Ed Manning was my sales associate and he was so full of life. He really made me feel welcome and was o so patient with me as I changed my mind like four times. He even changed the furniture around for me so that I could see what I was purchasing because I switched up some things and made my own package. I forgot to take a photo and unexpectedly while I was completing this survey he sent switched the furniture back around and sent me a photo. That’s the most wonderful thing a sale person has ever done for me. He assisted me with visualizing my furniture with how my home was already decorated (floors, walls, etc). I had an awesome experience!

We got everything we wanted and the furniture will be delivered quickly as well. We had a great experience today and will definitely be back should we need anything else.

Steve Yarrow was a pleasure to work with! He found the exact bed side tables that I was looking for and although the website said they were in stock, they weren’t. I went to Miskelly to look around for a nice recliner to replace a cheap one purchased at a competitor. Gary was very helpful with choices for me being tall. I sat in about four recliners he suggested. After going back and forth testing, I chose the first one he had suggested. I never left Miskelly to look at any other recliners. I called the Madison store this morning and spoke with Steve to verify one was on showroom floor for me to see. Met Steve, saw the bed, bought it in sage green, it will be delivered Thursday! If Miskelly was the last furniture store in the world, I would make my furniture before I ever purchase anything from Miskelly.I have had a horrible experience. Miskelly delivered broken, cracked, and damaged furniture to my house twice. Then when I asked for a refunded it, took them two weeks to give me a refund. That was with me calling and talking with repeatedly. Then when they finally issued the refund they were short, so right now today Miskelly owes me money.UpdateWell I didnt get furniture but I did get my money after this post.
