Kwik Trips are the best gas station in Madison, and possibly Wisconsin. This location has everything you need. Good food, clean bathrooms, and the only thing lacking is parking since its so popular. Be sure to get a kwik trip card to get the membership points for free stuff.

Danielle was very rude when I went in to cash three tickets stating they dont cash tickets over 100.00. Since wishing her a happy Pride month a week or so ago, she has taken a poor attitude and considering she has cashed larger tickets, I am disappointed in this. The other Kwik trip had no issue. Happy Pride Month!

My car ended up dying in a parking stall right in front of the store on the night of 11/16 and the employees on the night shift that night were so incredibly understanding of my situation.I had to keep my car there over night and was honestly really embarrassed about the whole thing. They assured me it was okay that my car stayed there over night so I could get it towed the next day and it truly meant a lot to me.I was having a terrible, terrible week and that small act of kindness really made a big impact on me that day. I just thought, with everything going on these days, that I’d give credit where it’s due and shout out the night shift employees who worked on 11/16. Thank you for your generosity!

I just want to start by saying that any time I visit this Kwik Trip, the staff are incredibly friendly and personable. Today, my boyfriend and I stopped here to fill up our low tires, only to find that one of them had gone completely flat. So, we set out to change our tire (never having done this before) - it was going fine until we couldnt figure out how to remove the security lug nut. A friendly Kwik Trip technician (Mitch, who is known around the Madison area Kwik Trips) spotted us struggling, and spent over 25 minutes helping us change the tire. He took time out of his day to help out two strangers during a pandemic...something I wouldnt have expected out of anyone. He was incredibly kind and humble. Although we couldnt buy him anything since he was on the job, I just wanted to praise his work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond. This man deserves a raise. :)

Needs to have a changing table in bathroom. Otherwise very nice.

I genuinely want to give this place a -100 stars, why, see below,1) The staff were coughing with mouths open.2) When inquired about availability of 1% milk, the smart and highly educated staff( rhetorical) did not pay heed to the question, but also were speaking among themselves that why do these people come to the store?3) On a different occasion, last week, I went and requested for coffee, a smart and highly educated staff(rhetorical), that staff replied in a highly disrespectful and condescending way What?.I again requested politely that can I have a 20oz coffee, again that smart and highly educated staff(rhetorical) replied What?.Again, i requested and got the same response! I walked away!I will not recommend anyone to go this Kwik Trip location.You get treated by the smart and highly educated (rhetorical) based on skin color.I am not affected, but I will make sure that word about behavior received by customers is spread around and do not go to this place!

Theyre alot better than the janky kwik trip down the road, actually take their COVID-19 policies somewhat seriously though some tend to fall through the cracks and slip up here and there

The staff were so helpful. The variety of foods, said to me, little grocery store, but with prices that only a big well run corporation could give you. So I had an enjoyable experience in this Quick Trip. 🔸

Money order machine always broken

Always among the better convenience stores...now I cant go patronize anymore. I was checking out and, at the same time, the customer next to me was wearing his mask below his mouth and no one working there confronted him about it...as I was in my car to leave I saw him come out to his own car with his mask still below his mouth. With clearly posted signs of the requirement to wear a mask and no one enforcing it is quickly becoming more and more difficult to shop.

Kwik Trip is the best. Staff at every location I go to are very helpful and courteous.

Its a Kwik-Trip now but its a nice store. The staff are helpful and friendly. The gas prices are competitive.

PDQ seems to offer the nicest, best stocked, cleanest facilities out there. Their coffee and pastries are the best! The rest rooms are clean and most of the staff strive to make their guests feel welcome.

Nice gas station friendly staff. Quick one stop shop. Every Thursday and Friday pizzas are one sale. All summer on Fridays you can get Freal shakes for 1.99.

Not very friendly. When asked to prepare a hot sandwich which wasnt ready, that wasnt possible. Compared with other gas station brands this maybe a 2 star rating however kwik trip has a reputation for exceptional customer service and that weighed heavily on the one star given here.

This store is always messy lately. Kids sizes are sparse, especially girls. Makes it difficult to enjoy a shopping experience. Such a shame I used to love Old Navy

Just saved .34 a gallon using Hyvee Fuel credits. Clean, wide selection of deli. Still has the echos of PDQ, which is a good thing.

Quick trip is redoing many of their stores and adding many great online tools for saving on fuel and food. They also have credit and debit cards to speed check out and collecting points for discounts.

Quick way to fill up on gas FAST at the pump.

Good gas station. PDQ is my go to in Madison, as they usually have the lowest prices available.

Pretty busy yet pretty quick anyway with the usual convenience store product array.

This will be coming a Kwik Trip as soon as they finish remodeling inside and changing signs outside. I hope they will continue to offer the Hy-Vee fuel saver perks or they might lose my business.
