Look, I love Harbor Freight and I always bought their products for company I ran and for personal purchases, but I recently ran into frustration with the them. I tried to order something for pick up at store and couldnt do so as they only allow online purchases for delivery. I live 45 min from nearest store and they have the perfect tool as a bday gift for someone I know. My roommate works close to the store and I was going to have him pick up the order for me on his way home...but instead I likely wont get it to save me the drive there and back...I needed it that day and it would of saved me time and money, but instead they lost money. Trust me, people say nevermind more than you think for the same reason.

Harbor Freight for the Win! I’m traveling from NH with my Aunt and Dog when our cargo basket gave way. Luckily HF had one and huge thanks to Bryan and his team for all their help. We had to unload all our camp gear in the parking lot to assemble a new cargo basket. Bryan came out to check on us and lent us tools. Can’t say enough about the Bryan. Thank you so much Bryan!!

Ive been shopping at Harbor Freight for many years. Ive never had a problem with customer service. Theyll replace dam near anything without a big hassle. Very reasonable prices on tools and supplies.

I was here for a torque wrench, multiple choices multiple sizes. I needed 7.5 in pounds which is 89 foot pounds They had the right one. $20- $89. The $20 one work just fine

As a welding company we make lots of custom items. Harbor Freight makes great one and two tons carts on wheels.I have at least 50 to 60 of the rolling carts.Thumbs up for HB

You cant best their prices but there is a caveat to that in that quote you get what you pay for . They do offer a wide selection at a variety of prices so if you dont need the very best there are many affordable options there. As well they carry a very wide selection of tools accessories and various other products that can come in hand for whatever project you may be working on.

Dave and his crew helped me out in a pinch with a torque wrench I had issues with. All staff were very helpful. They actually care that your in the store and clearly take pride in what they do. Top notch service. Only negative review I saw about this store was from a guy named snake... 1990 called, escape from LA wants their screen name back. Shop here with confidence

I love tools for my shop like a fat kid loves cake. So it would make sense that harbor freight would be my Disneyland for grease stained hands. Awesome service all around, and dont forget the tools are actually good.

Made a trip there today to buy some stuff for my bench grinder. There store is all marked out for social distance at the checkout line. Lady cashier was whipping off her station. I walked up since nobody was in line and she tells me I will need to wait since 2 guys come out of nowhere to ring up there stuff???So I went over to the other line guy was talking to another guy I was waiting a little but since now there is a nice line of people with the lady. Never once did she acknowledge I was already waiting. Then the other guy at register tells me I need to go to her line to check out. After I tried and she took someone else.This was a complete waste of my time. Would not comeback I tossed the stuff I was going to buy in there bucket and told the guy he could keep it.

The US General Tool Boxes are great! Lots of great prices. Always playing the coupon game gets old but its part of the game I guess.

Best deal in town for tools. Low enough cost that if they break, you can throw them away and buy another.

I love harbor freight. Its the Aldis of Tools. There are times when you need the quality, precision and overprice of Snap On, but most of the time Harbor Freight tools fill the bill wonderfully. Nice stores, good service, and tools, tools, tools - at a price you can afford.

Pretty good. They have stepped up their game as far as tool quality goes. There big tool chests and cabinets are unbeatable for the money. I have three of them. The workmanship is far better than the Husky boxes at Home Depot.

Great selection of tools at an unbelievable price. Some of the tools are cheap but if you know what you’re looking for you can tell if it’s made of better quality. They have been improving on a lot of there tools since I started shopping there back in 2013.

I was In and out of Harbor Freight in a few minutes. I had really good service. I asked where the bolt extractors were located and I was led over to them. I went to check out and the cashier applied a coupon for me (I hadnt brought over). I will definitely go back.

The kind of employees who should be pumping gas, at a full service gas station in New Jersey. 2nd rate, unhelpful and unfriendly, some even standing near the door smoking.Its like the dollar store, but for tools. Thankfully, a trip to your store once a year is reminder enough of why I shop at Amazon.If you cant smile and say hello, or ask if you can help me find something, then youve just failed basic customer service 101.

Youll have to pick through the stock to find good stuff, but its worth it if you have the time. Best for disposable items like tarps.

Great deals. Many different levels of quality to choose from. As a man who knows that you get what you pay for. Sometimes you just have to make do with a tool on the cheap to get the job done, with a plan to upgrade later. Mixed feelings on the employees. Have delt with some employees that are great, aswell as some that are just bitter at life.

If you need tools, theyve got em. Ive had great experiences with their tools, and Ive had bad ones. The noid light set is great, fuel pressure tester not so much. Leaked right out of the box. The reason this place gets 4 stars is because of their warranty policy, cost and how nice they are. Super affordable tools, the ratchets are great and warrantied for life. Im on my third one in five years for about 20 bucks and that CAN NOT BE BEAT.

Need a specialty tool only to never use it again? Tools I know might break and ok with throwing away if it does. Inexpensive stuff for the non professional fixer that I am.
