I ordered from Mimosa Books and Gifts for my first time as a Christmas gift for my Mother. She loves crystals and I thought this was a good place. The order arrived fast, and what was amazing is the packaging. Each individual crystal was wrapped, and labeled, it was so fun and put together. The crystals are all beautiful, no cracks or chips on the smooth ones, and they are all decently sized. I will be ordering from Mimosa again! Very pleased.

What really impressed me was not only how quickly my items arrived but the careful and beautiful way they were packaged so that everything arrived in perfect condition. I love Mimosa. The new location is convenient and bright. Large selection of stones, some nice specimen pieces and gorgeous points. Wide array of neat gift ideas or additions to ones metaphysical collection. The staff can range from enthusiastic and helpful to a bit aloof - some improvement could be made there.

I love this place. Its warm and inviting, the staff is always so helpful and they have a great collection of stones/jewelry/incense other items. Ive had a handful of readings over the past couple of years, and Courtney is definitely my personal favorite. They each have their own thing, and Courtney just clicked with me. I bought very different types of crystals from Mimosa. I also purchased some sage. The selection is really good. The prices are decent and the folks working there have been very helpful to me in the past. Mimosas Blue Lace Agate selection was just what I needed 🙏

Love this place. I come here often for my sage bundles to smudge my apartment. Prices are a little on the high side for some items...but the quality makes up for it. Some things are better bought in-store than online, and this is the shop to go to.

Mimosa is on the short list of places I always like to visit in Downtown Madison. Great, sweet staff and an amazing selection of crystals, incense and other new-agey type stuff. I always forget what the names of the stones we buy are though and end up wishing I had done a better job of making notes so grab one of the pencils and little papers while you are shopping. Its really helpful to keep track of what you buy..

Really cool ambiance and polite employees who are willing to help/ answer any questions. So many cool stones and items to check out, and a wide range of products to choose from. Will definitely be back.

Great little store with a decent collection of all things spiritual. Has a warm welcoming vibe within the store, with nice owners/employees. Prices are actually fair and in line to many online prices you can find, so you dont feel like youre being gouged! Will return again!

I have stopped by a couple times to check out the metaphysical stones offered here. Their selection is great if you are looking for tumbled stones to work with. However, I have never bought anything here and always end up leaving promptly. The store is right down town and is host to a chaotic energy which it must build up from its seemingly overwhelmed employees and so many troubled people coming and going. I have never felt as uneasy and anxious in a new age shop as I do when Im here. A serious energy cleanse is in order.

Ive been attending various workshops hosted in mimosas upstairs meeting room for years now-- talks on astrology, reiki, metaphysics-- and have always been glad I did.
