getting a free scoop at culvers

Bubble tea was not really good, sweet and the boba was super mushy. Customer service is non existent

This ice cream is one of the few places I would recommend to foodies who want a different experience

Too expensive, bad service, waited 35 minutes for two smoothies and also they were nothing compared to the pictures they have on the menu. I’m never going there again, they should just close!

What we got tasted very good! But it wasnt what we ordered either time. Was also charged twice for one order. The employees were trying but knew little to no english.

Watching them create fancy ice cream rolls from fresh ingredients is awe inspiring. The dessert is full of flavor and very light. Very good value and experience! Highly recommend!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. There was one lady and one kid working when I was at West Towne. There were 3 people ahead of me. I ordered 2 lemonades for my sister and I and even tipped the lady for being hardworking. Then there were 3 people who ordered after me but they received their order before me. I was confused and was getting impatient. Then 2 more people ordered and also had their order before me. At this point, I was irritated. I kid you not, the lady that was taking orders, while other customers were looking at the menu, I was making eye contact with her and she looked confused. It must have been over 40 minutes of waiting for 2 drinks. I couldnt take it anymore and went up to the counter. A man was complaining about how the lady messed up his order as I waited. Must have been 5 minutes after standing there where she finally looked at me and was like Oh, I forgot! You ordered 2 drinks.. Ill make them for you, sorry! When she finally completed my order, she told me I was wondering why you kept looking at me... I forgot, Im so sorry Its like... yeah, I wouldnt be looking at you if you didnt take 12 dollars from me! Of course when I received the drinks, it wasnt even worth the wait. I could have gone to Walmart and bought $12 worth of juice that tasted better. Will never go back. Worse service ever.

I waited 20 minutes for my order then realizing I was only going to have a minute to eat it. I asked for a refund but she told me multiple times that my order was next but it never was. Once I got my order my school was leaving and I had to throw it away only taking one bite. I would not recommend it!

Waited for 10 minutes to be served, rang bell, eventually called to be told someone would be right there, waited 5 minutes then recieved texts saying they were too busy in the back to assist me. Every single time I try to get something from this restaurant I end up waiting and eventually give up and walk away. Whats the point of having a restaurant if you have no intention of serving customers?

No one was there for about an hour as far as I know, it said to ring the bell and many people have. I even tried to call and no one answered. I really wanted ice cream :/

Fruit has been sitting out and not fresh, whipped cream was also warm and watery. Would not recommend!

VERY unsanitary. didn’t use new gloves every new order. didn’t wash hands. didn’t seem happy doing job. they orders for 10 minutes and then took 15 minutes to make. NOT WORTH THE WAIT

What you get depends on who is working. Ive had my stuff turn out half flavored and disastrous and ive had it turn out amazing. It all depends on who is there. Price is very high.
