Very bad place to deliver floor loads lazy kids running this Company doing unloading and no room for trucks it will take long hours to get out .

Horrible experience. Was given a 4 hour delivery window which is fine. The delivery driver showed up an hour earlier than the start of the window - before 7am - dropped the appliance and refused to fulfill install and haul away services which were supposed to be completed in tandem with the delivery.

We had a scheduled delivery in a 4 hour window. We had to make sure someone was there 18 or older. No one called no one showed up. I called and was told they were coming until an hour after they had gone home for the day. They wouldn’t reschedule to the next day because the trucks were already loaded . They rescheduled to the following Monday to another 4 hour window that was inconvenient. We made arrangements for someone to be there. I called to be sure it would be delivered and was assured it would be. Guess what? No one came. No one called. I called after the delivery window and was assured multiple times that they were still coming. That didn’t happen. We were told by the Home Depot manager that they had spoken with this delivery company and they would work with us to get it delivered the following day. Instead they only offered to leave it open to deliver the following week. I requested to return the item and was hung up on. Terrible customer service!!!
