Incredible customer service! We bought some beer jelly from K. Clark as stocking stuffers and the batch broke, becoming liquid. We reached out and explained the situation and they immediately offered a full refund or replacement product. We were excited about the beer jelly, so we asked for replacements. They hand-delivered individually wrapped jellies to our home and added a wild berry jelly as a special treat for us. We are excited to try everything and we know our family will enjoy it as well!
