One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I dropped off an item and was told it would be ready in a week. I came in about three days after it should have been ready. When I came in, the owner said it wasn’t ready and I would have to come back. When I asked why she didn’t give me a call that my item wouldn’t be ready in time she started screaming and yelling at me that she was way too busy. She made no apologies and was beyond rude, as other reviewers have noted. I can not express enough to stay away from this place. On top of the outlandish behavior to a customer, she can not handle her work load and takes no responsibility for the timelines she puts in place for order pick ups.
