Had a problem with the drop rod on a double wide gate. The drop bar was bent and would not hold the gate closed. I bought a new drop rod but couldn’t get it changed myself. I called Aegis fence which installed the fence to begin with. They came out and changed the rod out for me. Did not charge for the work. I would recommend this company. Very professional.

Aegis Fence is by far one of the best fence companies out there!!! They installed a beautiful fence at my home that keeps both my children and my dogs safe. The price was GREAT and their customer service is wonderful as well. The girls in the office are truly a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process run smoothly. Thank you Aegis Fence!!! We had our fence installed by Aegis, there was a little mix up in the beginning because the drawing was done wrong by the office staff. But, Jonathan and Jake, the two men who completed the fence, assured us that it would be taken care of and the job would be done within two days. (We had dogs that were having to stay at the rental house til the fence was complete). These two men did a great job, they stayed on the 2nd day til after dark making certain that the job was finished and we were pleased with the work. I would recommend the co., but, I would make certain that the design you have in mind is the one they go forward with and would recheck the drawing for final approval. All in all it was a good experience.

I recently had an aluminum fence installed by Aegis Fence and the entire process has been an expensive and disappointing ordeal. This is a listing of issues we have encountered.1. In excess of 30 oil stains were made on the driveway. The cleaning efforts by Aegis have led to permanent damage (removal of the top layer of concrete and a spider web of cracks). This is heartbreaking because it is a new house.2. Several fence posts have no concrete.3. Several fence posts were never seated in the concrete (the posts are movable with one finger).4. Several fence posts have globular mounds of concrete rising above the grass height.5. Some concrete mounds have trash sticking out (cigarette butts, wires, etc.)6. At least 9 cubic feet of concrete, gravel, cigarette butts and other assorted trash was left in the yard. We have spent hours cleaning up the garbage they left behind.7. Several dozen extremely sharp cut aluminum fence pieces were left in the yard.8. Despite nearly daily assurances for three weeks that repairs will be made the following day, no work happened. I had to initiate every single contact.Two of their actual excuses were turned ankle and phone not working.I understand that accidents and problems happen. The difference between a good company and a bad company is how you respond to those problems.

Got hung up on while calling to get an estimate. The woman that answered the phone couldnt get her pin code on the other line reset. Guess that was more important than getting my bizz.

Called for estimate, Day 1 - I wait an hour - NO SHOW, I call them and ask why, they reschedule for next day; Day 2 - I wait 1/2 hour - NO SHOW, they call me to reschedule; Day 3 - I wait 2 hours - NO SHOW................. I highly recommend that you AVOID ever doing business with Aegis Fence

Worst fence company Ive used. Had them put in a privacy fence on a previous home 2 years ago. Multiple issues including backing into and damaging my DirecTV dish (only fessed up after calking them out) and showing up at 10pm to complete work (waking our newborn). Multiple calls to fix installation issues were ignored. I could go on. Stay away.
