Great experience start to finish. Needed a deck door repaired. Came out told me what was wrong, office provided quick estimate, part was ordered and installed. Mike was friendly and I could tell he knew his trade. Can’t forget the office people, also very nice. They are busy. Highly recommend.

I needed a large screen repaired. Took it to the Hardware store and they were unable to help. Contacted Martin Glass they were able to make a new screen for me in a very short period of time at a reasonable price! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!

Martin glass is excellent! i needed to have four windows reglazed and they sent dave who was very friendly and funny and extremely efficient. he reglazed the windows, plus reglazed two broken storm windows i was giving up on and about to throw out, plus put together some other storm windows some other persons had taken out, and it ended up costing me about $300. way less than i expected. excellent work. excellent service. great prices. ill definitely call them again if i need any more window work done. highly recommended.

The service here is top notch. I made two separate trips to get my tall mirrors cut to size and they got me in same day and for only $5 per cut! The staff was incredibly friendly and their energy was contagious. Not only did they cut my mirrors, they also polished the edges and cleaned the mirrors when they were finished. If you want to catch someone in the shop while they are not on a service call, call ahead and they will let you know when to swing by!

Martin Glass Company is simply amazing!! I brought in two decorative trays that needed the mirrors replaced in them. Unfortunately, Martin Glass would be my second call. My first call was to another local glass company which will remain nameless. This company attempted to fix the broken mirrors in the tray by gluing another mirror over the broken mirror. Because they couldnt match the sizes of the original mirror, you could see the original mirror underneath. They also damaged the gold overlay of the tray. At this point, I thought my situation was hopeless. Mostly because I was assured by the owner of this nameless company that this subpar repair (my words, not his) would be the best that could be done by any professional.Not so. Thanks to Martin Glass Company, my trays are looking beautiful again!!! Jaime at Martin Glass Company is truly a master of his craft. He didnt take the easy way out. He removed the original mirror plus the additional mirror installed by the other company. He was a perfect professional. He told me of the challenges of my project, but left me feeling very confident he was the man for the job. I cant say enough about how absolutely awesome Jaime and the rest of the Martin Glass staff are. They pulled me out of a bind, which I was so incredibly thankful for. Jaime did such a gorgeous job on properly and expertly installing the new mirrors in my decorative trays. He also identified the reason why the mirrors cracked in the first place and fixed that issue. I am so grateful to Jaime and the staff at Martin Glass. True professionals who I would highly recommend.

Very nice and professional staff. Im really glad i bought new insulated glass units instead of replacing the whole window and doing full frame tear outs. Saved me over $8,000 compared to what the least expensive window salesmen was suggesting! They were also the best price in Madison for insulated glass units, thanks good, honest, and on time service!!

Martin Glass Company was helpful and honest through the whole process. They have a same day policy if you bring the frame in right in the morning, but since I live pretty far away I asked if they could get it done sooner so I wouldn’t have to make another trip. They got it in as soon as the repairman was in and also took the time to show me the repair process so I could attempt it at home.

Martin glass took great care of me.I had a fogged window pane that I was unable to find a brand name for.Despite other shops telling me this wasn’t possible, Martin took measurements quickly when I brought in the glass and about two weeks later they gave me a call saying they were ready to do the repair.I brought the window in the morning, expecting to pick it up in the evening.They did it so fast that the window was done by 10 am, and as far as I can tell, the condition is as good as new.And did I mention they are pretty cheap to?!

Excellent customer service and great products. They have a team that is knowledgeable and works hard to find the right solution for each customer. I have called on them for custom windows, replacement glass for a 4 aquarium, and most recently a window for my chicken coop. A special thanks to Pat for that last one, when i asked her about a chicken coop window she told me til come on down i have just the thing. Now my girls are happy and so am I.

We needed to replace a cracked window pane and have 2 sliders resealed. I decided to get 4 quotes. 3 companies wanted to replace the windows. One company even tried getting us to replace all of our windows. When Martin Glass took a look they suggested replacing the pane and resealing the sliders. This saved us thousands of dollars. Professional and honest!

The only place you should use in town. They offered the lowest quote, fastest turnaround, and friendliest service. The owner personally visited my business to measure and make sure the quote was accurate. My broken window was replaced within 2 weeks (custom large piece of glass).The Martin family and staff were able to take our my broken window and install the new one with absolutely no interruption to my business! In and out fast. High quality all around. They know what they are doing and will be my go to for glass service in the future

Very poor service. First of all, when I ordered the windows, they told me that they are very busy. Customer service was very rude over the phone. On the day of installation they wanted to cancel. But I told them that I had taken a day off to get it installed they finally came, although very unhappy with your work. Even more, they wrong windows. I would suggest to go with a different company if you can, as they seem to be very busy, to get their work done properly.

Friendly and fast. Brought in a large dresser mirror for replacement and they remounted a new mirror in the wooden frame for me. It was done within 24 hours at a reasonable price.

We had them replace a cracked pane on a thermal-paned window. They were fast, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. I will call them again if I need windows repaired in the future.

I can not say enough good things about Martin Glass. They have replaced three Thermopane windows, 4 screens, 2 shower/bathtub enclosures and now we are working on yet another project with them. When a supposedly reputable window company advised replacing a window, frame and sill and all, when it did not need it, Martin glass just replaced the glass for 1/5th of the cost. It has worked out perfectly. Martin Glass is the best! Best prices too.

I had a really great experience with Martin Glass. After receiving a few quotes from other places in the area, Martin Glass earned my business with their genuine friendly staff and reasonable rates! Many of the other businesses were very short with me over the phone and others were eager to try to sell me something I didnt need. Chuck did both the estimate and repair for a broken window that was shattered from the cold. He was courteous and professional the entire time. He even took off his shoes without me having to ask. He was kind throughout the entire process and Im glad we picked Martin Glass to get our window fixed. The free in-home estimate was done quickly after I called and the glass was ready and scheduled a week after even though they said it could take up to two weeks. Took 30 minutes to get it all installed. Chuck even came back to the window to get all the little bits off from the exterior of the window. Highly recommended!

Not very friendly, and theyre slow. Each time weve tried to work with them weve found Patriot Glass to be faster and cheaper for the same result. Weve never actually seen a finished product so I cant comment on that.

I was looking for a specific type of screen door latch strike plate. A True Value sent me here and while Martin Glass Company no longer does screen doors and hence do not have and parts bins, they were helpful and sent me to a nearby local hardware store that had what I was looking for.

They can do the stuff other companies cant and at great prices!!!
