Excellent service and the #1 Cat dealership in Madison.

Needed a repair done on our CAT engine in our big rig. Adam, in service, got us in and out the same day! (Even though they mostly deal with heavy equipment.) The mechanic, Steve, was awesome as well! Its getting harder and harder to find a CAT highway engine mechanic that is as adept and knowledgeable as Steve! Just check to see if they have room for your trailer before you go.

Does not support the Right To Repair. Also a regional monopoly on CAT products leads to rent seeking behavior which is passed on to people who actually use CAT products.

Wow, unless you have spent a lot of money on new equipment with them, they do not have time for you. There field service techs are worthless. They belittle you and are far from professional.
